Review of College of Engineering, Sri Venkateswara University (SVUCE).

Placements: Almost 78% of the students got placed. In our course, the maximum salary offered was 2 lacs per month and the minimum salary offered was Rs. 12,000 per month. Wipro is the top recruiting companies of our college. Many roles are offered to the students, but I don't have an idea about that. Almost 50% of the students from our course got an internship in companies like Viz Media, Wipro, Infosys, HGS, etc.

Really it is the best institute I have ever seen.

Placements: Infosys is the company which recruit most of the students, especially from computer science and engineering and electrical and electronics engineering. From civil engineering, Infosys company will recruit students. About 70% of the students got placed. Top recruiter is Infosys. The average salary package offered here is 8 LPA.

It is a good college but has poor faculty members.

Placements: I think this is one of the best colleges in Andhra Pradesh for placements. This year, i.e., 2019-2020, almost 92% of students have already been placed. The average salary package offered here was 3.5 LPA and much more than this. Our placement staff members are very supportive, and they invite industry people to teach what the market is demanding. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA. Many companies like Flipkart, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc., used to visit our college for placements. Thi...

I am not satisfied because of poor faculty members who ruined our study in B.Tech life.

Placements: About 60% of the students from our course got placements. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2.8 LPA. The top recruiters for our course are TCS, Wipro, GGK and Hondayi Mobis. About 60% of the students got internships from our batch. But related to EEE, even a single placement is also not offered as all placements are mostly provided for computer science. So most of us are selected in software companies only.

Absolutely it is a great college to improve your skills. You will have a good time at this college.

Placements: Electronics and communication is one of the best courses that SVU has offered. Your EAMCET exam rank must be below 4,000 to get admission in electronics and communication branch. Every year an average of 30 students from ECE branch get placed in many companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Hero Honda and Cognizant. The average salary offered ranges from Rs. 25,000 to 30,000 per month, while the average salary package offered is 4 LPA.

Placements: Our college got a good percentage of students being placed in well and good companies. Companies like Infosys and ZenQ, etc., visited the campus. But in our college, civil engineering related placements are not much available, but students can try for jobs in civil companies by guidance and help of professors in the civil engineering branch. Placements: I pursued electrical and electronic engineering in the year 2019. Around ten students out of 40 students from our class got Placed, and however, only 25 to 30 members have attended the placements. Around 35 to 40% of the students got placed from the entire college. Companies like TCS, Infosys, CSOT, Tech Mahindra and some other IT corporations visited our campus for placements.

Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering is good at its facilities.

Placements: Our seniors got placed in some Indian companies like Wipro, Tata, GGK Solutions. Placements aren't bad as I thought when I joined the college. Placements are conducted two times during the final year, one is 6 months before the final semester exams and another one is after the final semester exams. So overall, our college (Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh) provides good placements every year.
