Placements: The placement cell is active but it provides average placements for top scores. Maximum students have to reach out on their own to the companies. So the highest salary package offered is 14 LPA in past years and the average salary package offered ranges from 5-6 LPA. There are no restrictions on internships, so students can participate in that.

Placements: In our college, we have a very active and helping placement cell, and the records are also amazing. Last year, the highest package was 25 LPA, and the average package was 15 LPA. Top recruiters are Amazon, Airtel Payments Bank, IBM, Birla, etc. More than 70-80% of students got selected in the campus placement rounds, and many of them also got internship opportunities.

Placements: Placements are completely student driven. Teachers are not concerned about placements at all. Top recruiting companies in my batch were Godrej, ICICI Bank, DE Shaw etc. The top package goes Upto 25 LPA. Although it depends on the year but mostly more than 70-80% of the batch gets placed. Our college does have one of the best ROI as the feels is very low.

Placements: Roughly 75 percent of the students were placed. 8 LPA was the biggest wage package available. 3 LPA was the lowest package. 5 LPA was the average salary package provided. The top employers were CRY, Pratham, Azim Premji Foundation, and social research organizations. About 50% of the students got internships, and the roles offered were research associate, social analyst, or programme officer.

Top recruiting businesses in my course are CRISIL, ICRA, and Goldman Sachs. 90% of students received internship opportunities. The most popular roles in my course are Business Analyst, Policy Analyst, and so on.

Top recruiters in the college for our course include EY, Times India, News18, Infosys, etc. Top roles offered in the course were that of recruiters, researchers, analyst, etc.

We have a well-coordinated placement cell, which is really beneficial to us. The typical pay package ranges from 15 LPA to 29 LPA. 72% of students receive internship opportunities.

After completing my M.A. in Sociology, I was posted as a teacher. Packages range between 40K to 55K, depending on the course you take. Some of my friends even got 15 LPA. Suggested top roles are HR, Technician, Research Analyst, BPO, etc. Top companies include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc.

Placements: About 50% of students were placed in my course. But the college does not provide a placement programme. The maximum salary is 4 LPA, the average salary is 2.3 LPA, and the minimum salary is 1 LPA. The top Companies are Tata Steel, Bokaro, News18 Network, etc. top roles are entirely dependent on the quality and merit of the students.

Roles mostly offered include Analyst, Data Scientist, Economics, etc.

More than 100 companies visit the college for recruitment every year. Major recruiting agencies are Network18, TV9, etc. The maximum package is INR 20 LPA, and the average package is INR 6 LPA.

Placements: About 90% students are placed in our college. The maximum salary package offered is 34 LPA and the average salary package offered is between 15 LPA and 16 LPA. The top roles are sociology professor, life coach, and social worker. Top recruiting companies like Network 18, HT Media, Sun TV Network, etc. visit our campus. As we get internships from colleges, about 30% students opt for them.

Placements: Placement was around 70 percent- tough not very good but feels were very low the highest package was 7.8 LPA and the lowest was around 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Sun TV Network, Ganga Social Foundation, and Space Times. Suggested roles were an analyst, Education, Buisness Administration etc. Internships were not compulsory but students could do them on their own.

Placements: Recruitment seniority differs from other colleges. Only 30% of students get placements. Most recruits come from the Economics department, with placements mainly in financial or analytical firms like Fractal or Morgan Stanley. They seek a strong background in math or statistics. Sociology research is increasingly qualitative, so do your best. The highest and lowest salary packages are 10 LPA and 3 LPA.
