Best days of life I ever had. One cannot forget the evenings and friends in the hostel.

Placements: 150 students are placed in our batch. The recruitment percentage in the previous year was quite high. In our batch, less than 40% students got placed. It was quite a stagnant situation, and our TPO was not up to the mark. He was not able to bring companies to us due to some communication problem or misbehaviour. Our director was not eager to bring companies. But, he was not able to communicate with the students as he emphasized his thoughts on the students.

Fully satisfied with the study, infrastructure and also placement.

Placements: Almost 70% students got placed this year. The placement of our college is generally good. TCS offering a package of 3.6 LPA, Infosys with a package of 3 LPA, Tech Mahindra and other companies visit the campus. Many pool campus placements are also held here. There is a placement cell for placement and students are also members of this placement cell. The highest salary offered was 9 LPA, the average was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest was 1.2 LPA. The internship is the own choice of the student. The coll...

A good college for engineering.

Placements: I got 2 jobs from my college, and overall, 75% placement was recorded. So, we can say it is good for a college. As the core job is a dream for all the core brunch students, 40% of them got the job in core plant. The software batch placement is better than the core. The placement starts from the 7th semester.

I suggest to join the college. If you can work hard for four years, then your future will be safe.

Placements: Good placement facilities are provided for the students. TCS, Infosys and Tech Mahindra comes for online placement and hire the bulk of students. TPO is very good in sharing the knowledge about placements, and most of the people get placed here in this college.

The faculty are good and need to improve placements for core departments.

Placements: The placement is good for the IT students. Mainly software company visit in the college like TCS, Infosys and Tech Mahindra. No core companies visit in the college, so core students have to work hard to get the job, or they sit in software companies only.

Placement was good in 2012. After that our director changed and placement worsened year by year.

Placements: It was average. In our campus, the mass campusing was held by TCS and Infosys. 2014 batch's student's placements were the worse. The companies offered associate software engineer roles. Approximately 30% students got placed. Many other companies also came a bit for the name only. Some companies took one candidate some didn't.

A good college- one must come here. For electrical engineering, I would request you to join here.

Placements: A nice and helpful placement cell. Many students get a job in MNCs every year. After completion of the degree, the college's technical placement officer creates arrangements for placement. Pool campusing is also held for the students. To get a placement, you must keep in touch with the TPO cell.

Moderate infrastructure and facilities and good faculty. It has good placements in previous years.

Placements: The placement scenario for this year is not good. Till now 60-65 students have been placed out of 320 students. TCS, Genpact, Aerodac has visited the campus for students of all departments. Pool campusing was arranged in other colleges. Some of the students are placed there in companies like Regalix, Infosys, Learn and grow Pvt Ltd, etc. The highest CTC offered was 9 lacs per annum given by Learn and grow Pvt limited to 2 students of this college. However the placement scenario of previous years...

I am quite satisfied with the faculty. Placement conditions at par. Infrastructure is really good.

Placements: The placement scenario in West Bengal is very poor nowadays. Despite such problems, the placement scenario is better in our college than many others. In the batch of 2014-18, almost 290 students are there comprising of 6 branches. And out of those candidates, 50 have got jobs on and off-campus until November 20th, 2017. We hope much more will get jobs by the end of their course. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Genpact, Regalix, Byju's learning app, etc., have made on-campus and off-campus (pool cam...

A decent and dignified college.

Placements: Major recruiters in this college are TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant & much more with a decent average salary package of 3.5 LPA. The placement statistics are good or I can say above average. Here recruitment is held On/Off-campus and also from pool campus. All over placement statistics is about 50-70% considering on/off/pool campus. Till now the highest salary package was up to 25 LPA, and the lowest was up to 1.5 LPA. This college offers ample industrial training for pre-final year stu...

Value for money. Good for middle-class students

Placements: The placement of our batch was 80% and for our senior batch, it was more than 85%. The average package was 4 LPA. There were many companies and the names I remember are TCS, Infosys, L&T and much more. The role offered to us was assistant system engineer.

Very good placement. You'll make memories for life with friends.

Placements: Placement statistics are good but yes, you need to be well prepared. Take the things seriously, the ball will keep on rolling. Placement percentage was approximately 72% in our batch. I guess 45 people out of 60 got jobs in my stream mechanical.

Placements: Nice placement in reputed companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Cognizant, etc. with nice packages having average salary package worth Rs. 4 lakhs per annum. Jobs are given according to the streams. Students also get internship offers in companies like TCS, Indian Oil Corporation, Infosys and other good industries.

A reputed college with good faculty but bad administration.

Placements: Placements statistics, currently, is not very good in our college although IT companies like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc. do visit our college for placements but core companies do not. For previous year, the placement statistics are somewhere between 50-70%, in and off-campus combined.

Amazing life at CEMK. Beautiful surrounding with good technology.

Placements: Placements in our college are really good for those students who are really smart and good scorer. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, IBM, etc. visit our college to select the students having capabilities. The highest salary was 25 LPA and the average salary is about 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. Students getting placement from our college are being offered the roles of project manager or assistant system engineer, as per the ability of the individual. Internship percentage is a bit low on our campus. T...

Average infrastructure, average faculty and poor placements.

Placements: The placement is average in our college, but truly speaking, it is decreasing year by year. TCS is the only largest recruiter in our college. The number of students being recruited by TCS has reduced dramatically in the year 2017, being 25% of the total students. Earlier, it used to be at least 60% of the total students. This college must improve regarding core companies placement for electrical and mechanical engineering branches.

My view of the college which originates from the journey of 4 years.

Placements: The placements have drastically decreased to half as compared to the previous year. The companies related to mechanical are not interested in our college. This year near about 45% students got placed. The highest salary is 3.36 lakhs per annum and the lowest one is 1 lakh. The companies which visited our campus are TCS and Manlift. The roles of assistant system engineer have been allotted to the students who got placed in TCS. Less than 1% of students got an internship from the college. Since ou...

Good college ambience but placement cell needs to be improved.

Placements: The placement status this year hasn't been very good, to be true. Senior batches have seen better outcome during their time. This mainly is due to the degradation of the quality of technical skills possessed by the students. The resources provided by the college for the benefit of the students are not being used by the students with proper vigor and appreciation. The highest salary this year is 3.36 LPA by TCS. Lowest is by Hyundai (10K pm). Roles offered varied from developers to sales to di...

Good college with lots of potential.

Placements: Placement was on the average side as a maximum of 35% people got a job from campus placements. It was a little worse than the previous year. The main companies that offered our college students for campusing were TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) Infosys and Tech Mahindra. There was also some not so renowned company which visited our campus. TCS had a package of 3.36 lakhs/annum where has Infosys had 3.25L/annum and TM had 3.15L/annum. Really good infrastructure but corrupt administration.

Placements: Only 2 on-campus placements had taken place which are from TCS and another management company. Rest all were off-campus placements. Around 50% students are placed till now this year. Comparatively, each year, the percentage is decreasing. No core company comes to our college, and most of the roles were of consultancy roles offered as the need of the companies. There is no information about the internship or the stipend.
