Good infrastructure, amazing staffs, nice and friendly crowds, helpful seniors, good placements.

Placements: The placements are pretty good but not that great like IIT's. But Cummins is among the topmost colleges of Pune. The computer Science department has great placements and for the electronics and telecommunication department the placements are above average, it changes year to year. They also have fellowship programme at Purdue University.

It is a good college from the placement point of view. It is a worthy college to take admission and get a good campus placement.

Placements and faculty are the most useful in the premises.

Placements: Nearly all the students who scored a first-class and above were placed in my batch. Companies like Cummins, Eaton, Caterpillar, Tata, National Instruments, Greaves Cotton, GE, TAL, John Deere, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Accenture, Infosys, etc were mechanical companies. However, there were a lot of other companies for other branches which included Avaya, HSBS, Citibank, MasterCard, Goldman Sachs (New York), etc. The highest package for mechanical companies was 7.5 LPA and the minimum was 3 LPA...

Good placements. Infrastructure could improve.

Placements: Good companies visit the campus for placements in the first semester of the fourth year for full time. Salaries offered are comparable to other similar ranking colleges in Pune like MIT, PICT etc. List of companies and average salaries are listed on the college website. (In my class almost all student got placed by the end of the fourth year and also got joining dates in the same year). Not many students opt for internships but there are a few companies that visit campus for intern positions. ...

It's a very good college. Campus is very wide and infrastructure is also nice. Teachers are punctual in terms of teaching and gives practical knowledge of every subject. Placement is another important part in order to consider it as a good college. Plenty of multinational companies come every year to recruit the fresh talent from our campus. Almost 80% students get placed in campus placement drive. Student exchange program with famous foreign universities is also there. Deserving students ...

Let me start with the good points: 1.The faculty here is very good. They take sincere efforts to teach you. 2. Placements are good. If you are an average student you will easy land up with a package of at least 3.5 lakhs. It goes up to 20 lakhs also. Bad points, 1. Not so many core companies visit for department of mechanical and instrumentation, even though they are very good departments. 2. The college treats you like school kids. Assignments, write ups, punishments and attendance are taken ve...

Good teaching staff and infrastructure. One must take here admission for placements. You might get bored in the college because all narrow minded girls are there. Though all facilities are available, but you can't be happy here. Cultural and technical fests are pretty awesome. You will love only these days. Overall, I must say take admission to Cummins if your aim is placement but you won't enjoy college life.

Really good college for placement and women empowerment as well.

Placements: Cummins College is the best place or I would like to say opportunity for girls, as it is a women's college so full preference is given to girls in any field. The E&TC department of the college was actually a good criteria for getting admission into this course. Here, you have to score 94 to 97 percentile in MHT CET and 87 to 92 percentile in JEE on average. And if we are going to talk about placement, 85% of students and above got placed here; packages are also good. Placement is like 100%. I wo...
