DAV School of Business Management is great for graduation.
Placements: Placement opportunities are average. Very few companies come for placements. The package offered by each company depends on the job role. The course (graduation) offers entry level jobs with a starting salary of 15,000 to 22,000. The college prepares the students to face interviews but the placements are average. Students can job hunt themselves also.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-equipped with projectors and speakers and air conditioners. The campus is relatively small but is good. The campus has Wi-Fi access. The library has all the books one might need for their course and these are updated with the latest edition. There is a huge playground for sports activities and other cultural programs.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly experienced. The curriculum is designed to enhance communication skills. Students are asked to participate in organizing seminars which gives them a real world lesson on management. Apart from the regular course, the college makes sure that each student is ready to face the interviews by conducting workshops and activities.
Other: The best thing about the course and the college as a whole is the opportunity that each student gets, to enhance their skills for the real world. Students learn a lot form these experiences and come out with great public speaking skills, management skills and technical skills.

It is the best college for BBA in Bhubaneswar.
Placements: I passed out from this college in 2019. Placements are not available in this college, and only 10% of the students got placements. The salary package offered great. The only company which came for placements was Godrej. Roles offered are sales and back office.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. It includes smart classrooms, a library, auditorium, classrooms and canteen. The college is very clean, and it is not crowded, which is amazing. Canteen food is also very good. Games and sports ground is available here.
Faculty: Teachers are highly trained and qualified. Quality of teaching is very helpful and very good, and it helps in our academics. They provide the best notes which help in our exams, and we don't need to refer to books. It makes students ready for an MBA.

Poor infrastructures and opportunities to students, but really good faculties and course design.
Placements: Our college didn't bring in any companies for internships in summers. We had to apply in to companies on our own. There was only one company coming to campus for finals in our time I. e. Godrej and Boyce who took in about 3-5 students every year from BBA and B.Com combined which is about 2-4% of the batch size. It provided only a single profile which was contract of 2 years where in you are hired as a management trainee for the 1st year with a stipend of 18000 per month and in the second year you are promoted to the status of a permanent employee with a package of 3.5 Lacs p. a. Job Locations available were Bangalore, Raipur and Bhubaneswar. It was usually the profile of showroom sales or warehouse management. There were no other profiles available, also no other companies coming in to recruit. Though it was informed to us that earlier Deutsche Bank used to come for final placements which took in 1-2 students from the BBA course. Apart from that there were no other companies.
Infrastructure: There was no Wi-Fi made available to us though there was a Wi-Fi network in place for the faculty members. The classrooms were well-equipped with smart boards and ACs and the faculty members made the classroom environment quite interactive and each classroom could easily accomodate 60-70 students. There was a library which was only used to distribute the course materials to the students. Though it was open at other times, nobody used it as much. There is a Computer Lab which is provided with proper LAN connections and properly used for the course and also for other extra curriculars. There were not much facilities provided in the hostel. But yes, the rooms were kept clean from time to time but any complaints made about any discomfort or any problem in the hostel used to take weeks to be taken care of. There were a lot of restrictions within the hostel for going out and the outing hours were really less and inconvenient. The mess food was really pathetic and there was alternative such as a canteen for that. There were no medical amenities provided. Sports were conducted once in a year for 2 days and that was it. It constituted of sports like badminton, shot put, discus throw, 100, 200, 400 meter sprints, relay races, long jumps and throw ball.
Faculty: The faculty members were highly qualified and very helpful. They provided a very interactive environment for students inside as well as outside of classrooms. The courses provided were really relevant with respect to the industry standards but get a bit outdated which take some time to be updated.
Other: The course provided was pretty well designed in accordance with the industry standards. There were not many events conducted except for the management fest, Genesis, which constituted of 4 competitive events for school students across and outside the state. Also there is a cultural event organised every year named Bhavyataa, which provided a platform for students to showcase their talents as well as management skills as it was driven by students helped by the faculty members. There were a few clubs for bringing out literary talents, IT intelligence, economics knowledge of the students but they were still in the incubation stage. I think it would be better if there were more extra curricular activities and case study competitions organised for the students. Also the campus life should be enhanced and the restrictions on the students should be loosened by a large extent.

Not good placements but a very good place to learn management, indeed!
Placements: As far as placements are concerned, they do not provide placements. Since the past 3 years we only have godrej visiting the campus that too a pool campus. So hardly 4-5 students gets placed. The package offered was 2.5 lacs pa. We had standard chartered at our campus 3 years back since then we only have godrej visiting. All the students got internship at good places though. We had good number of students working for PSU's the college gets good internships.
Infrastructure: The campus is big but the building is not that great. We have college and the hostel in the same building. The classrooms are good with AC and with smart board. We only have computer lab equipped with new computers and high-speed internet. We don't have Wi-Fi though. The library has good books but if you wish to sit and study there, unfortunately that's not the place. Hostel's rooms are good but the food quality is very disappointing and inspite of many complaints there was no action taken. Sports facilities are not so good.
Faculty: The teaching quality is very good. We have brilliant teachers always ready to support. They really care about the students. Everyone is qualified in their field. The teaching quality is very good with regular classes. The course curriculum is very relevant and few management games and industrial visits makes a student industry ready.
Other: I chose this course because I was always into marketing. I always liked the marketing jobs. If you want that panache in your style you want people to listen to you, you should go for marketing. I want the course to be more practical. We have many guest lecturers visiting the campus. We have genesis fest which happens in the month of November and everyone is allowed to participate. Students are sent to different schools within Odisha and are asked to conduct business quiz games and the winner comes for the final round in genesis. The surroundings are very good. The college crowd is okay'ish!

A good college with good faculty members and facilities.
Placements: There was no much better campus in our college. Hardly 2 campuses were done. The highest package offered by them was 15,000 per month. Courses were about human resource management, marketing, finance which can help you in pursuing an MBA also. For internship, 100% of students got an internship because it was one of the project work too.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided were good. With a good classroom but no AC and library, computer lab, activity hall, etc. The food of the hostel was good, they provide a 4-time meal including evening and morning snacks. And sports and games were there. But the outing was very less for girls.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was very good. Teachers were so friendly that we can easily interact and clear our doubts. Yes, this course curriculum relevant and make the students ready for industry and even for further management courses for higher studies.
Other: I chose it because I am very much interested in the business sector and wanted to learn about management and all. I think there is nothing to improve, overall I found this course a proper complete knowledgeable one. Events, fest, extracurricular activities were done so properly in our college.
