If you are really a top rank student, strictly this college is not for you.

Placements: The placements are not as expected. Only the engineering courses will have the best possible placements. It depends on you if you have maintained good performance, only then you can get through. Otherwise, the placement is impossible. If you are a topper, please don't choose this college. If you join this, you have to regret.

The branch matters the most if you join this college. Placements shouldn't be the prime focus.

Placements: The placements in our college are not as we thought before joining. Only IT branch students get placed. Very few recruiters turn up for our college. The placements in EEE are very disappointing. The placements should not be the sole objective if you want to join this college.

The BMS Institute of Technology and Management is good for ECE and CSE with a good placement.

Placements: This year the placement is down in BMSIT. The placements department mainly focuses on getting everyone placed, so you can't have more than 2 offers in hand. A lot of companies visit this college, and on an average, the offer is around Rs. 4 LPA. Overall, the placed students percentage is around 75%.

Overall, a good college to take admission in. If you want to get a job, it is a really good college.

Placements: Overall, the placement is good. Approximately 90% placement for CS, IS, and electronic branch. Placement is not god for mechanical, civil and electrical branches. Cognizant, Wipro, and Capgemini are the mass recruiters. Very few core companies visit for mechanical and electrical branches. Placement training given by the college is not good.

Overall, the college is good but it has to work on the faculty who are freshers.

Placements: The placements for our batch were pretty good. Out of 160 students, almost 90% pf eligible students were placed. The highest package offered was 12 lakhs, the lowest was 2.8 lakhs and the average package was 3.5 lakhs. Some companies which visited our campus were Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, I-Gate, Capgemini, Deloitte, Aricent and much more. Most of us were offered with IT roles, i.e. roles of developers and production analysts. There was no internship program in our college and I feel we should have...

An honest review about the college.

Placements: Placement for CSE students is the best when compared to other courses in this college as well as in almost any other college in Bangalore. CSE students have the best placement records because of the presence of IT Sector. 100% of the eligible students got placed and by eligible I meant students with 60% or above aggregate. Out of 120 students, around 20-25 cannot achieve 60% every year. But the college tries a lot to pass the students in the internals at least. Also, 5-6 students below 60% also ...

Good placements in 2016. All software companies came. No core companies.

Placements: For my batch, almost 90% students got placed. Most of the offers were from software companies (mass recruiters). The case was same for our seniors also. The highest salary offered was 16 LPA and the lowest was 1.8 LPA. the average salary would be 4 LPA. The roles offered to students are management roles, BPO jobs, electronics core jobs and also software engineer roles.

A good college which is only looking to improve in the coming future.

Placements: 1.The college offers 90%+ placements for all the eligible candidates. 2. A few core companies come for the recruitment, otherwise, it is only the IT sector. 3. Placement training is offered by the college from the 1st year itself which is a bonus. 4. The highest package offered for the last batch was 16-20 lakhs approximately. 5. Major recruitment companies are TCS, Cognizant and L&T. 6. Many students were placed in the IT profession. 7. The college encourages students for projects and intern...

BMSIT is an above average college and it's improving a lot.

Placements: The placements in BMSIT are good. Most of the students got placed from CS, ECE, ISE, TCE, and EEE departments but not the same case with the mechanical. The civil department is new, and its first batch is yet to graduate. This year, the highest package offered is about 25 lakhs per annum. The lowest package is around 3 lakhs per annum, and the average is around 4.5 lakhs per annum. This year, around 75 companies have visited, and the majority of them were for IT related fields and some core sect...

I am actually satisfied with my college because of the good placements as well as good facilities.

Placements: Placements for our senior batch were really good as almost 70% - 90% student got placed. The highest salary offered was 2.5 LPA and the lowest salary offered was around between 2 to 3 LPA. The companies that are visiting our college for the placement are Dell, convergent, BSNL, Wipro, etc. and the role offered is programmer, data analyst, etc.

Our college offers the best placement as far as I know

Placements: There is a placement training organised every week from the second year. Almost 70-80% of students are placed as far as I know about it. A lot of placement offers come from different industries. But you need to maintain some criteria like your average percentage to be eligible for the placements. Companies like Wipro, Oracle, Endurance and much more come for placements. And one more good thing is that if you are good at coding and if you have a good percentage, you will be eligible to go to BMSC...

This is one of the best colleges in Bangalore. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled and has a well-maintained library. In general, the infrastructure is not so good. Nevertheless, it is a great place to shape your career. The hostel food is great if compared with other colleges in Bangalore. The placements are good enough to satisfy the students. Approximately, 80 companies visit the campus every year for placements. Placements are great for IT sector students and average for core branches due t...

College has to help students with projects they aspire to do. Also they have to provide some sessions on higher education after engineering. Mere placements in software service companies will not help individuals. More core companies need to be pulled for placements.

A bit far from city on Doddaballapur Road, but it has a good connectivity. Good Infrastructure with in campus Hostel, Free Gym, Wi-Fi, etc. Quality of education is average. Fee structure is normal. Placements are average, not up to the expectations. No importance given on sports, extracurricular activities and entertainment. Lack of exposure to gain knowledge on technologies apart from studies. Recommended for an idle student.

I am satisfied with college. Teachers are helpful, and the placements are pretty good at the college

Placements: It is one of the best placements for computer science and information science students. It has been worst placements for our course as there were no core companies for the placements but only software or the consultant based companies and the BPO.

The infrastructure of the college is average, and VTU is not good.

Placements: Placements here are very good. Now, the placements are going for 7th-semester students. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA, and it was offered to only one girl. In CSE/ISE departments, the highest salary package offered is the same, i.e., 25 LPA, whereas, in mechanical and civil departments, it is less compared to other departments.
