Besides placements, the college is good.

Placements: The placements for other branches is zero, but the teachers in food technology and chemical technology branches have good contacts with the industry persons, so they help the students for placements. But the students should make an individual approach to the faculty members.

I am quite unsatisfied with placements and course structure. It should be improved.

Placements: Our whole batch got placed, but 90% of them got placed from off-campus. For food technologists, it is easy to get jobs in companies. The scenario of internships depends on us. We have to use our contact to get internships in the third year.

Campus life here is good.

Placements: There are no campus placements for civil engineering department. You have to attend other colleges with a reference or on your own. I hope this will improve in the coming years as this is a developing college, especially in the civil engineering department.

There were no placements for 2019 batch, but the infrastructure is under development.

Placements: Good placements are provided by our college. Internships are also provided. The highest recruiting company was Parle Agro. Internships are offered in Parle Agro.

I'm absolutely dissatisfied with teachers, but placements in 2015 and infrastructure are good.

Placements: Our college does not provide any placements. Students get placed in off-campus drives, and they get placed on their own efforts. I am absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty members, but placements in 2015 are good. Our college should provide facilities and should hire trained faculty members. The number of supporting staff members should be increased.

Good college but no placements.

Placements: The placement is very low or even no placement is available in the college. The college staff has a very good network with various company persons so the teachers help for the placement of the student but the student should take interest and get connected with the facility as the teachers surely place them in a company.

Review of Department of Technology, Shivaji University.

Placements: A minimum of 60 to 65% of marks are required to get placed. For food technology, many companies come here, like Parle Agro etc. For chemical technology, Cipla and Nerolac came here. There are no placements for civil engineering and mechanical engineering students. All the students got internships on their own.

My college life was very good because of the nice surrounding nature as well as a good curriculum.

Placements: About 20% of students got placed from our course. The salary package offered here ranges from 1.5 LPA to 3 LPA. Parle, Nestle, etc., companies recruit students from here. About 75% of students got internships in Parle Agro, Mapro, Mondelez, etc. Quality assurance, production, research and development work are offered to interns with a very enthusiastic environment.

Absolutely satisfied with the university and library.

Placements: About 70% of students got placed in different organisations. 3.8 LPA is the highest package, 1.8 LPA is the lowest package, and 2.4 LPA is the average package offered. Sai Life Sciences Limited, Vinati Organics, and Laxmi Organics are the top recruiting companies. Production executive and supervisor roles are offered in our course.

The hostel is good, and they give more freedom.

Placements: Only 5% of the students from our course got placed. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Companies do not directly visit our college for placements. About 2-3 students from our course got an internship.

There are no placements at all, and the infrastructure needs to be upgraded.

Placements: This college doesn't provide placements. You have to search for them on your own. If you want to join a college which gives you a good job after engineering, then this is not the place for you. However, some professors of our college will help you to find a job and prepare for it, but there is no guarantee that you will get a job.

It is a good and reputed college.

Placements: Till 2018, there was no company coming to the college, but from 2019, the college is trying hard to provide placements. The placement cell is getting active day by day, conducting various activities to build the skills of the students required for industrial purposes.

The college provides poor placements. Poor faculty.

Placements: Placement in Civil Engineering was almost 0-2 students per Batch. This means placement in civil is not even 5%. The package provided was not satisfactory and is below 2.5 LPA. There were few cases where the ex-students had to work for even 15000 per month which is less as compared to the worker (mazdoor) working at the site.

About 80-90% of the student from our course got placed in top recruiting companies. About 70-80% of the student from our course got an internship.

It is a good choice for average students and also for toppers.

Placements: More number of students got placed in companies like John Deere, Eicher Motors and some of the local companies. Some mechanical engineering students also got placed in IT companies like TCS, Infosys, etc., for those students who have completed "C" and "C+" languages.

Sometimes you face many problems here because of some reasons.

Placements: Our college has many mechanical engineers because it is an autonomous college. There are no placements, and top roles are also not offered. We got knowledge only by ourselves.

Facilities and infrastructure are good but a bit dissatisfied with placements.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the minimum salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Net Crackers and Persistent. Students are also placed in one of those companies, and some of them are also self placed in Amdocs, TCS, Oracle, etc. Around 50 to 60% of the students are placed on their own on the campus.

The campus is good. They only need to improve their teaching staff members and take more practicals.

Placements: Students get a top percentage of 9 points in their academics and the low percentage of 5 points. The highest salary package offered is 4 to 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.4 LPA. Any top company did not offer jobs for placement for mechanical engineering students. For chemical and CST, the campus selection is more. Almost 35 to 40% of the students are allowed for companies.
