It is a good college for dairy and food technology.
Placements: More than 90% of students get placed in our course. Many students get internships in companies like Verka, Amul, Saras, and many more. The highest salary package offered by a Dubai-based company is 12 LPA and the average salary package is 5 LPA to 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is well-designed. There are properly maintained labs and smart classrooms but there is no proper facility for games. Mess and canteen food is not good. Hostel area is small. Our college organises regular sports events.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified, knowledgeable, supportive, and motivate students. The quality of teaching is good. Semester exams are well designed and the level of papers is moderate to improve students' knowledge. The moral support provided by the college facility is also the great thing which motivates us to study.
Other: I chose this course because in future, the food industry will have higher demand and will have great opportunities. Some fests should be organised for students to enjoy their college life.

Very nice college as placement percentage is very high and good infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: Generally there is 70 to 80% placement of students. Package from 5 lac to 10 lac per year is offered. Nestle, amul, danon, mother dairy are top recruiting companies. 80% students got internship in various food companies like nestle, amul, mother dairy, saras, godra, Britannia .
Infrastructure: As a government body there is good facilities in every department Wi-Fi facilities, smart labs, varied infrastructure, has labs for every department classrooms, library facilities is good and best sports facilities given from university. Hostel facilities is up to the mark. Wi-Fi facilities and good food facilities are given.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful towards students. Very qualified and knowledgeable as most of the teachers have passed out from the same college only as it is the only college in Rajasthan that has dairy and food technology. Curriculum is on point and based on practical knowledge. Semester exams are little bit difficult min 40% is required .

Review of College of Dairy and Food Technology, Udaipur.
Placements: Around 70–80% students get placements in companies like Amul, Nestled, Cadbury, Britannia, Saras, etc. The highest package offered was 12 lacs, and the lowest was 6 Lacs per annum. Roles offered are those of daily technologists and dairy engineers. The average package is 7 to 8 lacs.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi available for the students to use for studying. Labs and classrooms are amazing, and smart classrooms are amazing. The library is large and contains about 15,000 books and 2500 e-books. The facility in the hostel is below the expectations and the food provided is not tasty.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and friendly with students. They are very qualified and have 12+ years of experience in this college. The curriculum makes the students ready for industrial purposes. The semester exams are moderate. Pass percentage is 33%.
Other: The course is very innovative and new in the engineering field and has a very large scope. There is no need to improve the course. Scholarships are given to the girls for about 12,000 in college.

I want to rate the college 4 out of 5. Placements and facilities on our campus are good.
Placements: Around 50% of students were placed in our course last year. The highest package offered in our course was 7 LPA by a top food company. The lowest package offered was 2-3 LPA by small industries. Top companies are Nestle, Amul, Mother Dairy, Bikano, Pepsico etc. 2-3 students got placed in Nestle and Amul. In our course, food technologist roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, big classrooms, AC seminar hall and a big library are available in our college. All the materials are available in the food lab. A testing lab is present. In the hostel, Wi-Fi and TV facilities are available. Spacious hostel rooms and a common room are available. Food, medical and sports facilities are available.
Faculty: All the faculty members are good and helpful. They are always ready to help the students. Our dean also supports us in college activities. In our course, technology and engineering subjects are available.
Other: This course is very helpful for us.

Infrastructure, faculty members and facilities are very good.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed. We have a good placement percentage, and almost all students are satisfied with placements. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA. All the students got an internship from the course in various companies like Mother Dairy, Havmor, Saras and many others.
Infrastructure: We have a library with good availability and a range of books. Labs are equipped with all necessary equipment and various machinery such as form fill seal machine, capping machine, cup filling machine, evaporator and many others. There is also a tomato ketchup plant.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. All the teachers are very helpful, and all the concepts are explained in a very good and practical way. This course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready as we are not only taught theory but also proper practical knowledge is given. We are made to perform experiments.

It is an average college with great course, and I had a great experience.
Placements: There are many food manufacturing companies like Nestle, Perfetti, Saras, Heinz, Mars, Mondelez, etc., which recruit students from this college as interns as well as full-time employees. This college has a really good reputation among the industries.
Infrastructure: The college has a basic building and not many facilities. It's an average building, and the same goes with the hostel too. Though it has all the basic necessities, you'll lack comfort, which I think what the hostel is all about.
Faculty: The course is really thorough, and you get great knowledge about all the aspects related to food technology, both theory and practical. Though the college lacks permanent faculty members, but the guest faculty members are really good and are the college's alumni only.
Other: This course gets us close proximity with farmers, which we all as Indians should be, and you get to know how valuable their production is and what vast sector it incorporates. The university conducts inter-university tournaments and annual fest. The university also selects students for representing it at national level cultural and sports events. Overall, there is a good combination of both academic and non-academic activities during the course, which improves the personality of an individual.
