The college has an awesome infrastructure and good placements.

Placements: Companies of three different profiles visited our campus for placements. On average, almost 30 to 40 companies visit the campus every year, out of which 25 companies are from the IT sector, 2 to 3 are related to the electronics branch, and 2 to 3 are the mechanical and chemical companies. Startup companies and mass recruiters offer a salary package of around 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Dream companies offered a salary package of around 4 LPA to 6 LPA. Super dream companies offered a salary package of more t...

Overall, it is a good college to study.

Placements: Placements for my batch and senior batch were good. Every student in the college got a job to their satisfaction. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Siemens etc., visited the college for placements. Roles like entry level engineer, software developer and software tester were offered to students.

One of the best colleges in terms of placements and level of excellence.

Placements: A placement committee is available in our college which looks after the placements. Almost 100% of the students got placements through our college, but the condition is they should satisfy all the criteria of the companies. There are restrictions for the students to get placed, but all the students will get equal opportunities.

The infrastructure and amenities are good.

Placements: Many companies like Blue Star, ZF, Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Byju's, etc., visited our college to offer placements. Companies visit the campus all around the year. A systematic placement process is followed to understand the applicant's calibre. This makes sure that the deserving students do get placed.

The college provides great placement opportunities for everyone.

Placements: Placement season began early August and went on till March. Almost everyone who sat for the placement procedures got selected. The highest CTC offered was 18LPA by Morgan Stanley, and the lowest was 3.2LPA by Infosys and TCS. Most of the companies were IT firms, but during my graduation, I saw quite a lot of Analytics and Consulting companies too.

A review of D. J. Sanghvi College.

Placements: The placements at our college are good, but they don't ensure you 100% placements. Most of the companies that visit the campus are IT-sector companies, and they are JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Accenture, Infosys, etc.. The average salary package offered was around 4 LPA, but some courses have core companies like Godrej, L&T, and Jacob's with an average salary package of 5 LPA. Overall rating for placement service is 2 out of 5. They can be improved more, and get much more good companies to campus ...

A good college having a brand value. Join the college if you are interested only in studies.

Placements: The final year internships were fixed for two companies. Students either go to L&T or Godrej. Both the companies provided good exposure, and the stipend offered was also decent, which was Rs. 10,000. The placements provided in core companies were few, but a lot of consultancy firms picked up a large number of students. Salaries offered ranged from 2.5 LPA to 3 Lacs per annum.

Satisfied with the placements, faculty members, infrastructure of our college.

Placements: For placements, majority of the companies hire students for IT sector. Hardly any company comes for core mechanical, electronics, production and chemical branch. Out of these, most of the students get placed in our college got the average package of 3.5 LPA. Some dream companies like Godrej, Jacob's, Mahendra Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Ernest and Young give the package of 5 LPA. Our college doesn't grant you 100% placements. Overall, it is a good college in terms of infrastructure, placements, canteen.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Most of the students who opted for jobs have been placed in renowned companies. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. Students were offered all-round roles from technical to business analytical domain. There are only placement drives in college, and no placements cell is established until now. Only few students were hired as an intern from the drive. The stipend offered ranges from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 5,000.

A college with good teaching facility but poor placement for Electronics, Chemical biomed dept.

Placements: Average placement of all departments is good. There are non technical companies, core companies and IT companies come for campus placement. Average salary offered is 3.5 LPA. Very few Electronics companies come to the campus. Same scenario is for Chemical and Biomedical engineering department. No Internship opportunities for students. The highest salary can go up to 10-12 LPA and minimum salary may go down till 2.5 LPA. Probability of placement in core companies is very low. But students get pla...

Best crowd, infrastructure and solid placements.

Placements: The placements stand amongst the best within most MU colleges. Almost every company that visits colleges like SPIT (considered good and ahead of D. J for computer dept. ). Visits here. Our batch placements went really well with nearly 95% interested students placed in normal (below 4.5 LPA), dream (4.5-6 LPA) or super-dream (above 6 LPA) companies. The overall role offered were (trainee) software engineer if opted for technical profile, or business analyst if opted for business profile(if compan...

Happy for getting this College due to its ample placement opportunities.

Placements: Placements at Dj Sanghvi are way better than other Engineering colleges in Mumbai. The Average Salary is 5LPA, and for Computer department it has 100% placement record every year, ample amount of companies visit for campus recruitment like technical, financial (Big 4) and non technical as well, and almost every student has 2 offers, companies are categorised into Normal, Dream and Super Dream. Around 25-30 companies are there for Computer Engineering graduates.

The review of D. J. Sanghvi College of Engineering.

Placements: The placements are awesome on the campus. We easily get a package of 7 LPA. There are no issues regarding the jobs in this field and this college. Companies like Accenture visit the campus for the recruitment. Only some people go to mass recruiters like Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services.

The review of Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College Of Engineering, Vileparle by its alumni.

Placements: The production department has seen good companies related to the core as well as the management. If you are looking for placements, DJ Sanghvi College of Engineering is the place to be. As you get much-needed exposure from the various extra-curricular activities like SAE, ISME, E-cell, and so on.

Mechanical department at DJ, life-changing for some people, whereas not good for some of them.

Placements: Honestly speaking, placements are best for computers and IT department. For the mechanical department, hardly there are any core companies for placements. Moreover, only 60 out of 120 interested students got placed in the year 2017. We have to find our own internship at different places. The college will give a letter, recommending the students of our college for the internship in the firm. The highest salary is for the mechanical class which was 5.2 LPA, and the minimum was 3 LPA. How D.J. Sanghvi College of Engineering stays in top 5 engineering colleges in Mumbai.

Placements: The placements here are decent compared to an earlier decade. The placements have dropped since last few years. Although I have secured my placement, and I feel there is a great scope for improvement. The placements for IT and computers are very good, but it deteriorates for mechanical and production field as there are more IT jobs. Also, there is a great attraction from finance advisory and share market firms.

Placements: I haven't got any placements yet. I will soon be placed as I enter my final year. I'm sure that my college has the decent companies coming in and offering the good packages. My senior batch had 60% placements. Along with this, the previous batches have the decent packages.

Unforgettable DJ days. Would like to experience them again.

Placements: The placements are decent. The placement officer isn't that dynamic. 10LPA was the highest salary offered. Many companies visited the campus, mostly IT firms. Most of the students were taken in as graduate engineering trainees and were sent to different locations in India. The lowest salary was 2.5LPA according to my knowledge.

Knowledge spreads more with a student friendly approach.

Placements: Great dream placement options. A range of opportunities in IT, management, electronics, and mechanical. As per my knowledge, 50 percent of students get placements, though the options for placements are not so flexible if you're planning for masters or some other plans. TCS and Infosys are the mass recruiters.
