Best college in pimpri chinchvad.

Placements: It has good placements. Most of the IT companies come for placements rather than the chemical companies. The college sends students for the internship programme in the company. Industrial visits are conducted for students to know the industrial world.

All about Dy Patil specifications.

Placements: 2016 batch was really good. They placed with higher packages but after demonetisation the graph got down.80 to 90 % students get placed from our college the highest is 12 Lacs n lower around 1.2lakh. I'm not aware about how many companies visited our college. 20% students got internship from college. We have a placement cell. It is really important for students n they support us very effectively.

In overall view it is good faculties are average and there is no any freedom but rest all are good

Placements: The placement cell of this college is very good. As there are two engineering colleges in tue campus, the placement cell is common for both hence giving fair opportunity to students. As far as number is concerned IT companies including Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amazon tops the list. In core field, companies including Minda, Thermax, Eleation etc. Visits regularly for campus pool.

The best engineering college in PCMC.

Placements: The placements have been the major issue in all the engineering colleges across the country, but in few institutes like DY Patil, it isn't an issue. Placements are taken on a priority basis, and students are taught all the required aspects during the academics of 4-years. Every year, the placement percentage is generally 75%-80%.

I'm really okay with my college. It's not that bad or good. It's average.

Placements: The placements in my college are very good. Training and placement section of our college is very concerned about students welfare. They have started APART sessions for training students for aptitude test and personal interview. Many international companies like Infosys, IBM, TCS come for hiring the students.

Really average faculty but good scope for placements.

Placements: There are tremendous opportunities if you score well here to fulfil the criterion of the companies. And you can surely get placed because a lot of companies visit regularly. Many multinational companies also visit the college like Bombardier, Amazon, L&T etc.

I am satisfied with the education provided but disappointed with the placements.

Placements: Regarding placements, the college is very poor. There are no core companies only the marketing or sales companies visited our department. The chemical engineering had poor placements. No one from my branch selected in core company through college placements. There is a poor rating for placements.

I experienced an awesome college life in DYPIEMR.

Placements: They have a training and placement cells, helpful mentors and good placement records. It is a new college so not having much placement records. I'm from the mechanical branch and placement for mechanical students are pretty low. The college gives us full support to meritorious students. They will help to learn different languages like Japanese Chinese which helps to work from the international scale.

It is a good college for your personal development. Should focus more on teaching methods.

Placements: The placements are moderate in terms of IT sector. Comparatively, a few opportunities are there for other streams. There's a need to collaborate with core companies for electronics and telecommunications, instrumentation and control and production streams. Also, we need to work on training from the first year itself.

The infrastructure and facilities are good, but they follow SPPU, which makes the studies boring.

Placements: Placements started from August month. 80% of the students got placed, and the placements are still going on. The maximum package offered was 7 LPA by Bombardier. The minimum package offered was 1.45 LPA by Amazon. Some visits are arranged to make students learn about the companies. Don't rely too much on the college placements.

It is a mix of everything. Happy Graduation.

Placements: Dr DY Patil College Of Engineering, Pune provides various placement opportunities to the students. The TPO members are quite active and responsible for the placement activities. The main member Mrs Jasmita Kaur is the major motivation for all the students to go ahead and sit for the placements actively. She has proven to give the best inspirational speeches and corrections of the silly errors students do during their interviews. The college has been flourished by many companies from big multinat...

An average college that can make your future if you are talented.

Placements: The recent placements are average, not much good. It is very drastic to know the fact that a few students are getting placed, but in a figure, you can say about 30-40 percent of the students get placed. In my knowledge, the highest package offered was about 8-10 lakh p.a, the lowest package offered was 2.5 lakh p.a, and the average package is about 4-5 lakh per annum. Mostly the IT companies pay a visit to our companies, some of the big companies are Infosys, Amazon, Wipro are our mass recruiter...

Good infrastructure, facilities and placements

Placements: Placements are very good. We were offered the highest package companies last year. The placement cell also good and teachers are well-educated. Overall, good placements. TPO officers are friendly in nature. So we can easily interact with our companies and the placement cell. All teachers teach shortcut tricks so we can learn quickly and easily.

Absolutely a good college - good campus, placements, and infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are pretty good. Many students get the placement, only a few don't. The staff is good at solving the placement related queries. The one package that I know went to 5 lakhs in mechanical engineering in the first 3 companies that arrived. The placement procedure starts with the student seminar in which students are trained well to be professional. I personally love this college.

Brilliant infrastructure, poor management, good placements.

Placements: The placements are good. Reputed companies come to recruit the candidates fulfilling their criteria providing handsome salary packages but only in the case of CS /ENTC. Civil and mechanical starve for core companies. Some companies, even after recruiting, don't provide the offer letter, so the college needs to exclude those fraudulent companies. The old and new colleges have the same campus drive for each branch, hence more opportunities are there for our college, it being new. ...

Overall, it is a good college.

Placements: There was a pool campus drive along with the old college. Many IT companies like Tech Mahindra, TCS, NTT Data, etc visited the campus for placements and selected students in bulk. But for E&TC especially, core companies visited but they selected only the best students as they offered a high package. The highest package offered was 8 LPA by Bombardier for computers and E&TC. The TPO is helpful and you get experience by working as TPO volunteer on how the recruitment process takes place. ...

Attendance really matters in DYPCOE.

Placements: The college has very good placement record till now. Companies like Wipro, TCS, L&T, etc. recruit many students. The college has its own training and placement cell that helps the students to get placement in top companies. The average salary offered to students is around 2.3 lakhs.

The campus and infrastructure of the college are amazing. The college is still under construction. Architectural plan for thefuture is also great. The teaching staff is also good. Facilities like computer lab, workshops, etc. are pretty good. But no canteen facility is available. Overall academic and non-academic activities are great.

College has a great kind of infrastructure except playground. Talking specifically about Mechanical Department, it’s one of the best in Pune University. Last year college won the best college award among all colleges in Pune University. Placement Cell of college is also very good. Last year 25 core n 7 MNC IT companies visited the campus recruiting 80% students. Some of the names are Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cap gemini, etc. Core ones are Behr, Electromech, Bosch, Saint Gobian, etc.

All equipment available in Labs; technical events arranged by college. 100% placement, top most companies visit for placement like Infosys, Tata communications, L&T etc. It is the best College in Pimpri-Chinchwad area. One should visit the college once.
