No, direct admission to the BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) programme at the College of Arts, University of Delhi, is not possible. It is merit based admissions and CUET exam score which is considered. From the year 2023, admission to University of Delhi shall be based on a joint university entrance examination known as UBET for all UG and PG programmes. For each month the College awards Merit and Merit-cum-Means Scholarships of Rs. 75 which is up to 5% and 10% respectively of the total number of student as per rules. This is however, subject to the sanction by the Government.
The Inlaks Shivdasani scholarship is given to students to pursue a master's or doctoral degree in the field of Fine Arts and Visual Arts.

But if you want to live in hostel and enjoy the hostel life you can stay in hostels nearby the college of arts, University of Delhi or you can also stay in PGs nearby which provide good facililties at afforable prices range. There are also few independent houses nearby the college in which students who don't want to live in hostels and PGs can stay but have to do their stuffs themselves. Therefore it might be a little expensive but it totally depends on you that where do you want to live and the most important what is your budget.
