Review of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed in our college. Infosys, Microsoft, and other companies visit our college. Above 50% of students got internships from our college.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi in our college. The lab is not good because most of the computers are not working. Classrooms are not good. They don't have projectors. Wi-Fi is not available in classrooms. Floors are not good. Sometimes there are no desks or benches. The hostel does not provide many facilities. The hostel rooms are small. Around 5-6 students should stay in each room. There are no proper tables and study materials. The food served in the hostel is not good. Our college does not provide medical facilities.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some are trainees. They are not good at teaching. They don't know proper English. They conduct classes in their mother tongue. Students cannot understand them properly. The course is good. It provides many opportunities. Our college conducts exams after every unit. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: This course is growing every day, so I chose this course. If you have coding skills, you will get good jobs. Our college conducts only a few events.

Master of Business Administration - Batch of 2023

Dean of our college is not good.
Placements: Some companies visit our college to offer placements to students. Most of them recruiting companies are agencies. Our college doesn't provide internships, so students have to find off-campus. The salary package offered is 2 LPA to 2.4 LPA. Our college provides less placements to students.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available in our college are labs, classrooms, and libraries. Wi-Fi is not provided in the college and hostel. There is no proper mobile network. Hostels don't serve different food for students from different states.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good, well-qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. Students are capable of learning and getting ready for industry. Semester exams are somewhat difficult and strictly conducted.
Other: I chose this course as it provides manager roles in leading companies. Exams are conducted more easily. Events are conducted once a year.

Management of our college is not good.
Placements: Our classmates didn't get placed till now, so everyone is in search of jobs and internships. Most of the campus interviews are for telecommunications. They don't care about students as they prioritise their money and reputation.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. Our department has 2 air-conditioned classrooms and two classrooms have normal air-conditioners. Wi-Fi doesn't connect. Lab hours are provided but students are taken only two times to labs. Library is good. Hostel food is good. Students have to clean their rooms by themselves and the bathrooms are not good. Hostel fee is high. The canteen is vast and good with separate dining for boys and girls.
Faculty: Few teachers in our college are good at English. Some of them are arrogant toward the students, but a few of them are good and helpful.
Other: I chose this course because MBA is a professional course. Many events and fests are not organised in our college. It celebrates Onam and Pongal. The arts fest is celebrated for 4 hours.
