The college is okay. Any student who takes admission must work hard on their own and upskill.
Placements: 80% are placed in the college, with salary packages ranging from 3 LPA to 8 LPA in companies like Accenture, TCS, Wipro, etc. 70% of internships are provided by the college. My company comes to the college for internship training and helps them take internships in Software Development, Data Analysis, and Web Development.
Infrastructure: The college has nice infrastructure, including libraries, classrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The college has a cricket ground, football ground, basketball court, and badminton court. There are nice hostel rooms, and AC rooms are also provided to the students.
Faculty: Many of the teachers are very helpful to the students and also assist in extracurricular activities. The college prepares students to be company-ready, but students have to upskill on their own. Semester exams are at a moderate level, but it depends on the student's study level.
Other: I think it is the best course for students, and I am interested in the course.

Opportunity and skills matters.
Placements: According to our knowledge, approximately 70% of students are placed every year in the Computer Science and Engineering branch. The average salary package offered in our college is approximately 3.5 LPA. It is in the 3rd-position college in Odisha.
Infrastructure: It has a very good infrastructure and hostel facility. It has different buildings for different branches of the college. Hostel and mess quality are also good as they are at cheap prices. Different badminton and volleyball courts are also available inside the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are very top-notch because they all have completed their master's degrees from IITs and NITs. The curriculum followed here is somewhat outdated. But it is sufficient for good placements.
Other: It has only 1 fest which is held in March every year. But it has many clubs which are very active.

Not the worst choice for nearby residents but definitely should not be the go-to choice for anyone.
Placements: My batch is yet to graduate. Average packages offered range from 1-3 LPA to 5-9 LPA (depending on companies). Very few students also manage to bag more than 15-20 LPA (again, depending on companies' criterion). Frequent companies are TCS, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Capgemini, and a few more. But most companies visiting hire mostly CS branches and select few companies hire core branches.
Infrastructure: Very average classroom sitting facilities. Wi-Fi speed is slow and unstable, but it’s kind of okay and works most of the time. Labs are kind of average too, except select few. The library is relatively good and actually has almost all recommended textbooks for the course. Hostels are good but overcharged. Hostel Wi-Fi is always unstable. The mess/canteen food is just total ***. They aren’t even trying to cook anything. Sometimes, the food isn't even edible. T_T. There is a medical/first aid facility on the campus and 2 ambulances for anything more than first aid. Sports and games facilities: no indoor games, outdoor: 1 small football ground, 1 volleyball court, and 1 basketball court. There is 1 cricket ground on the campus but not owned by the college, so not for general use except for tournaments.
Faculty: Teachers are actually very good overall. Some are industry-experienced, have vast and in-depth knowledge of the subjects, and are willing to mentor you personally if you are a dedicated student. The curriculum is AICTE-based. Not totally relevant to making students industry-ready. Not every teacher or professor explains things in relevance to real-world problems. Exams aren't hard to pass but require a bit of effort to score more than good. However, if you have good assignment, quiz, and lab scores, it’s easier. Generally, all students pass the exams except a few or those who were absent.
Other: The teaching methods should include more practical knowledge than just cramming theories and facts. And there actually should be tasks relevant to what we will need to be industry-ready. There are 2 major events: 1 freshers’ and one college fest. There's also an annual athletics meet. There is good crowd but only 2 small park/lawn-like areas to sit or hang out. The college is in very outskirts from the city, so there is nothing really in the surroundings except a few scattered housing societies. But there is a market area for daily necessities through the college back GATE.

Good faculty. Average college with less cultural fests. Old infrastructure. Strict academics.
Placements: Average companies visit here. Not much exposure. 44 LPA is the highest, which is off-campus, and 3.5 LPA is the minimum. Around 20% of students get internships. You can't find a better surrounding for placements. If someone tries better, then the college can lead you to have a good placement.
Infrastructure: Lots of restrictions are here. Bad behavior of hostel staff. Scam in allotting rooms. As I have booked for a 3-bed room, but they allotted me a 4-bed room and charged the same as a 3-bed room. After complaining, they gave me the option to shift rooms in other hostels, and mess food is worse than your expectation.
Faculty: The faculty is good. Some are too polite and have a better way of teaching, but also some egoistic faculty members are here. They only scold you, and here exams are held strictly. In one room, 2 to 3 teachers are for guarding, but students can cheat who are talented and have courage.
Other: Here around 70% of the crowd is local, and others are from Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Bihar. So, you can't find much diversity.

Poor faculty, inadequate placements, lack of opportunities for higher studies.
Placements: Placement is below average, with the average package ranging from 3 to 4 Lacs; it can hardly go up to 7 to 8 Lacs. The average percentage of getting placed is 60-70%, and there is scope for internships; you have to try off-campus. No top company or mid-top company generally comes; companies like TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant are common.
Infrastructure: There is no infrastructure, only buildings for classes. You can get a good Wi-Fi connection, labs are good, the library is decent, and classrooms are below average. The food quality is very poor; there is no safety, and sometimes students find insects and razor blades. Hostel rooms are good but noisy. There are good opportunities for sports and games like cricket and volleyball.
Faculty: There are good faculty members, but some are also there who just read the PPTs and go. Here you have to focus on internal exams and rote learning of the syllabus, give the exam, and have to share a good relationship with teachers. The difficulty level is not that much hard.
