Placements: Broadway I. e the placement cell of Delhi college of arts and commerce has been doing an amazing job since years. When placements are concerned, DCAC is one of the best college of south campus. Reputed Companies like E&Y, KPMG (INDIA), KPMG (GLOBAL), RBS, FIS, RERISE, NIIT, TEACH FOR INDIA (NGO), GENPACT, ITC, URBAN CLAP etc. Visited the campus for roles like- marketing, HR, Customer support, sales, production executive etc. And even took decent number of students from all courses this year. Man...
Placements: The placement cell does bring some attractive companies for the students, but maximum of them are for B.Com and eco students. They offer a pretty good salary as a graduate. Companies like Ernest Young, KPMG regularly recruit from the campus. If you are looking for some work experience immediately after the graduation, it is a good option.
Placements: The college placement cell was active in commerce and economics courses. However, for the arts, the placement was not great. The placements had improved from the years. Inshorts company visited the campus to recruit. Other companies usually visit the college to mass recruit and do not focus on specific courses.
Placements: Talking about my batch 2015-18 B.Com (Hons), it suffered from over admissions, which impacted the placements in the third year, but still, a considerable percentage of students got placed with Big 4's like EY, KPMG both global and Indian firms along with firms from banking and other corporate sectors. Even including hospitality sections so all in all. If I've to comment on the placements for commerce graduates, I'll rate it 7 out of 10.
Placements: The placement in my college is not so good, but we can say that average placements took place every year. Some big companies like KPMG come every year, with an average package of Rs. 3,00,000 per annum. The placements percentage in my college is I think 10% to 20%.
Placements: There were only a few companies visited for placements. Overall the experience in the college was below average. Our seniors also faced a similar issue for jobs beyond the campus placements. The package offered by companies was not great either.
Placements: The college itself offers placements for students, and also placements are from abroad. Mostly students have got a good placements from this college. Highly paid jobs are available, and this is what I like about this college. Vistaprint, graphic designing, etc. Students have to draw and show their creativity.
Placements: I have some knowledge about the placements of my seniors, and the placement scenario is decent in the college. The companies like KPMG, EY come to recruit students, and the average package the students receive is around 4-6 LPA. The students of Economics honours and B.Com honours get placed the most.
Placements: The placement cell of DCAC worked really hard in the last few years, and the number of students getting placed in companies like EY, KPMG Global, KPMG India, RBS, FIS, Genpact, L&T, etc. has been increasing year by year. The CTC offered by the companies varies from 2.5 LPA to 6 LPA.
Placements: It is a prestigious institute in Netaji Nagar in Delhi. The placement of college is very good. The companies like Mahindra, Zee, etc. come here. About 80% of the students get placed in every year. The highest package in our institute is around 15 LPA. The average package is around 3-4 Lacs.
Placements: I didn't know much about placements as I did not actively participate in it. But to the best of my knowledge, the placement is good over here. The placement cell, which is prominently managed by the students itself provides the decent job opportunities in emerging companies or ventures.
Placements: The placement in our college is only good for the B.Com (Hons) and B.A. (economics) students. Though there are plenty of companies that come here which are open for all, none of them gives more than 3 lakhs per annum of the package. Also, placement for the B.Com (Hons), economics Hons and journalism students are really good. Last year, I heard that one of my senior got a package of around Rs. 14 Lakhs.
Placements: There is an active placement cell, however, most of the students end up opting for higher studies. I know a couple of seniors who are working at very established forms such as the PWD, a number of college graduates have also been civil applicants with a few of them currently serving as the civil servants. It genuinely comes down to what you want to do individually.
Placements: The placement cell of Delhi College of Arts and Commerce is very active. Many big companies visit the campus for the placement drive. Around 60% of the students get placed every year. Big 4 companies also visit this college. Placement for commerce department is good as compared to other courses.
Placements: The students of our college get placement easily. As our college has its own placement cell. Many of my known seniors got a good package. And I am willing for one also. It's easy to get an average package of 4-5 LPA and further depends upon the students' capability. Every year most of students get placements by companies like KPMG, CEAT and many more. The scope of getting placed in a good company is much wider here. We had many seniors who are now working for big MNCs.
Placements: The college is seeing huge spike in the placements with each passing year. Broadway, the placement cell, has been very successful in getting some of the really reputed organisations which seek the college for hiring. EY, KPMG, FIS, RBS, etc. are some of the companies visiting the college every year. The average salary package is also rising and now stand at approximately 3-4 LPA.
Placements: The limited companies were part of the placement programme during my time. KPMG took the highest number of commerce graduates with a package of around 2-2.2 lacs per annum. There were no placement opportunities for CA students. Most of the students applied off-campus and got the job. I don't remember the highest package, but the average would be around 2 lacs per annum. Backend jobs were offered to the students.
Placements: Since I'm a second-year student, I don't know much about placements, but from my view, our college holds a good placement record if we see in the previous years. Last year, more than 70% students got placed in the companies they wanted. The companies like Dell, Ernst & Young, TCL, etc., come every year in our college and choose the best students for their companies at an average annual package of around 3-4 lacs per annum.
Placements: None of the students sits for the placements in our college because less number of companies visit our campus, and hire less number of individuals too. This year, till not about 5-6 companies have visited us and offered Rs.30,000-Rs.40,000/- average salary per month. The highest was Rs.50,000/- a month by KPMG as far as I could hear, where there are no official data as such. The placement is active only for B.Com students and provides no internship opportunity to B.A. and B.A. (Hons) students.
Placements: A lot of companies came to the college like Google, Genpact, Deloitte HCL, E&Y, RBS, Concentrix etc. They provided a good package to the students, and some of my friends are working in those organisations. There is a very good placement cell in DCAC. If any student wants to study, you can join DCAC. This college always is known for studies and not for enjoyment.
