It is a good college option if you want a government college in MP. Placements are also good.
Placements: Almost 70- 80% of the students get placed in CSE IT. In other branches, around 50-60% of the students get placed. The highest salary package offered on campus is 22 LPA from the IT branch. The average salary package offered in CSE IT ranges betwenn 8 LPA to 9 LPA. Salary packages offered in other branches vary from 5 LPA - 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Amazon, Accenture, and Cognizant are the top recruiters. Almost 60% of students got internships in companies like Cognizant, TCS, and ZS. Software developer and data analyst are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: We have 24-hour Wi-Fi in the hostels. Labs are decent and classrooms are good but there is no digital board or projector. There is a new and big library. Hostel is also very good but the washrooms are bad. Mess is decent and the food is eatable. Monthly fee charges of mess are Rs. 2500. Canteen is not big and serves items like tea, snacks, biscuits, chips, and cold drinks. Medical facilities are basic for cough, headache, and cold. Sports facility is not provided But there is a huge ground that is around 1.5 km away. But the hostel has free space where you can play volleyball, tennis, etc.
Faculty: Teachers here are PhD holders. They have good knowledge but they cannot deliver it to students. Curriculum is not good. Industry-required skills are to be created by students on their own. They provide theory knowledge only. Everything else has to be done on our own. Semester exams are of medium level. The ones who read can pass easily. Almost 90% of students pass.
Other: I opted for this course because CSE and IT branches have good importance in MP government colleges. Practical knowledge and industry-required skills should be provided more to improve. Many events are held in the auditorium and everyone can attend. The campus crowd is good. Scholarships are provided according to category like MMVY. Extracurricular activities like NSS, NCC, and Nukkad Natak are held.

I will say that college is something that doesn't decide your future.
Placements: Around 900 students were there in first year. In the passing batch of the college, as the market was having ups and downs this year, there were not many good placements, but yes, the highest package was 20 LPA, while the average was 7 LPA. Many good companies like ZS Associate, Barclays, TCS, etc. Come to our college for placements. internship basically depends on your smart work and how good you make it. If you can do it, then you can get it; otherwise, you may need to go off campus, but yes, you will not face problems with placement.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, classrooms, and libraries are all good, but yes, there have been problems with hostel facilities. Hostel facilities are poor for food; you have to go outside or tiffin, and you can't rely on the canteen. For games, you have to go to the Takshila campus. The hostel facility is not good, but with good friends, you can have a happy life and learn many things.
Faculty: Semester exams are easy. You can easily crack it in your first year, so try to score more and more. Teachers are helpful whenever you have any doubt and have flexible classroom status. You can also follow your passion with studies, so just go ahead and enjoy this first year, which is going to be the happiest journey of your life.

A lot left to explore.
Placements: When seen from placement perspective, the university seems like a great place. There are many companies visiting for placements like barclays, accenture, Deloitte, etc. placement head of our institute is also very dedicated towards their work. Companies like accenture and deloitte also provides paid internship opportunities in the third year for students to gain exposure.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here needs a change; it is in very poor condition and needs urgent maintenance. It has been hardly touched since it was made; there are ample funds present, but there is no development as it is a government institute. In labs, there are old instruments present.
Faculty: The curriculum is not practical, there's a lot of theory in it, which is not required, it is not up-to-date according to today's needs, and their are outdated instruments present in labs that cannot help in practical learning. The faculty here are of two types: one is very supportive and helps children; they are very few; and the other is that they only give lectures and do nothing beyond this to help students.

