I am not satisfied because of the quality of teaching and the facilities provided.

Placements: Many opportunities are provided for the students. There are many placements drives. Approximately, 150 companies (like IFB, EDAG, Wipro, etc.), visited every year to provide jobs to the deserved ones. The highest package offered is 40 lacs per annum (Robbins India ). The average package offered is 2 lacs per annum. 78% of the students got placed.

DBIT is a nice college with the best placements, but its infrastructure is normal.

Placements: Placements drive conducted at DBIT was nice. Many MNCs used to visit here. The companies like the Genpact, Wipro, Mind Tree, Navy Tech., NEC were coming to the college for the placements. The T&P cell at the DBIT is also nice. The DBIT placement percentage is also 60%. Personal development programs are also conducted in the college to the students for a duration of 4 years. Quantative aptitude classes were also conducted for the betterment of the students so that they can pass their written exam...

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college

Placements: Most of the companies that were called for placement were not genuine or were just small companies which were offering a package of around 2 LPA or less to B.Tech graduates, or they were having a training period of 3/6 months without any stipend. 4-5 genuine companies were there, the rest were mostly BPOs or sales or marketing jobs for B.Tech students. As per the college, 80% students were placed, but in reality, less than 25% are working in the companies (related to their branch) they got place...

Good placements, but none of the big companies will be coming there.

Placements: "Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology" is known for its placements. But most of the companies which are coming for placements are not great enough and not good to start your career. Most of the companies that they call are just startups, and most of them are also fake. They show big company names in their campus prospectus just to make people fools.

One of the best places, if you really want to work hard.

Placements: DBIT is one of the best colleges in Uttarakhand (I think it is the best one under Uttarakhand Technical University).up to the standards that are expected of an engineer. The internal exams are easy to crack and even the university exam is not an indicator for better placement, so you have to take all that DBIT has to offer and make the most of it. For mechanical, the placement percentage is reducing The problem here is, though DBIT has had a stellar placement performance in its history, you ...

The college is good and the faculty members are also good, but the problem is there with its management. Like other colleges, they only focus on placement related activities and less focused on skill development. The location is quite friendly and the infrastructure is also good.

This college is not actually a good place to learn anything because the college's authorities always try to busy the students by imposing new and some unfair (against students) rules, like : Submit all your fees of upcoming year in advance (like for 2nd year : submit fees till 30th June just after completion of 1st year exams). If someone fails to submit the same then they charge fine of Rs 500/day on the students and they have to deposit that whole amount at time of next semester exams anyhow, ...

Our college is average but affordable.

Placements: From the 7th semester, campus placements start, and many companies visit our campus, but the bigger companies do not select many students. Almost 60% of students get placed. It depends on the students also. Mostly, placements are done by very small companies. The salary package offered is about 3.5 LPA.

Passed out in 2017. Good.

Placements: 5% students were placed, INR 7 lacs per annum was the highest package offered and INR 1.8 Lacs per annum was the lowest package offered. Top roles were B.Tech, hotel management, ayurveda, management courses etc. Majorly all the students went for internship as per your convenience in their known companies.
