Absolutely satisfied because of good faculties and good placement
Placements: 85% student were placed in our college. Great efforts were taken by the TPO and placement cell of the college. The highest package was 8.5 LPA and lowest package was 3 LPA. Top recruiters were Worli, Spark Minda, Sify, Uno Minda. Almost all students have completed their internship in third year. Top roles offered in our college is graduate engineer trainee.
Infrastructure: There was a smart class room in our college, labs were highly maintained by faculties and assistants. Library were encouraging students to take boobs from them, reading room was highly maintained for students to study in good environment. Whole campus was covered with wifi.
Faculty: Faculties were very knowledgeable and qualified. The nature of most of the faculties were helpful. This course was fully curriculum relevant and course was making students fully industry ready. Pass percentage of students was good for semester exam because of preliminary exam conducted by college.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in automobile industry and the placement was offered good by the college. The events, fest were highly appreciated and done by college by giving funds for the fest and events.

At the end, I want to say that college doesn’t matter; it depends on your skills.
Placements: Not many students were placed due to the recession. The lowest package was 3.5 lacs p.a., and the highest was 7.5-8 lacs p.a. Companies like Tata, Winjit, Bosch, and many more renowned companies participated in placements. Not many students do internships; it depends on which language you choose, like Java or Python, and on your interest.
Infrastructure: The college doesn't have a hostel. It has a private hostel, but the fees for that hostel are very high. The infrastructure of the college is nice, and the labs are also in very good condition. The sports facility is not that good. All classrooms have AC and Wi-Fi. The fees for the hostel are 2,35,000.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very helpful, and the faculty is very nice. They help you a lot. Exams are not that difficult. Yes, this course makes you industry-ready, depending on your skills. This course is helpful; you can take this course to get industry-ready. Semester exams are not that tough if you prepare.
Other: As it was trending, the course should be more practical and not theory-based. Events are very nice.

The campus boasted good infrastructure and a range of facilities, with the exception of faculty.
Placements: In the last year of 2023, 100% of the students in the computer branch were placed into various companies such as Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Amazon, Yes Bank, and Flipkart, with packages ranging from 5 LPA to 22 LPA, offering roles as system engineers, programmers, or developers, among others. Internships were mandatory, and students were placed in various IT industries in Pune.
Infrastructure: The Akurdi campus provided a great engineering experience. It offered all types of facilities, including Wi-Fi labs and a reading room for students residing in hostels. Hostels were quite expensive, leading many to live in nearby areas where all types of food were readily available. The campus featured a cafeteria and a sports ground with comprehensive facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members underwent changes every semester, lacking teaching experience and industrial knowledge. Semester exams were relatively easy to pass, with a significant number of students passing through copying or engaging in malpractice. Approximately 80% of students passed their exams.
Other: Cultural events were organized on a large scale.

Review of D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi.
Placements: 80% of students are placed, and the highest package was 64 lakh. Many product-based as well as service-based companies visit our college for the recruitments. 60% of students got internships from our college. And many activities for aptitude are taken in the college.
Infrastructure: All the infrastructure of the college is nice and big; the sports complex is also very big, and the campus of the college is very large. If we talk about the hostel, the hostel of college is also good, and it has all the facilities like a washing machine and induction.
Faculty: The faculty of the college are very supportive; they support you in every project and guide the students in all ways. Teachers try their best to give the whole knowledge to students as they have. They support the students in every activity and explain everything in a good way.

Great infrastructure and fest vibes!!
Placements: Many product based and service based companies visit our campus. Our passout students are placed in companies like TCS, Amazon, worldline and many more some of placements are in campus and some are out campus placements. My college arrange some training and placement session from 1st year to 4th year for students to get placed in top companies.
Infrastructure: My college has the best infrastructure, aslo dyp is famous for its infrastructure. The monsoon season it dyp is just wow! The wifi facility is too good.In our college library not only have academic stuff but also self growth books also. We have a reading room in which the readers got the perfect place to read of their favourite books.
Faculty: The dyp has the best faculty members as they not only help in academics but also in various issues as many students are hostelite. The semester exams are not so much difficult as per my view.In some what manner yes the course curriculum helps the fellow student to get ready for the industry.
Other: My dream was to code so I choose this profession. Our colleges comes under SPPU so it has insem of 30 marks and endsem of 70 marks and the student has to gain minimum 12 marks in insem and 28 marks in endsem and total of insem and endsem should be 40 marks.Secondly our campus is famous for its fest, not only cultural but also technical.

Good college, infrastructure, and campus life.
Placements: My course is mechanical engineering and my passing out batch is in 2026. In this year 2024, as of now, placements have started, and 10% of students have been placed in my course. As of now, the date is September 9, and process is ongoing. The highest placement up until now has been 8 LPA, the lowest which company offered was 2 LPA, and average in my branch generally goes around 5 LPA. Top recruiters in my branch are Bosch, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Uno Mind, Worli, and Dassault System. And most roles are of graduate trainee engineer; around all the students get internship in my course and some go for off-campus internships. General roles in my course is of design and quality check.
Infrastructure: Many facilities, such as ground, water cooler, sitting area, cafeteria, canteens, Wi-Fi in every department, labs are well-equipped, and the library is full of books. The hostel's food quality is okay; you can have it; there are multiple mess areas outside where you can have food; and also, the college and hostel have sports either on the college grounds or on other grounds.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but we have to study on our own for exams, and faculty members are well qualified; most are Ph.D. holders, and the way they teach is okay, but most importantly, they do help you when you have some doubts about them. For my course, I feel the curriculum is outdated and industries require more automation, and we will head towards automation, but the curriculum is typically old.
Other: I chose this course because I was always curious to know about machines and their working and operations. I would try to improve the curriculum as it is outdated. There are many festivals going on around college, and we tend to have a large crowd of our own college participating in campus festivals. For connectivity, there is a train available near the college Akurdi station. And scholarships are also provided through the Mahadbt website. There are multiple clubs for extracurricular activities.