IET DAVV review by a 1st-year undergraduate.
Placements: In the academic batch of 2019–24, 90% of students in the Information and Technology branch got placed. The highest package offered was 28 LPA by ZScaler company. The average package offered to the IT branch was 9 LPA. The highest and lowest packages offered in the Information and Technology branch were 28 LPA and 4.5 LPA, respectively. Top recruiters were: 1. product-based companies: Amazon (under women's wow projects only), HDFC, Poonawala Finance, NRI Fintech, Barclays, etc. 2. Service-based companies: TCS, Infosys, Associate, etc. Students got internships in various companies, from large multinational firms like Amazon to small startups, and one of my seniors got an opportunity to get an internship at ISRO. Roles offered by companies visited during campus placement were junior software engineer, system engineer, technical analyst, SDE1, etc. The centralized placement report is yet to be published, and placements are still ongoing.
Infrastructure: During the very first year of engineering, students of all branches are compiled to study the same subjects in the main academic building called M-Block. The M-Block is big enough and equipped with all the facilities. An indoor auditorium with a seating capacity of 500 people. All classes are clean and well maintained. The infrastructure of M-Block is good. After completing the first year, from the second year onwards, students of different branches study in their respective department buildings. For information technology students, there is a separate building called IT Block, a multistory building with well-equipped labs and high-speed internet 24 hours a day. The IT building is newly constructed and equipped with all the modern facilities one can imagine. Library = The central library is also newly constructed, with separate areas for studying. It consists of only curriculum books. Around 20,000 books are there. Wi-Fi is also present in the library, but it is only open until 4 p.m. Hostels = There are 4 boys' hostels for each year, all of which have a capacity of around 150 students. There is only one girl hostel there, which is divided into blocks; one block is allotted to each year. All hostels have a common area, a central lawn, a water cooler, and six bathrooms per floor. Hostel rent is 22,000 (twenty-two thousand) per year. A 24x7 LAN connection is provided. Each room is of single, dual, or triple occupancy (depending on the hostel). All hostels are 24*7 guarded; no outside is permissible in the hostel. Even seniors can't enter junior hostels. Mess = Mess charges are 2600 per month. The mess food is not worth it. But there is also a private mess and tiffin system, so one can change the food service if he does not like it. Various options are nearby, and eating in the hostel mess is not compulsory. Canteen = There is only one canteen in the whole college, which is near the boys' hostel. The canteen is overpriced and overhyped. Medical Facilities = No such medical facilities are provided, but if you want some instant medical aid, the guard can give you that first aid. Sport and games The sports and games facilities are top-notch. There is a hockey field, a synthetic racing track, a cricket ground, a football ground, a basketball court, a tennis court, a squash court, etc. The only thing we don't have on campus is a swimming pool.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Many professors are Ph.D. holders and even researchers. They are able to clear all of your confusion, but only if you approach them. You can't expect them to spoon-feed you. The course curriculum is up-to-date and relevant as per today's requirements. Irrespective of branch, each and every student has to study coding as it is part of the curriculum. The curriculum of the core branches is also designed to give students a soulful insight into computer technologies. As we come to semester exams, they are quite easy to pass. Each student has to clear all courses to pass. If anyone gets back in any of the courses, he or she has to take the supplementary exam. 37 out of 100 is the lowest passing score in all the courses. If any student is getting back in up to 5 courses, he or she is eligible to enter next year, but if he fails in more than 5 courses, he will face a year back.
Other: This was the best option I was getting as per my Jeep mains rank. Iet Davv has a legacy of excellence in placement and academic proficiency in the state. It's one of the best colleges in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology Engineering is the top branch of this college. The location is also an important factor; the college is situated in Indore, which is an emerging IT hub in the country. The placements were decent for the CS/IT branch and had a great return on investment. The thing I wish would be better in my course is practical professional knowledge. No doubt the course is up-to-date, but I still think more practical knowledge should be provided to students from the very first year. Events and festivals = Freshers, induction, yearly convocation, blood donation camps, marathons, and festival celebrations like Ganpati and Navratri Garba nights are common. Each month, Iet-ians celebrate one fest or enjoy an event for sure. Thus, campus life is awesome. Campus crowd = The campus crowd is talented and studious; you'll find someone better than you in every field. To showcase your talent, various events are there. Connectivity = College Connectivity with the city is quite good; you can get buses directly from the college gate. Popular student places like Bhawarkuan (student hub/coaching hub) are within walking distance, so you can prepare for any exam with these coaching services along with your college. Bholaram (the party hub) is also nearby. Campus surrounding = The campus is built over a sprawling area of 150 acres, all covered with lush green trees. Nature is around you, and you're in the abode of nature. The best part about the college is the peace and fresh air you're going to have here. Scholarships = This is by far the best part of this review. Almost all of us study here for free. The ST/SC get their full tuition paid by the government as per the MPtaasc scholarship (eligibility = family income less than 6 LPA). The second scholarship is MMVY (Mukhya Mantri Medhavi Yojna), and all tuition and hostel fees get paid by the government (eligibility = family income less than 6 LPA, Jee Mains rank under 1.5 lakh, 75 or more percentage in class 12). Almost all of the students fit into one of these brackets. Still, there are minority scholarships too, in which eligible students get 30 thousand rupees. Extracurricular activities = There are various clubs like Entrepreneur Cell, Pratyaksh Drama Club,

I am satisfied with whatever I am getting. It is one of the top universities in Madhya Pradesh.
Placements: More than 90% of students got selected/placed. Top recruiters were Wipro, IBM, Cognizant, etc. And as I heard, the highest PKG offered was about 22-24 LPA and an average of about 7.9 LPA. Also, 109 students in CSE and 102 students from IT branches got placed this season.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure could be improved, although it has a separate block for each department, like A block for Mech and M block for administrative work. Also, hostel facilities are very poor. Only 20-30% of students got a seat in the hostel, and the rest had to take PG or private hostels. It follows a "first come, first serve" policy.
Faculty: Faculty here are highly qualified professors. They teach us very well with lots of real-life problems and situations. The course is definitely designed to make students industry-ready. Also, the e-cell and placement cell help students in getting good placements. I recently gave my 1st MST, and it was quite good—not very tough, not very easy—it was decent.
Other: There are lots of events and fests in my college, and Garba here is the most popular in Indore, one of the best Garbas in Indore. Some popular events include E-day, E-sangam, Aakshank, etc.
