Mad people doing exceptional things.

Placements: 70 percentage of students get placed in this course. The highest package given was 15lacs and the lowest was 7 lacs. Top recruiting companies are sunpharma, cipla etc. Almost all students get internship. Top roles offered are pharmacist, medical writer.

Chandigarh Group of Colleges - Wings to Your Dreams.

Placements: 90% students are placed. The highest package was 55 LPA, the lowest was 6 LPA, and the average was 10 LPA. Amazon, TCS, etc., are the top recruiting companies for my course. The latest package offered was 30 LPA for an ENC engineering student from Amazon.

This is the best college in this fee range, everything is good, and placements are 100 percent.

Placements: It is recognized among the best engineering colleges in India that extend lucrative placement options with high-paying salary packages. So I think it is the best college in private; if we did an internship, then we would also have a chance to get a better job and better package.

Good college with good placements and helpful teachers.

Placements: 85 percent of the students were placed in our college, and the highest package was 55 lacs, which was in Google and a 2 lac package as the lowest and the highest up to 15 lacs. Many companies like Google, Microsoft, etc. come to our college. So, it is overall good.

Overall, a very good atmosphere. Faculty is also very nice and friendly.

Placements: Nice, good placement opportunities. A lot of companies visit every year to give great placement offers, and the college also provides students with visits to companies. Nice career opportunities are provided by the college. Big companies visit with good packages. It's a good college.

Faculty is not good but the environment is good. Placements are average.

Placements: In my batch, only 50% of students were placed. The lowest package was around 3.2 lacs, given by Tech Mahindra. I don't have an idea about the highest package, but the top recruiting company was Accenture. Due to the recession, only three students were placed, which is 5–6% of the 2023 batch.

True review of CGC Landran.

Placements: Placement is not very good due to different reasons. I am in my second year, and after listening to reviews from seniors, I am sharing this. It is real, but you can verify it from others through live interaction.

Overall, an average college with average placement and campus.

Placements: About 70–80 percent of students got placed in various MNCs and reputed companies. You will get placement according to your skills and qualities. You have to fight for getting a placement among three campuses, i.e., Landran Jhanjeri and CU University campus.

A decent college for the fees you are paying. (College+Hostel)

Placements: The minimum package is 3.5 lakhs and the average goes around 4 to 5 lakhs. A good amount of companies come and out of 1000 candidates, only 150 are selected. There are companies that offer a bigger package, more than 12 lacs but the very few. Overall, that's what you get from a private college .

The college is good for the studies as well as the extracurriculars.

Placements: The average placement package is nearly 5-6 LPA, and the placement rate is only 65-70%, and most of it is also in branches other than IT, and the ones who get placed are doing job roles like sales, support team, etc. The main hiring companies that come to this college for its roles are few and also have very few posts available in it.

A disappointing college. Do not come here.

Placements: As in my batch, recession came, placements were very bad. As my domain is Java developer and I am from a CSE background, so at least there should be companies that come for technical profiles, not sales profiles. More than half of the profiles that companies provided in placements were non-technical profiles, mostly sales. Why would a student do BTech and go into a sales profile? If a student wants to go into a sales profile, he/she can do that from BBA or BCom also.

Really good infrastructure and campus. The faculty is also nice but placements are average.

Placements: Mostly students do not go for placements as they want to pursue higher studies. But the placements are usually from sales and not mainly from the biotech sector. 20% of the students get placed. 90% of the companies that come for placement are mainly offering sales roles, including Accenture, TCS, etc.

Great environment, but placements need improvement.

Placements: About 40% of students got placed in my batch as there is a recession. In Computer Science Engineering, technical profiles should come more instead of non-technical profiles, but in my batch, a lot of sales profiles came, so yes, that is a disadvantage because you can do sales even from a non-B.Tech background. For top recruiting companies, in my batch, it is Scale and Autodesk for 32 LPA. Top roles would be Software Engineer or Data Analyst. The highest package was 32 LPA, and the lowest is 2.6 ...

Promising college but disappointing placements.

Placements: In my course, only 30–40% have been placed. Around 10% of students are placed in non-technical profiles and others in technical profiles. In the B.Tech course, I don't know why even sales profiles are coming for placements, and that too on a large scale, like sales profiles were more than technical profiles.

Placements: In my course, only 50% of the students get placed. The highest package offered is about 20 LPA, the lowest is 4 LPA and the average package offered is 6-7 LPA. Top requiting companies are HCL, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, TCS, Wipro Technologies, etc. At least 30-40% students got internships in average companies like TCE and Wipro Technologies. Top roles like cloud engineer and machines learning engineer are offered.
