Placements: Our college doesn't provide any placements. No core companies visited our college for placements. They conduct interviews only for eyewash. Only BPO companies are visiting our college for the placements. The college doesn't organise any job fairs. Last year, only one core company visited for the students of the mechanical department.
Placements: Students get placements in voice process but not in the core companies like production and IT companies. Around 40% of the students got placed in the college placements. The lowest salary offered to a placed student was below Rs. 10,000 per month. All BPO/KPO companies like E-Care, Wings Technologies, etc., visit the college to hire the students. Trainee post was offered to the placed students. None of the students got the internship from college. Our placement cell makes a lot of efforts to mak...
Placements: Placement is not 100 %. They will bring the non IT companies to the college. The placement coordinators also not good enough to train us and tell us what is required to get a job. They tell you that you will be having placement training for 6 months in last year but you don't get 2 month training itself. They concentrate subject completion rather than placement.
Placements: There are only limited placements as 2 or 3 core companies will come mostly off-campus will be provided, and non-IT companies will be brought to on campus. Mostly, Sutherland and Hawlrt Packard come to the campus. It is located out of the city close to Kerala border, so they get more admissions from Kerala.
Placements: Our college is having the best placement cell. They try hard to bring companies for us so that we get placed. Many core companies come to these interviews, and most of our students get placed in various companies for various posts. All the companies come for students.
Placements: I studied mechanical engineering at DSCE Coimbatore. Based on the placement, our college plays a vital role in it. Their main motive is to create a bright future for us. They work hard for placing us in various MNC. In our batch out of 52, 45 of them got placed in various MNC. Interesting fact is 32 of them were placed before the final semester.
Placements: There is placement in good companies for those who cleared all semester exam. Around 50- 60 were placed in MNC companies. Different companies offered 2.4-4.5 lacs per annum as salary package. Mahindra Pvt Ltd, Wipro, Bajaj, and HCL provide an interview on our campus. The interview is conducted to students who passed all semester exams. MNC companies recruited to different sectors like software development, HR, software testing, company management. Different engineering sectors like biomedical en...
Placements: Placements were not bad. About 20 companies each year will conduct drives in the college. Most of the companies were BPOs. For mechanical batch, core companies coming for the drive were MRF and Tech Mahindra. Some of the companies were fraud. When a student got placed, they are asking for Rs. 15000 as a training fee and all.
Placements: Placements were there but no core companies were involved. Usually BPOs visit for recruitment. During 2015, four companies, relatyed to medical coding, came for placements. I was placed in two but as a medical coding trainee and copy editor for a medical journal. The salary offers was around 10 to 12k.
Placements: Jetwings, Tata Aerospace, NAL/HAL. There is the company where students got placed in an excellent package. So many of our senior got put in good companies, and they are doing good in their life. From here, we went for an internship in Jetwings for different software courses.
In all aspects college is mostly good. It needs to improve in the international criteria’s, focus in foreign languages and supporting the start-ups, motivations towards the innovations, present scenarios. Good relations with junior and faculty’s, good trainers languages, mentors and in many aspects college is good. My suggestion is to join this college, you will experience a better life.
Good institution in progress, working for students with good lab facilities and well qualified faculty but as same as other self-finance colleges in case of fee structures. Providing hostel in good condition and food. Students got friendly faculty to get involved in studies.
College has good Infrastructure. The facilities provided in hostel for both girls and boys are really good. Coaching and the way of conducting class is different from other Engineering Colleges, as we have practical interactions more than the theory lectures. Best of all is the College Canteen and Library with numerous national and international journals and students here are asked to publish articles as the part of project in pre final year and final year. They also encourage sports to an exten...
Good infrastructure and good quality of living but low teaching standards. The students here are from different regions in south India. The college needs to improve the faculty and insists research activities. The placement are not extra ordinary as this college is far away from cities too.
First comes the infrastructure, it is said that good environment for studying ensures a better future, the infrastructure is very good and teaching is also good, the lab facilities, bus hostel facilities and the food provided by the canteen is highly nutritious and the whole college is provided with full Wi-Fi access. The college is full lush green, filled with trees grass and flowers which will enchant your vision towards a better future.
Colleges always Groom your life. I had a lot of memorable days of my life in my college. I was good in studies and I got placed in TCS too. It’s the pride. I love to be there. Good infrastructure and good facilities. Make your choice and study well. Make friends, enjoy life, study well, and the world will be in our hands. All the very best.
The only good thing is infrastructure. Good quality food but no taste. And about the staff members, 75% of them were not good at all. Only aim is to get money, no value of education. I am telling this not to waste money. You can get good education somewhere with same money you pay. And the exposure and industrial experience you gain is total zero. Even the staffs don't know about the industry.
It is an amazing place to start your life for future career as an Engineer. Right now I am working as Business Executive cum Authorizer in HCL Technologies Chennai. You can start your Engineering course in DSCET Mahabalipuram Chennai. My college was very beautiful with IV to other state and my studies, extra-curricular activities, sports, Symposium, etc. And my college is located in ECR to watch lighthouse and beach view.
Placements: Only 50% of students were placed, with a the highest package of 12.5 LPA from the lower 2.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Microsoft, amazon, hcl, etc. 70% of students got internships. Two of my mates got assist tl position. It's a big deal I thought.
