One of the best universities offering both UG and PG courses.

Placements: Computer science and engineering students have a lot of placements than the students of other branches. But, the students of other branches can also participate in the placement drive conducted for software engineer profiles. Civil engineers can attend the interview conducted by Laursen and Turbo to get placed. The placements are above average in this college.

My college is one of the top colleges in south India.

Placements: The placements percentage in the college is very less. The scope of getting placed through campus placements is more for computer science engineering and electronics and communication engineering. Other branches like mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and electrical and electronics engineering have only a few placements. They need to go for software jobs.

SVU is rich in ethical and moral values. We learnt what is life after joining SVU family.

Placements: The placements for our batch and our seniors batch were not satisfactory, but they are okay. The salary package ranges from a minimum of 2.75 LPA to a maximum of 6 LPA. Multinational companies like Infosys, Wipro, Techmahindra, LNT and some local companies like CDK Global, ggk technologies have visited our college and offered software engineer roles to students. The college doesn't provide any internships. Going for an internship is like once in a blue moon for us. The college has a placement ce...

Satisfied to be graduated from this college. But less satisfied with lab facilities and placements.

Placements: We have a good placement cell. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Tata, CSC, etc. visited our college for placements. Almost 80% of students got selected from our senior batch and 70% from our batch. Around 6 lacs per annum is the highest package offered, and 2.25 is the minimum. Some companies provided training classes, and some others offered jobs as usual. Our college does not provide any internships to the students, but they clear all the doubts in any aspect.

Dissatisfied with practical knowledge, some with placements and internship guidance.

Placements: Not many students were placed in our batch compared to the previous batch. Packages offered to the students are too low ( around 3.25 LPA). Only 2-3 companies visit the campus for whole engineering streams. The roles offered to the students are software developers. As SVU is a top college in AP, it deserves to get more companies and core ones. Most of the students don't have an idea of an internship. We got a good placement cell, but it should focus on getting good core companies with some good ...

Really it is a good college but the college management needs to take care in some factors.

Placements: Not many students got placed in our batch compared to our previous batches. Packages offered are too low, i.e. 3.25 LPA. As SVU is one of the top most colleges of Andhra Pradesh, it deserves to get good companies like core companies and product based companies with very good packages. The number of placements should also be increased.

I was satisfied with the facilities we had. It would be good if we had facilities with good quality.

Placements: Placements were good. We got quite a number of companies. Around 50% of students were placed in different companies. The highest salary was around 5lakh per annum and the lowest 2.5lakh per annum. Around 4-5 companies were visited our campus like Infosys, Wipro, TechM, Amarraja etc. The roles offered to the students like Systems Engineer.0% of students got internship from college. We have a placement cell in our campus and the effectiveness of the cell is pretty good.

The campus life, faculty, and placements are good, but infrastructure is average.

Placements: Placements in the college were good but are getting reduced year by year. Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and other companies visit the campus and recruit the students after a rigorous selection process. The average salary package offered was in between 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA. Around 70% of our batch students and our seniors got placed on the campus placements. Usually, entry-level roles are offered to placed students and based on our performance. A place where one will get freedom to excel in any field such as technical, managing skills etc.

Placements: We had a placement cell to bring companies for each branch. But it is 80 % efficient becuase only 80% only placed in both our batch and same seniors batch also that too in software only such as Infosys, Wipro, techmahindra etc. Out of all companies the highest packages 3.5lakhs and the lowest package is 3.3 lac. In these companies designations are project engineer, system engineer, software developer etc. Unfortunately we don't have any internship programmes. But the disappointment is only one c...

Placements: Placements were very good for our batch Almost 80% selected. Companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra visited the campus For us a little bit disappointment is only one core company was visited which is Amararaja Batteries Lmtd. We had a placement cell in college which was very helpful.

Satisfied with college facilities learned so many new things.

Placements: There will be two companies for everybranch at our time those are Infosys and wipro. There will be some core companies for specific branches like civil, mechanical, electrical. At our time companies are vipani, CDAC global, Tata projects, tech Mahindra. But these core companies will select very less people. Packege offered is 3.3 -4.5 Lacs per annum.

Inside world of SVU - Student life.

Placements: Average package of placements is around 4-5 Lacs per annum. But that's not the best in current market I say. Majorly Infosys and Wipro conduct placements and few core companies for CSE and civil branches. And yes, there is a placement cell which provides training as well for two months on syllabus of written exams during placements.

Absolutely satisfied because of the lab facilities, good placements, technically sound professors.

Placements: Placements for my batch and my seniors are good. Almost 70% of the students of circuit branches got placed. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, hired the students. The highest package was 5 LPA. Mostly, the packages are around 3-3.5 LPA. About 40-50% of the students got internships. We have an active placement cell.

No.1 University in South India.

Placements: The placements are very good in our college. Our seniors told us that 15 companies like Infosys, TCL, Tech Mahindra, give Tech visited the campus and so many students from our university got selected. They also said that there were no core placements like electrical engineer positions. Most of them are software companies and they are beneficial for CSE and ECE students.

Placements: Placements were decreased for my batch compared to previous year. Three companies Infosys, Wipro, tech Mahindra visited college. The lowest and the highest salaries offered were 1.5 Lacs per annum to 3 Lacs per annum. Yes my college has a placement cell and it is not up to the mark.

Placements: Companies like Infosys and Wipro regularly visit and recruit most of the students. Some companies like Yatra.com, Tata Motors and Hyundai usually visit and hire some worthy students, and also some startup companies of the college alumni take in some good number of students. You know how much salary MNCs will offer at starting.

Placements: The placements are average on the campus. Irrespective of a branch, if you have coding skills then the companies like Infosys, Wipro, and CDK Global will hire you with an average salary package of 3.3 LPA. At the time of my final year, the core companies like Amar Raja Batteries and Vishnu Chemicals Pvt Limited hire mechanical, electrical, and chemical students. Placements: We have a placement cell in our college. As I am the 1st-year student, I didn't know much about it's uses. But up to my knowledge, the placements are coming in a good way. The students having good percentage are being qualified for placements. As per NAAC rankings, we are well and good.

Placements: Companies like L&T will come for placements for civil engineering. Other companies like TCS, WIPRO will also come for placements. This companies select talented students from various branches and offer them with a good package. I'll recommended college should also get more companies for placements.
