The college has well-qualified and experienced faculty, very good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: None of the students got placed in my batch due to the pandemic. 30% of students got internships in companies like Way2agribusiness, Ecozen, Karnataka Mango Development Board etc. Roles offered are business analyst, marketing officers, quality officer, agriculture extension officer etc.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well-equipped with all the required facilities. We have smart classes with Wi-Fi facilities and a state-of-the-art library. The labs have sufficient equipment to provide practical exposure to the students. The hostel is well managed, with reasonable mess fee and rent. Good food and Wi-Fi are available. There is a dispensary exclusively for the university students and staff. There is a cricket ground, an indoor ground, a football ground, a basketball and 2 volleyball courts.
Faculty: All the teachers are doctorate holders in their specific subjects. They are very knowledgeable and experienced in their fields. The quality of teaching is very good. The course curriculum consists of agriculture, agricultural marketing and cooperation subjects. Changes should be made in the curriculum regarding the recent trends in agribusiness.
Other: I was in the 2016-2020 batch. I joined the course because of my interest in agriculture. The best thing is that you will be studying the basics of agriculture along with a special focus on agricultural marketing and cooperation. Improvements can be made in placements. The campus is 1300 acres and is lush green, with different buildings for various departments. Events and fests are organised frequently by all the departments. There are 2 auditoriums and an international convention center inside the campus. There's a compulsory 2-year PED programme and NSS programme. An All India Educational tour is conducted in 3rd year. NSS camp is conducted in 2nd year. Rural awareness and work experience camps are conducted in 4th year. You can get a state-sponsored scholarship and a merit scholarship from the university.

It is a good campus, with very cooperative faculty and friendly environment.
Placements: The placement percentage is below 30% as students go for higher studies in the same or different colleges. 5-6 LPA is the highest package, 2-3 LPA is the lowest package and 3.5 LPA is the average package offered. Banks, agricultural corporations, etc., came here. 50 to 60% of students got internships in Ecozen Waytoabi, Beegle etc. Marketing manager, agricultural officer, business manager, accounting assistant, etc., roles were offered.
Infrastructure: The department building is one of the finest in the college. It has classrooms with Wi-Fi, projectors, good seating facilities, an AC seminar hall, training hall etc. It has one of the best libraries with almost all the required data available. The quality of food is average. The hostels have Wi-Fi and also a dispensary. A huge playground is available for cricket, football and other games. A very good canteen is available, providing fine food at low prices.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable, with a minimum degree of doctorate. They are very good at teaching and very cooperative with students. The curriculum is on par with the industry requirements and can get good exposure with hands-on training in the industry. It equips students with the required skills.
Other: My batch was a transition batch from traditional teaching to practical teaching, and we had a good time with our mates and teachers in the department. The campus is huge, and it is like a different city. It should also improve and provide more opportunities for students to learn from industry than in classrooms. The college conducts many events and lectures for students to get exposure to real situations. The campus is huge and calm with beautiful nature. The college is connected to the national highway and also Bangalore city, so students don't feel separated from the world. There are many scholarships for eligible students. The college conducts 2 to 3 major fests and many minor fests. They also conduct sports and cultural activities every year for students to get selected for state national and international competitions.

Placements: The education is good with practical learning. Different agro-based industries are recruiting the graduates from this university. The students are placed in different industries during final year to get a better experience. Seed companies, fertilizers companies, and agricultural engineering product companies will hire the students.

There is a good connection to the road. There is an auditorium to conduct functions. The classrooms are good with a projector. There is a guest house on the campus.
