Placements: There were no placements for the civil branch. There were very few companies that visited the college for placements. Few civil students were made to sit for placement in Infosys which was acceptable to many. The college still needs to work really hard when it comes to placements.
Placements: I have not been placed in any company but IT companies like Infosys visit here. Some of the ECE related companies also visit and marketing companies too but not for mechanical. Marketing companies which visit here offer a good package. They involve 2 or 3 rounds for selecting a candidate.
Placements: A lot of companies visited, including TCS, Infosys, HCL, way2SMS, Genpact, Cognizant, etc. to name a few. 3.5 lacs per annum was the average salary offered. About the internships, the college doesn't hold any responsibility towards that. I had a classmate who got an internship from Google, but that was his own hard work paying off. The college doesn't allow the students with active backlogs to participate in the placement drives. Also, if you are really passionate about something in your life, y...
Placements: No big names are visiting the campus and since the past 2-3 years, the only company which the college hugely depends on is Infosys, which also did not take lots of students this year. Apart from that, a few companies will be visiting the campus, providing a package of 1.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA.
Placements: Placements are the most important thing that any engineering aspirant worries about. This college used to have a decent placement but last year it started lowering down. Even the pool campus placement companies like Infosys took just a handful of people which was quite disappointing for us. The average stipend was Rs. 2.5 lakh per annum and the lowest was around Rs. 1.5 lakh per annum. Not many companies visited the college but this time they are promising that more companies might come in for t...
Placements: In the past years, around 70-75% of the eligible candidates got placed in the campus recruitment. Mostly, Infosys hires the students at a fixed package of 3.25 lacs. In 2016, Infosys hired 135 students of NIEC. IBM, Samsung and TCS also came for the placement drive, and the lowest salary offered last year is 1.5 lacs. Around 50-60% students get the internship from college.
Placements: Placements are not so good. Infosys being the only main company, which over the past few years also has decreased the no. of students being picked. Of the few companies that visit most of them are for "IT" jobs. I don't remember anyone getting a core job. Don't depend on the college for the placements. The TPO is helpful though, but since not a lot of companies visit, he can't do much.
This college is great for mechanical aspiring students. It has a great infrastructure. Faculty is up to mark and teachers are very helpful. Discipline is a must in this college. Strict rules and regulations are enforced. Canteen is great. The campus only lacks in facilities like AC and some extracurricular activities, otherwise, the college is great.
First of all, the college infrastructure is just great and management team is quite good. There is problem in the teaching methodology, not all but only a few teacher are good enough to teach, the other teachers teach like they are practicing on students. The attendance criteria is way too much darker than teaching procedure. The dean and the management behave like enemies of the student during sessional. The fee they receive is worth more than the quality of knowledge received by students. It i...
This is a good College under IP University. You do not require a very high entrance exam rank for getting in to this college. There is good discipline in the college. The infrastructure is also good. The labs are good in condition and equipment is regularly renewed and repaired. For CSE and IT streams, the placement is good. Placements for ME/MAE/Civil are average. MBA and MCA courses are also available in the college. Be sure to try visiting the campus before you go for it.
Facilities were goods. Labs were well maintained and most of the systems were in working state. Sports ground was good. Placement was not good at my time, can't about current situation. Management is better now. Try to avoid evening shift. Library is also good. Location of college is bad. Area near college is not good.
Infrastructure is up to the mark. Practical Experience are average. Crowd is good (Mixed Crowd). Placements is above average. Faculty is above average. Extra Curriculum are good. Wi-Fi is available. A My overall experience was above average as when I wanted to study it gave me complete package to learn as teachers were very friendly and when I wanted to do something else there was less absence issues.
The college is good in terms of infrastructure you will get a good impression from outside but labs are not up to the mark. Faculty does not have much experience and knowledge, thus we do not find them much helping. Placement is quite bad, only BPOs come for recruitment. Undoubted, Infosys is major recruiter but after that list of companies end. Average package offered is of 3 lacs which reaches maximum to 4.5 lac. Crowd is descent enough. Canteen is not that big, but you can have good time with...
This college is not worth the money we have spent on it. Classes are not conducted as per the schedule. Lab instructors are lazy. 60% of the campus is restricted, i.e. students can't roam around. It is worse than a school. Placements are average but no good companies visit the campus for recruitment.
The college has a great infrastructure, one of the best in and around Delhi. Placements come with average packages for CS and IT students. However, there are no placements for mechanical and civil students. Teachers are okay, with the best faculty for fluid mechanics. There are no attendance issues. It has best dramatics society and a very good dancing group. Though the college lacks sports facilities, overall it’s okay. The college location is a negative point as far as girls are concerned.
The placements are improving year by year, but they are very rigid about supporting cultural societies, they do not let 1st year students to be a part of cultural societies. Also they do not provide funds for the same purpose although I have heard that colleges get a crore for these purposes.
Infrastructure of the college is good. Teachers are friendly and helpful. Placements are average but if you work hard you can be referred to some good companies by the teachers. Crowd and campus life is also good as many events are held there on weekly basis. Societies are there to focus on extracurricular activities as well.
No core companies for mechanical and civil engineer students. Infosys is only there as a core company for all branch. Facilities provided by college are good and campus is also good. No ragging is there in campus and seniors treat well. Faculty is not so good only some of them can clear the doubt. Lab assistants don’t know anything.
There are knowledgeable and dedicated faculty members. Though placements are average but situation is redeeming for good every year. There are Pre-Placement preparedness drives every year with focus on industrial readiness of the students. As for infrastructure, it's one of the best infrastructure among GGISPU affiliated colleges.
