    {Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}

    Is it worth pursuing B.E./B.Tech at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering?

    Here's a summary of the key points discussed by current students and alumni:

    Pros:

    * Good placement record: With a placement percentage of 90%, the college offers decent job prospects to its students.
    * Relevant course curriculum: The curriculum is designed to meet industry requirements in India, making it more valuable for students.
    * Faculty members: Although some teachers are less experienced, most are well-qualified and knowledgeable in their subjects.
    * Infrastructure: While the infrastructure needs improvement, the college has made efforts to upgrade its facilities, such as constructing new buildings and improving laboratory conditions.
    * Opportunities: The college provides opportunities for internships, extracurricular activities, and cultural events.

    Cons:

    * Limited infrastructure: Despite improvements, the college still lacks modern amenities, including Wi-Fi connectivity and well-maintained classrooms.
    * Poor hostel facilities: Hostel rooms are small, and the food served is not satisfactory.
    * Limited medical facilities: The college doesn't offer dedicated medical facilities, although nearby hospitals are available.
    * Teaching quality: Some teachers are less effective in communicating complex concepts due to limited proficiency in English.

    Overall assessment:
    While the college has its strengths, particularly in terms of placement records and relevant course curricula, it falls short in terms of infrastructure development and teacher effectiveness. Students who prioritize these factors might find alternative options more suitable. However, for those seeking a career-focused education with moderate infrastructure and relatively affordable fees, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering could be a viable choice.

    Remember to weigh the pros and cons carefully before making an informed decision about pursuing a degree at this institution.
