CGC has prescribed the syllabus for CGC JOSH 2025 exam. Candidates appearing for the exam must check the syllabus for CGC JOSH 2025 exam before preparing. The syllabus helps the candidates to know the important topics to be covered to prepare for CGC Josh 2025 exam.

Q:   Is there negative marking in CGC Josh?

A: 

No, there is no negative marking in CGC Josh exam. As per the CGC Josh marking scheme:

  • Candidate will get two marks for every correct answer.
  • No marks will be deducted for wrong answer or not attempted question.

CGC Josh exam will consist of 100 questions, 50 questions in Part A and 50 queestions in Part B. The maximum marks for CGC Josh exam is 200 marks.

Q:   What is CGC Josh exam pattern?

A: 

As per the CGC Josh exam pattern, the question paper will be divided intor two sections. The CGC Josh exam will include multiple choice questions. Candidates will have to attempt 100 questions in two hours duration. There will be no negative marking for any wrong answers and candidates will be rewarded 2 marks for every correct answer.

Q:   Which courses are offered through CGC Josh?

A: 

Candidates seeking financial assistance for higher education in Engineering, Management, Commerce, Law, Computer Applications, Journalism, or Science must take the CGC Josh exam. The scholarship is available only for undergraduate programs, and the CGC JOSH Scholarship is awarded based on the points earned in the exam.
