It is a good choice really good experience.

Placements: Placements are not occuring continuously although faculty members are encouraging students to do internships, seminars, workshops etc. Very less percentage of the students hot any placements. Internships are also not included in the carriculem but internships are encouraging by the institute.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is excellent the entire campus is nature friendly. Free Wi-Fi is available in the campus. In Physics department separate lab is available for different courses. Classrooms and library provide above average quality. Hostel facility is not that much good but it is manageable.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and very helpful. Pass percentage is almost above 85%. The course is little bit difficult, with proper work anyone can clear the exam. This course provides a good range of opportunity mainly in teaching area or you can become a Ph.D. scholar after this.

I am satisfied with the teachers and facilities. Students enjoyed the eco-friendly campus.

Placements: There are two specialisations in M.Sc physics, i.e., electronics and material science. Among these, material science specialisation is one which very few avail in Kerala. Students who have completed this course can get a certificate from MG University Kerala. Most of the students have the opportunity to get internships in various institutions.

Infrastructure: The college is situated in the centre of Pathanamthitta town. It is an eco-friendly campus. There is a well-equipped library that helps students a lot. Students have well access to research labs. Hostel facilities for female students are above average, but for male students, it is just average.

Faculty: The result of this college is very impressive. In the past few years, this college scored the first and 2nd rank positions among the colleges in MG University. This college also has a good reputation for sports and cultural programs. In our year, around 30 students secured different ranks in post-graduation programmes. Faculty members are well-qualified and experienced.

Other: Our college gives wonderful experiences and good opportunities to everyone.

Good facilities and faculty members.

Placements: The placement rate was around 55-60%, and internship was limited to 40%. The roles offered included researcher, technical writer, and analyst. The companies that come for recruitment are Infosys, HCL, and Wipro. The average salary was 4 lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are spacious, we have a library and faculty cabins, and we have printing and few stationary amenities. There is also a also a canteen and mess, which provides good food, and the hostels are comfortable and clean. There is a medical facility available and a sports area.

Faculty: The faculty members are very qualified and knowledgeable. They share their experience gained while working, and they provide both technical learning along with helping us with interview preparation. The curriculum is quite updated and does help students secure jobs along with being job-ready.

Review of Catholicate College.

Placements: The college has a career counseling and guidance cell which provides various activities and training to help students in placements. The average salary package from the college for under-graduates ranges between 2 LPA - 3 LPA. There is no placement by the college, but the companies will find us because the course offered in college is less in Kerala. Travel and tourism are the best and we can find jobs worldwide and mainly the jobs are available outside Kerala.

Infrastructure: College is located in the center of Pathanamthitta town. It is an eco-friendly campus. There is a well-equipped library that helps students a lot. Students have well access to research labs. Hostel facilities for female students are above average, but for male students, it is just average.

Faculty: The college has nearly 100 faculty members. Faculty to student ratio of 1:20 nearly, giving the students a convenient learning experience as the faculty is helpful as well as very experienced in their domains. They provide a good experience for students and they behave as friends.

Other: Sports are one of the best, and the college promotes cricket, softball, volleyball, and football mainly. All other individual games are also held if the students are interested. The library is a huge one where students can take books using a college identity card. Labs are new and with full facilities.
