I am satisfied with whatever I am getting. It is one of the top universities in Madhya Pradesh.
Placements: More than 90% of students got selected/placed. Top recruiters were Wipro, IBM, Cognizant, etc. And as I heard, the highest PKG offered was about 22-24 LPA and an average of about 7.9 LPA. Also, 109 students in CSE and 102 students from IT branches got placed this season.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure could be improved, although it has a separate block for each department, like A block for Mech and M block for administrative work. Also, hostel facilities are very poor. Only 20-30% of students got a seat in the hostel, and the rest had to take PG or private hostels. It follows a "first come, first serve" policy.
Faculty: Faculty here are highly qualified professors. They teach us very well with lots of real-life problems and situations. The course is definitely designed to make students industry-ready. Also, the e-cell and placement cell help students in getting good placements. I recently gave my 1st MST, and it was quite good—not very tough, not very easy—it was decent.
Other: There are lots of events and fests in my college, and Garba here is the most popular in Indore, one of the best Garbas in Indore. Some popular events include E-day, E-sangam, Aakshank, etc.

Highly recommended course in today's growing IT world.
Placements: The placement cell at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya is efficient, offering students a range of opportunities across sectors like IT, finance, consulting, AI, data science and more. Key recruiters include Infosys, Flipkart, Cisco, Wipro, Cognizant, Adobe, Dell technologies and many more, with the average package being around 45 lakhs and the highest reaching 1.3 core. The college provides strong internship programs, often leading to pre-placement offers. Students receive excellent support through mock interviews, resume workshops, and technical training. A strong alumni network also helps with job referrals and guidance. Overall, it provides a solid platform for securing good placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalay is satisfactory, with modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a resourceful library. Wi-Fi is available but can be slow during peak times. Sports facilities are decent, with courts for various games. The hostels are comfortable, though food quality in the mess could be improved. Overall, the campus provides a good environment for academic and recreational needs.
Faculty: The faculty is knowledgeable, though teaching methods could be more engaging. The curriculum covers core topics like programming, algorithms , modern technologies like AI , cloud computing, data science, etc. But lacks more practical knowledge and learning. Exams are mostly theory-based, with practical assessments in labs, but there is a need for more project-based learning and real-world problem-solving. Overall, it's a solid program with room for improvement.
Other: Overall, the course is good. It includes every modern technology and learning. The learning methods of teachers should be a little improved. As it's a government college, teachers are also not regular, and students are a little freer than those in private colleges. It is good in some way. The rest, youth festivals , programs , scholarships and more such opportunities come now and then. One can reliably take this course; it is beneficial, career making and good overall.

My journey in the DAVV college.
Placements: Most students do not participate in placements due to the low salaries offered by companies. However, those who do are often placed in mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. The roles offered in the course include data analyst, engineer, and computer engineer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. Classrooms are fully furnished, and libraries with the most resourceful books are present in the department as well as in the central library of the college. In the hostel, the food quality is not good, and people prefer to eat outside the mess.
Faculty: Semester examinations occur every six months, though some semesters can be covered in five months or less. Semester exams are easy, as some questions may be repeated. The course is well-designed to provide knowledge of computing languages.

Infrastructure and education is not that great it's average , but exams are simpler so you can do it
Placements: Placements are average, for my course average is like between 6 to 8 L. But highest is 1 crore but it's off campus so if you work hard you can surely get it. And every course differs placement wise and it's our course is best in our college campus after IET.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not good of college, but hostel is quite good. I mean you can live here. Infrastructure is not that fancy like ac, hd screen etc but teaching is good. Hostel is normal like any other you will surely get to relax a lot .
Faculty: It's simple , you can study a week ahead and can get a great score. Faculty are generous, you can connect with them greatly and marks are easy to get but yeah for your own skills you have to work hard and get skills. Exam pattern is also good not that difficult.

It is a good college option if you want a government college in MP. Placements are also good.
Placements: Almost 70- 80% of the students get placed in CSE IT. In other branches, around 50-60% of the students get placed. The highest salary package offered on campus is 22 LPA from the IT branch. The average salary package offered in CSE IT ranges betwenn 8 LPA to 9 LPA. Salary packages offered in other branches vary from 5 LPA - 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Amazon, Accenture, and Cognizant are the top recruiters. Almost 60% of students got internships in companies like Cognizant, TCS, and ZS. Software developer and data analyst are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: We have 24-hour Wi-Fi in the hostels. Labs are decent and classrooms are good but there is no digital board or projector. There is a new and big library. Hostel is also very good but the washrooms are bad. Mess is decent and the food is eatable. Monthly fee charges of mess are Rs. 2500. Canteen is not big and serves items like tea, snacks, biscuits, chips, and cold drinks. Medical facilities are basic for cough, headache, and cold. Sports facility is not provided But there is a huge ground that is around 1.5 km away. But the hostel has free space where you can play volleyball, tennis, etc.
Faculty: Teachers here are PhD holders. They have good knowledge but they cannot deliver it to students. Curriculum is not good. Industry-required skills are to be created by students on their own. They provide theory knowledge only. Everything else has to be done on our own. Semester exams are of medium level. The ones who read can pass easily. Almost 90% of students pass.
Other: I opted for this course because CSE and IT branches have good importance in MP government colleges. Practical knowledge and industry-required skills should be provided more to improve. Many events are held in the auditorium and everyone can attend. The campus crowd is good. Scholarships are provided according to category like MMVY. Extracurricular activities like NSS, NCC, and Nukkad Natak are held.

Satisfied with college ,decent for students.
Placements: Average package offered in the placement is 7 lakh per annum( rough idea) . Top recruiting compkanies are barcelay,LTI,metafic, nuclei,NRI fintech. Placement cell of college is good with experienced teachers which provide good guidance and are aware of students capability.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is decent as per government college . Both girls and boys hostel are present in campus not much luxurious but ok ok. Food in boys hostel is not good but in girls hostel is fine. Wifi access in available in diffrent departments of the college .
Faculty: Curriculum is designed nicely keeping in mind that student gets enough time for other ci curricular activites also. They are many clubs in college which ensures student participation in them. End semester exams are decent and one can easily prepare for them.
Other: Nothung much to write college is good .
