Daynanda Sagar College of Engineering in a nutshell.
Placements: According to Statistics, 85% of students are placed in the CSE branch. And 100% in the Mechanical branch. And around 75% in other branches. The highest package was from the CSE branch as that of 56Lpa in 2023. the lowest package was of 3LPA and an average of 8 LPA in CSE-based branches. Top companies that come are - Wipro, TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, JP Morgan, and others. Some top companies like Amazon and MS Zomato also come with 2-3 recruitments. Around 50-60% of students get internships through colleges, but almost 90% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: College Hostel experience is too nice. ! But expensive at the same time. Indian hostel is not nice but NRI one is amazing. ! Facilities provided in hostel are decent like. Decent Wi-Fi, gym with additional charges, lush green campus, many space to hangout and have fun, multipurpose playground for almost all sport like cricket, basketball, football, separate tennis court, volleyball and all.
Faculty: Faculty are not top-notch, but they are helpful and encouraging. ! The curriculum is not relevant in the first year, but it is said to be nice in the second year. The curriculum is not as per market needs; one has to learn by self. Internals exams are easy, but semester end exams are something difficult. ! Passing percentage is 40% and 85% in the compulsory attendance with can be managed uptill 75%.. .
Other: Everything is decent. If you are getting this college through Management then it is not worth spending that much. From COMEDK it is decent, if you can afford then well. KCET is the best way to enter this college, the 4-year college studies will generate a good ROI for you.

I am quite satisfied because of the placement offered by the department.
Placements: Ninety percent of the students were successfully placed in the fields of computer science and engineering. The highest package offered is fifty LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies for computer science and engineering are Sony, etc. There are separate rooms for internship training at the college.
Infrastructure: The faculty and the infrastructure provided by the computer science and engineering department are quite impressive. There are separate rooms for lap Practice and theory classes. The canteen in the mess is okay, and the facilities provided by the Hostels are good because they provide Wi-Fi and hot water almost 24/7.
Faculty: Since Dayananda College of Engineering is an autonomous college, the question papers are designed or set by the college teachers themselves, which helps a lot in maintaining a good CGPA throughout the entire four years. Coming on the semester exam They are quite easy.

Life at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering.
Placements: Not everyone will get placements, but most of us in our batch got placements, not for the huge package but an average of 4 LPA. Very few got higher packages. Overall, everything is good; we just have to try harder, put in some effort, and have confidence.
Infrastructure: I stayed in the hostel for one year, but the cost is so high for the facilities, especially for the South guys, as they only provide North Indian food. The cost also depends on the sharing. Otherwise, it's okay. The canteen has only two options, and the prices are moderate, with the taste not so good.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members in our branch are good in their skills. When it comes to labs, the attendants' behavior is not so good. Teaching is okay, and exams are not so difficult. Apart from the academics, some teachers make a discrimination between students, which is a bad thing.
Other: If you are a Karnataka student and meet some government criteria, you will be able to get some scholarships. Since it's a huge campus, you have to be confident to recognize yourself in the college. There are many fests and events to enjoy.

Yeah, overall the college is great and extracurricular activities are the same as other colleges.
Placements: Placements are okay as every campus. Our department has the highest of 11 LPA and more. The course is nice and it’s never-ending. We act like a bridge between doctors and devices and yeah, it’s perfect.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. The college is about a couple of acres, and our parking lot is big compared to other colleges. Maybe some colleges might fit in our parking itself. The buildings are great. We have a separate building for each department, and there are 3 auditoriums and one whole building for CPA.
Faculty: Exams are done good, and yeah, internals are tough. There are 3 internals for each subject, and compared to other colleges, our college backlog exam fee and reveal fee are higher, so it’s a bit worrying. Fees are high for management, and they take separate fees for exam, etc.
Other: Yeah, choose our course, like medical electronics, it’s better than others because it’s different.

The review of Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering.
Placements: I am in my third year of ECE, and from seniors, I came to know that about 75% of students get placed every year. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, etc., which also offer internships of about 10–20k, and the top roles offered are software development and backend development.
Infrastructure: I am from electronics and communication engineering and am in my third year. In this department, faculty members are pretty average; some are really good and some are not, and the hostels are two, one Indian and one NRI. The NRI hostel is really hi-fi, but the food over there is bad.
Faculty: The teachers teach in the classes pretty well but not really well but they do provide the notes during internal and external exams, which helps students gain marks. The semester exams in the first year are really easy and then it depends on the department in ECE; they are really tough.
