BMSIT has architecture, BE, M.Tech and MBA courses.

Placements: Since our batch is studying 3rd year now, our batch has not got placed yet. But they are good placement offers and recruiting companies in our college. About 65% of students will get placed according to previous years and all you need is to have knowledge in coding and good CGPA, which plays a vital role during placements.

The infrastructure and campus are very good.

Placements: Placements in our college are good compared to any other tire-2 colleges. It is the branch of a great college. In the computer and ECE branches, almost all students get placed, and in other branches like civil and mechanical branches, 50-60% of the students got placed, which is good.

The quality of education is very good.

Placements: In CSE, almost 95% of students got placed. The highest package offered is 26 LPA, and the average package is 6 LPA. The main branches here are CSE, ISE and ECE. In the remaining branches, the placements are good but not as much as CSE or ISE and ECE.

The college is moderately good for everyone.

Placements: Placements in our college are good, and more than 90% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. A top recruiting company is yet to come. More than 50% of students got an internship. Specific roles are not offered to the student, but they ensure a good role.

One of the finest emerging colleges, Biased placement cell, Improvising facilities.

Placements: The Training and Placement Cell is partially biased towards only CSE and ECE. They allow these two branches to sit for all companies regardless of the chance of other branch students having relevant work experience. Being from Telecommunication engineering and yet having relevant work experience did not aid me in getting into a company with better compensation. However, most students did get placed within the course period in the final year.

Overall, it is a good college, but campus life is not good.

Placements: Almost 100% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered this year is 28 LPA. Cloudera is the top recruiting company that visit our campus every year. About 60% of the students got an internship before placements. A software developer is a top role offered in our course.

It's a good college. The campus is also good.

Placements: The placements here are good, only thing is that one should prepare well in advance. We get good amount of push from the college's side. Last year in spite of the pandemic the placements here were great. There is placement training also given well in advance.

Satisfied with teaching, good placements in 2020, decent campus.

Placements: 90-95 people attending placements actually got the jobs from CSE. The companies that come are quite good as well along with fairly average packages. College helps us prepare well for placements by continually giving us mock tests. The top recruiters would be cognizant or PwC.

Review of BMS Institute of Technology and Management.

Placements: Placements are average, with the salary package ranging from 5-8 LPA. Many improvements can be made in this field. There are very few salary packages, around 12 LPA. Students who got the salary package above 12 LPA have mostly applied for off-campus recruitment.

Absolutely happy with my college life experience and would like to recommend this college.

Placements: Good companies, including Epson, Cognizant and others come here. The computer science department has almost 100% placement, and the other branches have almost 70 to 75% of placements. The roles offered are developers and administrators.

Overall, it is a decent college, with good placements and infrastructure.

Placements: The placements in BMSIT are okay. The college is not the best when it comes to placements. They say a majority of the students do get placed, but most of them end up in service-based companies with very little starting salary. Amazon, Bangalore and AWS, Bangalore are some of the top hiring companies.

Placements: About 95% of the eligible students got placed from our branch, which is pretty good. The highest salary package offered is 26 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 5.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cloudera, Amazon, SAP Labs, Wipro, Capgemini and Siemens. A few students got internships with the offer, and a few got just internships. Roles offered are SDE, SWE, analyst and cloud architect.

It's a decently progressive college with qualified staff and a higher number of student initiatives.

Placements: As the department proclaims, it makes sure that all students who attend the interviews get placed. In the year 2020, around 96.47% of students who attended placements got recruited. The highest salary package offered has been 26 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered has been 6 LPA. Our college is good and preferable for good placements and enjoying college life.

Placements: Roles like cloud assistant, software developer, developer, software engineer, product designer and other software related roles are offered to the students. Companies like SAP and Endurance visit our college for placements. In other departments, roles related to electrical and mechanical are offered to the students.

The college is average with good teachers and average placements.

Placements: About 40 companies come to our college, and only a few offer good salary packages. It is good for IT branches like CA, IS and EC, but for civil and mechanical students, the salary package offered and the number of job offers is around 400. Now students intake has doubled, so the competition has also increased.

It is a good college for technical things, but bad in terms of college life.

Placements: A very high percentage of students, usually about 75-100% of students who appeared for placements, got placed in CSE and ISE departments. ECE also fares pretty well in terms of placements. The lowest package tends to revolve around 3.5 LPA, whereas the highest package ranges from 14-20 LPA if you put in the effort. Quite a few students have bagged good internships, both paid and unpaid.

There are good teaching faculty members, but I'm dissatisfied with college life.

Placements: Based on our college website, the placements rate is 96%, but it is very less than that. More importantly, many students do not like the job offers they get. In the previous year, the highest salary package offered was 24 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was around 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Amazon visited here 2 times in the past and offered a salary package of 28 LPA, but none of the students qualified for it.

Placements, college life and crowd, are good.

Placements: Placements here are average. If you do a bit of hard work and have coding knowledge, then you will definitely get good placements. Top recruiting companies of our college are Bosch, TCS, Microsoft, Cognizant, etc. If you have the knowledge, then definitely you will get placed because of its Bangalore.
