My college review for BMSCE.
Placements: Placements are usually more than 70% in our college, with the highest salary package ranging between 40 to 50 LPA and the average is 13-15 LPA. Accenture, Oracle, Adobe, Paytm, Ericsson, Philips, EY India, HUL, Amazon, and IBM are the top recruiting companies here at the college.
Infrastructure: I am not a hostelite, but I have heard the newly made hostels are quite good. Infrastructure-wise, it's 4 stars at best. The sports can be a little better for games like cricket and football; otherwise, there is an indoor stadium for kabaddi, volleyball, basketball, badminton, etc. The college blocks and library are good.
Faculty: Here, teachers are very knowledgeable and are ready to help the students at any time. They are always ready to conduct doubt sessions or extra classes if a student needs so. Regular exams are conducted like every month. The level of the exams is quite good and helps students to really push hard for getting good grades.

My review on BMS College of Engineering.
Placements: The placement percentage in BMSCE has been consistently high, with an average of around 80%. The average package offered to students in BMSCE is around 6-8 lacs per annum. BMSCE includes Amazon, Dell, Hyundai, TCS, Cognizant, and many more. The placement cell in BMSCE is very active and has strong linkage with industry. The cell helps students in pursuing their career interests.
Infrastructure: The college campus spans over 15 acres of land, with modern buildings, well-laid roads, and playgrounds. BMSCE has four hostels: Main Hostel (Phase-1) for boys, Hostel Unit-I, Hostel Unit-III, and Hostel Unit-IV for girls. The mess arrangement is compulsory for all inmates, with a fixed menu for each month.
Faculty: The AIML department at BMSCE has supportive faculty members who are dedicated to providing quality education. Although the teaching quality is rated 6 out of 10, students can expect to receive guidance and notes from their professors. The faculty is also involved in research and has guided Ph.D. scholars from industries and academics.
Other: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are rapidly growing fields with immense job prospects, making them an attractive choice for students.

Honest review on BMSCE Bangalore.
Placements: Placement of BMSCE is good. They provide various opportunities for training, internship, and placement. The average placement is about 60 to 70 percent. If you have skills or knowledge, you can get high-paying jobs. The highest package is also good, around 40 Lacs.
Infrastructure: Classrooms of BMSCE are good, labs are good, but there is so much rush in college. Hostels are good, but due to a huge strength and fewer hostels, the quality of food in the mess is not good, and also the waiting time in the mess is too much.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and supportive. The semester is not going so hard, and the pass percentage is about 80-90 percent. Faculty members are very supportive in every perspective. The course curriculum of the college provides various opportunities, but still, in some areas, it is not good.
Other: I chose this course because I don’t have any other option. The fest of BMSCE, i.e., Utsav, is average.

College campus is good and well maintained .
Placements: Placement was good before Covid, but after Covid, it is not giving any good placements. THere are 1500 CS department students, so there is not a chance to get good placements in BMSCE. According to me, a high CGPA gets good placements.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good and well-maintained, clean. Food is also good, and Wi-Fi is so slow in the hostel. And hostel worker behavior is also too good, and food is also good to eat daily, and they maintain cleanliness daily. So according to me, the hostel is good, and food is also good.
Faculty: Faculty is not that much good; they don't explain details about anything, so we need to learn it through an online platform. And faculty are average for some subjects, and the faculty behavior is good with all the students. And the work of the faculty is also good with all the students.

Infrastructure, facilities, and faculty members are good. Excellent placement opportunities.
Placements: The percentage of students getting placed is about 90%. The lowest salary package offered is about 6 LPA-7 LPA. The average salary package offered is up to 12 LPA to 14 LPA. The highest salary package offered is up to 44 LPA in CS branch. The company like Google, Meta, Microsoft, and TCS visit for placements. The recent 80% of students secured internships in companies like Microsoft, Google, Meta, and many start-ups.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are above average as the college is small but the space is well-managed. Classrooms and labs are equipped with high-end technology. Library is filled with books for every course and many other types of books. The quality of facilities in the hostel is good, and the food in the mess and canteen is decent. The college is located in Basavanagudi, which is the center of Bengaluru. Medical facilities are the best. Sports and games on campus are good. There is ground and an indoor stadium in the college.
Faculty: Lecturers are very helpful and they encourage students to ask doubts and gracefully clear them. They are qualified and knowledgeable about the subject. Course curriculum is relevant to the industry as it studies the core of CS and how business works in real life. It makes students industry-ready. Exams conducted in our college are moderate and the pass percentage is above 90%.
Other: I chose this course because it covers the core CS and business around the world and helps to understand those systems. The best thing about the course is understanding businesses and people who run them. One thing I wish to improve in this course is the opportunity to go out into the real world and understand these systems, rather than learning in a classroom.

Dissatisfied with placements and infrastructure.
Placements: The placement rate is 50%. They show fake stats on their website. We were told completely different statistics during induction. This year they have increased the intake significantly, placements are going to be worse than ever. Don't join this college for placements.
Infrastructure: New building for freshers, we don't even have projectors, the classroom looks a typical Allen classroom without AC and projectors. Good library and Wi-Fi. The college has sports events but the ground is extremely small, it's occupied most the times.
Faculty: Qualified teachers, they are knowledgeable and pretty good at teaching aswell. Course curriculum is okay, it's a affiliated to VTU (autonomous); most the syllabus is outdated. Don't join any VTU colleges. Semester exams are average, you can pass with a little preparation.
