Infrastructure is good, well designed labs, classes. Hygeinic washroom, well planned parking lot.

Placements: There is a placement cell. The placements are well and good. But it depends on the branch of study. Not all the branches get equal opportunity. The exposure to internship is well and good. The last year's the highest package was 36 Lpa for EC department.

This is a good college to join.

Placements: It has a good placement record for the CSE department, and the placements are decent for other branches. The plus point is that more than 300 companies visit the campus every year for campus placements. Thus getting into a core company and doing what you love gets easier because of this college. The placement statistics for this year are not out yet. We are expecting that more than 50% of the students were placed from our department till now.

Review of BMS College of Engineering.

Placements: Placements are good, and they are better than most of the NITs and GFTIs. Average package offered was about 6.2 LPA which is the best you'll get in Bangalore. Every day, a new company visits the college. Hyundai, Mercedes, Intel, Microsoft, Volvo, are seen in the college premises. Mass recruiters also visit the college.

The college life is absolutely lovable.

Placements: I'm currently in my 4th semester. We've only heard from our seniors that placements and placement training sessions will begin from the 6th semester. I heard a lot about the quality of placement opportunities offered here. I can't wait to be a part of the internship programme that is conducted the next year.

Satisfied with the college because of the placements and facilities.

Placements: Placements in the college were decent for my batch. The average salary package wasn't that great, but it was okay, the figure is around 4 LPA. Few branches like mechanical, chemical and instrumentation, faced problems as very few core companies visit the campus for them. Placements were good for all the other branches.

Good faculty and infrastructure to bring the best out of you.

Placements: BMS College of Engineering is known for its huge campus, and it's teaching faculty, due to which it attracts high-end companies offering tremendous job offers to students. It is an autonomous college, and the percentage of students getting placed each year is above 95%. The lowest salary offered has been 4 lacs per annum, and the highest was 40 lacs per annum. Students were offered jobs in core companies, and it wasn't like you are doing chemical engineering, and you will get a job in some softw...

Satisfied with all things, Placements was not so good in 2018.

Placements: Placements is good for other branches. But civil we will get only 2 or 3 companies. Hence civil will get low placements then other branches. The placement office is good. They try hard to get the companies for the placements. They are well versed and experienced.

Absolutely satisfied overall.

Placements: Placements are supposedly good in BMS as many of the students will get placed in any one of the companies that would come for campus. In my batch of 2017 almost all of them got placed. Bulk of them got placed in Accenture and TCS as these companies are mass recruiters.

Top Engineering college of Bangalore.

Placements: Good placement! Most of the students placed in MNCs Avg package was around 2.5-6 LPA Placement cell members are unbiased. The process is clear well organised and followed by all. Many top companies also visit but recruit only 2-5 students. All in all good!

Placements: Placements were good for my batch as well as our senior batch in my department. Almost everyone gets placed except the one who is willing not to or has different plans of further studies, or has numerous backlogs or year backs, etc. Around 85% of students got placed in my batch. The highest salary offered was 9 Lacs per annum by 'Bharti AirTel', the lowest package offered was 2 Lacs per annum by 'TinyStep', and the average package was between 4 and 5 LPA. The education system is excellent, and the campus is also good.

Placements: The college provides good placements for all the specialisation courses, whether it is marketing, finance, or hr. The placements are more for marketing, and much importance is given to students' interest also. The placements for our batch have started. It's good, already many of my friends got recruited. The placements for our senior were great.

Good infrastructure and student friendly atmosphere.

Placements: Placements are pretty good compared to other colleges as a lot of companies take part and recruit students. Most of the students who are keen on getting a job are placed with a job offering good pay and scope of growth. College offers training to students interested in placements and constantly guides them in getting a job. Coding related branches get placed quite comfortably while non IT branches have to struggle a bit.

The place where overall development takes place.

Placements: The placements in BMS are quite good compared to most of the colleges in Karnataka. We do get lots of IT-based companies. Quite a good number of core jobs for electrical mechanical, civil, etc., are offered. I feel it is one of the best colleges in Karnataka in placements too.

A great option if u want to study+enjoy.

Placements: Placements are very good in BMSCE specially if you are from CS IS or EC branch. The highest package for the year 2017 was 28lpa from IS branch. If you want to work in IT sectors you have a great opportunity to start with a good package. Core companies have slightly lesser packages. Maximum could be 15 to 17lpa. The average package for ECE is 9lpa. BMSCE is amongst top 3 engineering colleges in Karnataka through KCET and COMEDK. So it's a good option if you want a good package after engineering.
