It is the best college in Lucknow. Most of the people don't know about this college.
Placements: In my batch, there were 50 students in which 35 got campus selection, and a few had qualified GATE, and the rest went for higher studies. The companies, who came for campus selection were good, and it provides good salary for fresher and also appropriate work. A few MNCs companies also came for campus selection.
Infrastructure: CIPET has the largest plastics testing and processing tool lab in India. At a hostel, there are Wi-Fi facility, geyser, and much more were there for the students. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. On the campus, there are volleyball, cricket, and floorball grounds. Every year, there is a fest for four days called ANANT.
Faculty: The course is wide, and there are 48 subjects in full B.Tech with practical and theory also. The faculty members are highly educated and came from IIT's or the other reputed institutes. They are supportive in every scenario whether it is study, games, or other activities. Most of them are of the same age.

CIPET college is good because of good faculty and good placements in 2017.
Placements: In the previous year, 6 MNCs and 4 national companies have visited the campus for placements. Almost 70% of the students were placed. The highest package offered was 24 LPA by a foreign company, and 3.20 LPA was the minimum package. The average package offered is around 5 LPA. All the companies have visited the campus. Sales manager, engineer, etc. are the roles offered to the students. Almost 95% of the students got internships from the campus. A placement cell is present on the campus, and it is very efficient and useful for students.
Infrastructure: All the facilities like labs, Wi-Fi, classrooms, library, medical facilities, sports, games, canteen, tool room, etc. are available on the campus. The quality of the food is good, and the hostel rooms are also good. I have not faced any infrastructure related issues during my tenure at the college.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and very knowledgeable, and 40% of the teachers are PhD holders. The teaching quality is also great because they teach normally and don't pressurise the students. Some teachers do not give more assignments, and the behaviour of the teachers with students is very simple and friendly.
Other: Events like Annant which is a cultural fest and Cporeaia which is a sports fest were organised.

New field. Good structure and infrastructure. The placement is quite good.
Placements: Placement is not as good as in other colleges. It's a risk if a student believes that he/she will be getting a placement. Overall, the college has only 60-70 % placement and that too in middle-level firms. The companies recruit at wages of 15-25k per month for a fresher. The highest package has been 50k per month by Toshiba.
Infrastructure: The design is overall good as compared to other colleges. The structure is earthquake resistant. The location of the area is factory zone area where pollution is there, but it doesn't affect the campus. The hostel is getting built up. It will be ready by the new year (2018). The hostel design and structure are good.
Faculty: The faculty members are quite good but a student must prepare and study himself. He doesn't need to be dependent on the college. There are qualified professors in the college. There are also faculty members from all over India. The college comes under GTU (Gujarat Technical University). The course curriculum is useful not very much. The student-faculty ratio 60:1.
Other: The college is good. There is no ragging and no such issues. High security. The campus has many academic sections- degree, diploma, and short-term courses. Diploma in this college is nice as compared to other colleges. The university has all its functions running fully online.

A good plastic technology college.
Placements: A mass recruitment is not there. Most of the companies recruit in sales and marketing unlike core placements. Very few students were placed in my branch. But in plastic technology, more students were placed. All the students get internships. The highest salary was 6 LPA and the lowest was 1 LPA.
Infrastructure: There is only one building. You need not get placed outside because CIPET has an in-built plastic industry which can cater to your R&D needs and projects. There is a huge CNC and every aspect of the industry is there, required for plastic production.
Faculty: Although the course curriculum is nice, the faculty team is on a contractual basis. They are the worst, though, and students need to obey irrelevant rules imposed on them. In addition to this, we cannot protest against them. The faculty members will interfere in functions, programmes, everywhere.

Average satisfaction because of faculty, good placements in 2016, really good infrastructure.
Placements: The lowest and highest stipend packages of the placement start from 12,000 INR to 16,000 INR. The placement campus is also good in CIPET, Ahmedabad. About 90% of students got the placement from the 2016 batch. Placements for our batch are completely satisfactory. CIPET is improving the placement unit for senior batches. Companies which visited are Sunrise Industries limited, Windsor Limited, Marudhar Packaging Solutions, Kiri Dyes and Chemicals, Sai Wire Cut Limited and much more.
Infrastructure: The campus is having facilities such as Wi-Fi with 7.2 Mbps Internet speed. Classrooms are neat and clean, and the most impressive part of the classrooms is two opposite sides full of mirrors and it is also with a black film, which we are using in car windows. The library is quite good, but the sports and games activity needs to be improved. The college hostels are not so good- they are average. The food availability in canteens is not good.
Faculty: Well, the faculty team is not so good as I thought while taking admission- they are average. They are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable, but they are not teaching in the proper ways. Only 1/4 part of the syllabus has been taught per semester. I got the industry exposure with many companies such as Windsor Machines, Sunrise Industries limited and much more. The course of manufacturing engineering is useful for me. I will suggest to everyone- "Choose different from others".
