College of Horticulture, Mudigere : College beauty inside the Nature of Chikkamagaluru .
Placements: Placements will happen only when we approach the placement cell directly and that will give placement of the package around 4-5LPA. The placement cell already placed students in various sectors like plantation, banking, agri input, and Retail sectors.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and the hostel facilities with medium a medium-quality mess. Separate hostels for boys and girls and guest room facilities for parents are there when they visit to see their children they can stay in the guest houses with minimal charges. Also provide food along the guest facilities.
Faculty: The faculty are qualified with knowledge of relevant subjects. Exams are conducted by the University. The faculty regularly undergo training programs and specializations that will help the students with updated knowledge.

The college with wide practical exposure.
Placements: The college has placed three people among the 90 and the highest package was INR 30,000 per month. The recruitment companies were eCom and Tata Coffee. 90% of students got internships, and the top course offered is horticulture and floriculture is a very good course.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well built and spacious, with a 24/7 power supply and an overhead projector.
There are 3 hostels and they are a bit old, with 5 members and 2 members in one room. One hostel has an attached bathroom and there is also a gym room and sports materials.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and all are Ph.D. holders. They have wide knowledge about the course as well as current affairs. The quality of teaching is so good and this course makes students industry-ready with all their skills. The exams are so easy and the passing percentage is 50%.
Other: This course is dynamic because you want to learn about practical things in agriculture. The practical aspects should be more. There will be a youth fest, college day, an ethnic day, freshers day, students GSP and SSP scholarships, and there is also an Icar scholarship .
