Dissatisfied with placements and infrastructure.

Placements: The placement rate is 50%. They show fake stats on their website. We were told completely different statistics during induction. This year they have increased the intake significantly, placements are going to be worse than ever. Don't join this college for placements.

A good college to enjoy college life but a really bad one if you are paying huge amount.

Placements: The placements at this college are really bad. The college shows fake placements to the newly admitted students and then doesn't provide any placements. They provide irrelevant jobs such as sales and marketing to people who have done computer science. The college is least bothered about students' lives.

Honest review on BMSCE Bangalore.

Placements: Placement of BMSCE is good. They provide various opportunities for training, internship, and placement. The average placement is about 60 to 70 percent. If you have skills or knowledge, you can get high-paying jobs. The highest package is also good, around 40 Lacs.

BMS always in my favourite list.

Placements: Placements for civil is nil in any engineering college cause of the system these people follow. The knowledge that we are gaining is theoretical and of no use in the practical world. Why would companies hire and pay to teach you. Whatever we learn is of no use. If you want to learn you'll have to do a lot of internships and visit actual sites.

The college is very good with respect to placements.

Placements: Placements are fine here. It is for sure that you will get a decent placement if you are a average or above average student. You need not to worry for the placement part. You just need to focus on your curricular and academics. You can also take part in some sport events.

It's a good college, and CS and ISE are the best courses in this college.

Placements: For the IT field, high packages are offered, but for non-IT, there are low chances to get placed. I am from the first batch of aerospace engineering in this college, so we have very few chances to get placed. But still, if you are good at programming, you can apply for CS-related jobs.

There is a proper placement percentage. The infrastructure is not good.

Placements: The highest packages were around 30 LPA for 2 students. There's a lot of companies which offers more than 10 LPA, and many get the placements. There are many companies which take a lot of students with 5 LPA-9 LPA package. Some companies also come for internships, which offer jobs also after the internship period. All the placements and internships are managed by our placement cell.

BMS college of engineering review for budding students who want to take admission in the college.

Placements: A very high number of students were placed. BMS is known for good placements, especially from EC and CSE branches, most students managed to bag job offers. So when it comes to placements, in BMS college of engineering, the students are not at all worried as they have a high chance of getting placed in a top company. However, some students of BMS college of engineering decide to go abroad for their higher studies in their respective fields, and hence the percentage of placements drops by a little...

Review of BMS College of Engineering

Placements: Placements are fantastic for CSE/ISE stream. Other branches do struggle. Major companies do come to the college but not with a big budget. It's all up-to you what you can grab. Internships offered are minimal. For rising streams, there's not much scope in the college.

Good placement, good faculty, good course curriculum, good infrastructure. A college to be a part of

Placements: Placements are a real concern for everyone who is joining the college. As for this college, you don't need to worry much about the placements. Mostly, everyone gets placed from the college and most importantly from every branch. The thing that matters here is how much package do you get that varies quite a bit wrt branches. Mostly, it would be dominated by computer science and IS students, but there will be opportunities for other branches also, especially from ECE, TCE and all. But the highest ...

Good infra but no playground, low mech core placements, good & strict faculty. BE isn't enough.

Placements: Currently, core placements are low for mechanical students. Most of them are getting placed in TCS, which isn't what they aimed for when they joined the college. One of my seniors got placed in the core sector for a package close to Rs. 9 lakh this year. Two years ago, Mercedes Benz had come to BMS and hired a CS student. But the placements for CS and IS are good. Last year, two people from CSE department got placed in Amazon and DirectX for a package of Rs. 25 LPA and Rs. 27 LPA respectively. ...

A mixed bag of opportunities.

Placements: The placements for CSE for my batch and the senior batch were good. 100% placement was there (everyone bagged an offer in either tier1 or tier2) for our branch. The highest salary offered was around 18-20LPA CTC. Companies like Nutanix, Amazon, Oracle, Directi, Microsoft, Moonfrog, NetApp, Akamai, Adobe, Avaya, Intel, JP Morgan Chase, TCS, Wipro, Bosch, Deloitte, Capgemini, HUL and many more visited. Most of the companies were IT companies. Students were offered roles like developer, software t...

MBA recognition and value creation.

Placements: An officer for exclusively MBA placements was employed last year. As a pilot batch, the seniors had 95% placements but for the current batch, Placements have been 50% due to the low compensation, individual choices and less reputed companies being called for the placements.

I studied in the CE stream of BMS college of Engineering. The campus is big and filled with greenery, ensuring complete relaxation during your free time. Additionally, the faculty members are very encouraging, hard-working and inspiring. They are always pushing you to aspire higher. The good reputation of the college ensured very good placements even during recession.

Average college to study.

Placements: The placements are nice for EEE and CS but it is not that good for civil and mechanical. Achenchere is the most common companies who will come there. The highest was 2500000 but the least is 200000. The students got from l&t about 25 percentage So it is very less.
