Review of College of Engineering and Technology, Bikaner.
Placements: About 50% of students were placed. The highest salary package was 8 LPA, the lowest was 1.3 LPA, and the average was about 2.5 LPA. Top recruiters were Aditya Solar, Tata Power, Vedanta, etc. The four-year course offers you the chance to be selected as a junior and senior engineer in power companies and as an electrical and electronics technician in companies.
Infrastructure: Hostel life was good. There was no Wi-Fi. The quality of the mess food was average. Sports facilities were not available, except for cricket. There were also private hostel facilities near the campus with the same fee and better facilities.
Faculty: There were good teachers with essential knowledge and skills. They were helpful. The difficulty level of semester exams was above average. Our course is not that relevant to make students industry-ready. The pass percentage was 60% to 85%.

Review of College of Engineering and Technology, Bikaner.
Placements: The total batch strength was about 80. In the final semester, 3 seats became vacant. So there were about 77 students in our course. About 12 students from our batch got placed in Sanmax Technologies Private Limited. The minimum salary package offered was 2.4 LPA, and maximum salary package offered was 4.8 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Sanmax Technologies Private Limited was the top recruiting company visited our campus for our course placements. Most of us were offered with training first and then the role of a junior engineer. All the students were asked to attend 60 days summer internship in the 7th semester. I applied for an internship in 220 kV Sub Station in Alwar. Many students did their internship in companies like Havells, Power Plants, etc.
Infrastructure: The college provides fully furnished labs with every equipment and device. It provides internet facility on the campus. There are smart classrooms. We had an open-machine lab where every electric machine was cut open for the students to learn the internal design and structure. The food served was good. The college does not provide medical, games and sports facilities. There was a huge ground which could be used for sports.
Faculty: Only 2-3 professors were there as teaching faculty. They were the best. Other than them, the guest faculty members were average. They didn't have much teaching experience. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready if they focus on labs, and not just on passing theory exams.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like electricity. It is a core branch so the industry will always need an electrical Engineer. The best thing about this course is you get to learn about the simple electrical devices and machines that you see every day all around you. The college should provide more practical experiments than theoretical knowledge. In our college events and fests are organised. The campus is built in a desert area, but when you are in, it doesn't feel like it. Scholarships are provided to the students.

There are no placements in our college.
Placements: Placements in our college are not very good. Every year, only a few, i.e., approximately 30 students get placed through the college placements with an average salary package of 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA. T&P cell doesn't provide any support or assistance to students. Also, there aren't any special classes for students regarding the interview preparation.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, and it is better than any other government college in the state. There is a central library which is not having more than 1,500 books. Wi-Fi facility is available in our college. Medical facilities, sports and games are not given any priority in our college.
Faculty: Good faculty members are available in our college, after the recruitment of new faculty members under TEQIP-3. Classical board and chalk method is used for teaching. Here, industry exposure is a myth. Earlier, our course curriculum was not up to the date, but two years ago, it was revised. Now, the new course curriculum is very useful.
Other: Events and fests are not organised in our college. Scholarships are not provided for students.

True review of CET Bikaner for out of Rajasthan candidates.
Placements: As this is a government college, it somewhat lacks in the case of placements as compared to a private institute.
The reason is that the private institutes have money for MNCs.
But, the placement here is good.
Many good companies like Bosch, TCS, Wipro, L&T etc are visiting the campus every year.
The advantage is that there are two government colleges in the same campus so double the strength that might attract some minds.
The maximum package last year was about 8 lakhs and the minimum was around 3 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good as compared to the other government colleges in Rajasthan except one or two as there are 11 only including RTU and MBM Jodhpur.
There are 4 hostels inside the campus with a canteen, a gym, and Wi-Fi as some of the facilities that every engineer wants.
About the labs, they are very good and becoming superior day by day.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are guest faculty members and many of them are from Bikaner itself.
Each department has well-qualified MTech and PhD holders from the greatest institutes in India.
Talking about the course, some courses are left behind in some cases due to holidays wanted or unwanted, strikes etc but most of the course is completed here.
Each course available here is well-taught.
Other: It is about 7-8 km away from Bikaner junction and 4km from Lalgarh.
Autos are available all days, and the weather is very hot in summers as this is Rajasthan that also comes under the impact of global warming.
It is quiet here with no disturbances and the hostel food is good.

A stellar value for money choice- A comphrensive review
Placements: almost 90 percent of the students got placed in the college. they are placed in very good companies such as TCS, Wipro, Accenture and all the service based companies. faculty here also supports very much for the placements mock interviews conducted in the college.
Infrastructure: hostel facilities is very good food is also very good all types of cuisines are available in the hostel. South Indian , North Indian and all chat. Hostel life in college offers a diverse and vibrant hub of culture practiced in college. It also comes with challenges like adapting to share d spaces etc.
Faculty: Faculty here is very good and knowledgeable. It supports me every time I reach out to them. at any time of the day they are ready to support me an guide for my career. Always gives me best advice according to my choices. Exams are also conducted in a very safe and secure environment
Other: when it comes to choosing a college, one of the key factors to consider is the value for money. Students and their families want to ensure that the education they receive is worth the investment.
