DAVV- a lot is left to explore.
Placements: Placements provided here are fabulous and at par with any other government college in Indore, even in central India. It has a dedicated placement cell which looks in all aspects related to placement and has very experienced faculty members like Mr. Govind Maheswari, etc. The average package at the college is 6-7 LPA, with the highest package of 25 LPA this year.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not very pleasant here like at other private colleges but it can be accepted if we consider other plus points. There are CCTVs and guards present in every block of the university. Also, there are 4 hostels, of which 3 are for boys and one separate for girls, which is located in the university itself.
Faculty: When it comes to faculty, this university is a great choice as we get to learn from very experienced faculty members, some of whom are exceptions. Also, the faculty here are very helpful and kind in nature. The curriculum is industry-oriented and also focuses on soft skills other than education.

Infrastructure is bad here.
Placements: Placements provided here are really awesome and far more better than other colleges in Indore and even in Madhya Pradesh too. The placement rate for our branch (mechanical) is about 70%. The highest package offered in the year 2023-24 is 23 LPA with an average package of 6-7 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the university is bad here and is not up to my expectations. It has very big campus but there is very less to no maintenance of the buildings and roads. The hostel is present in the campus itself. Quality of food in hostel mess and canteen is not so good with limited quality of food items present.
Faculty: Faculty present in the university are all well experienced and very knowledgeable and they try to explain complex topics in easy and engaging way. The curriculum is very well designed with the mid semester tests taken every month and a semester exam in ever 5 months.

The infrastructure of institute is average, but the faculty is good, & the placement ratio is good.
Placements: 75 percent of students are placed in my course. The highest package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest is 4 LPA, and the average is 5 to 7 LPA. Top companies for recruiting are LG, Volvo Eicher, Mahindra, and IT companies also offer internships for students. Good roles are offered by companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure in my institution are well and good, like the library, Wi-Fi, and classrooms, all are good. The quality of the hostel and canteen is average. There is a huge library where students can read easily because it is a very calm place and has a good Wi-Fi network.
Faculty: The teachers who teach us all have at least Ph.D. degrees and are all knowledgeable. Maybe the curriculum is average and not fully industry-ready. It seems that our semester exams are not hard. If a student reads at an average level, they will pass the semester exams, and the pass percentage is good.

The story of iet davv- It fulfills your dreams.
Placements: About 80 percent of students got placement; the highest was 57 lacs off campus, the lowest was something like 20 lacs and the lowest was something like 4 lacs. Companies like Yash Techno and Goldman Sachs visit more on campus. You have to work hard for an internship, but only some get it.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not good after all; it is a government college, and there is student Wi-Fi in limited spots. Classrooms feel like the 90s. Hostels are good to go. Rooms are moderate, not bad. Mess food is bad; after 1 month, you will change it on your own.
Faculty: Some teachers are good; some are good at teaching skills and some are good at practical. Some have ego problems, and some have anger issues. Some set paper an hour before the exam, and some give it to you. After all, you have to do everything on your own. It seems good to be difficult, and the whole college is strict with academics.

The placements in the mechanical branch are acceptable, but they can be improved.
Placements: I'm currently in the first year, so I don't know much about placements. However, I had a small talk with my seniors, and they mentioned that in our branch, only 20-21 students were placed on campus as very few companies came for the mechanical branch. But when it comes to other branches like ECE, EI, CS, and IT, there are top recruiting companies like Mahindra, TCS, and Cognizant, which offer an average package of 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure can't be compared to any other government colleges like IITs and NITs. Also, there are very few facilities for sports available in the engineering block. However, when one goes to the commerce block or any other course, which is roughly 1 km away, there are multiple grounds present for different kinds of sports and an indoor tennis and badminton court as well. Not all classes have projectors, but they can be obtained when required from the faculty room.
Faculty: In this college, all faculty are highly experienced and try to help students beyond studies as well. When it comes to difficult exams, our college has an edge as it is an autonomous institute, so the exams are at an easy level. The topics that require practical application are taught through PPT, and if needed, they are also taught in the lab.
Other: The placements of this college encouraged me to choose this college, and I am also pursuing a programming course along with it so that I can sit in the interviews for the CS and IT branches as well.
