Chitkara University - View of an average hostel student.

Faculty: Irregular exam timings in not preferred by most of the students. There is no proper time for conducting exams. They happen randomly within the semester. Exams are not very difficult. The rest depends upon your level of preparation. Most of the students pass exams.Teachers are audible. They are just fine.

Good Faculty, Decent Facilities, and Scope for Industry Readiness.

Faculty: The faculty is knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive. The curriculum balances theory and practical, making it moderately industry-relevant but needing an update. Exams are fair yet challenging; consistent study is key. The pass percentage ranges from 80-90%.

Review of college in my words.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable at Chitkara University. As I am also giving my end-sem exams, the course is relevant to today's time, as they teach most programming languages like Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the first semester, and they will also train us for DSA.

Everything is very good in college.

Faculty: Our college faculty is very good and friendly. They provide each and every detail to students on time. They always help students. The exams are very tough to pass. If you study hard, then you will pass; otherwise, you will fail. We have ST exams in which we need to score more than 16 to pass, which is very important.

Our college should think about students as well, not just money, else it's good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is awesome. The course curriculum is not up to the mark for some subjects but very good for others. It makes students industry-ready. Exams are quite difficult. Around 60-80% of students pass exams.

Review of Chitkara University Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Faculty: The course curriculum is good and updated with current industry standards for placements and post-placement support. Teachers are trainers who have worked in the industry for a long time and are experts in those subjects.

Chitkara University Detailed Review.

Faculty: Faculty here is qualified, as most of the faculty is well aware of the subjects and best industry practices. The curriculum is also very diverse, covering both technical and non-technical aspects of corporate life. The startup culture here is very good, and many startups have been funded by the college in Explore Hub.

Review based on my two and a half years at college.

Faculty: Well, as a CS E student, we have been provided with facilities that are part of some other companies. They have good experience in their field, and teachers help students too. One thing I don't like is that they do not provide a pre-semester calendar, which almost every university provides. Sometimes they even call us on Saturday for 1-hour work. Exams are medium level. They take place in the university in computer labs.

Chitkara University Review.

Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified as per the university requirements as well as they will be very helpful in your academics as well as in the co-curricular activities. The exam format is kind of hectic but the students can pass easily if they have studied. The course curriculum is relevant and is par with day-to-day world. The attendance policy is kind of stressful and has strict consequences if you fail to maintain your attendance.

Chitkara is not good at studies.

Faculty: The teaching quality is not good. Subjects are not good and don't have value in the industry. Professors just take salaries. They don't care about the syllabus. They just need files. They don't teach practical subjects. Semester exams are good without cheating. Exams are conducted in a well environment.
