Yes I am dissatisfied with the college.

Placements: I have generally not heard about placements from my department students who try for IIT JAM and other field jobs. some go for UPSC government exams students come here to do coaching and other curricular activities which develop their personality physically as well as mentally.

Based teaching faculty members, big college.

Placements: Placements available are average, infact even below 4 LPA is offered. Though the number of students placed is good, but only a few good companies come to recruit students, that too at low packages. Internships are mostly of far places offering no pay. Opportunities are many but not worth.

It's infrastructure is good.

Placements: At the end of graduation, around 50% of students got placed in different companies. The lowest salary started from 20,000 to at least 200,000. Companies related to software and computer systems-based roles come more in placements.

Glad about the faculty, but infrastructure improvement is needed.

Placements: I don't remember the exact data, but as far as I recall, the placement rate is around 50 percent. The highest salary is approximately 22 Lacs per annum, according to me, and the lowest is around 4.4 Lacs per annum. I don't know much about internships, but internships are available in many courses, and you can also do internships involving lab work.

College Needs to Be Renovated.

Placements: I don't know much about placements. There are more than 40 students in my course, and there is a placement cell in our college. Maybe a smaller number of students get the opportunity for internships. I hope this will change soon. There are better placements in computer science honors.

Satisfied with the faculty and college societies. The teachers are good and helpful.

Placements: There is no placement in our course as such except for some private as well as government internships. We also have to prepare for CUET PG exam and start struggling to get job as a professor, which is very difficult as there is very few vacancy left for permanent professors or we have only one option left to prepare for government jobs like UPSC, SSC, BPSC, etc. We get only internships in content writing or poster making; that's the only internship placement cell gives us, which is mostly non-pa...

Dyal singh college have a good infrastructure and facilities but not a good water facility.

Placements: So there are around 80 students in my course. I think the highest package is 20 lacs per annum and the lowest is 12 lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Infotech and many more. I think around 26 percent of students got internships for the post of worker or lecturer.

Unsatisfactory college experience.

Placements: Almost 100 students were placed in my course, the highest package offered by companies for placement is 40000-50000, the lowest can be 15000, students above 60% can apply for these placements. Placements are good and for experience some students can join but there is a lot of competition.

Dyal Singh College is a huge campus.

Placements: Our college provides placements for the B.A. economics honors course. Other course students do not get placements. Our college has a placement cell. It does not provide good placements.

It is a good college, but there are a few areas where it needs to improve.

Placements: Our college does not provide good placements. More than 100 students have been placed. The average salary package offered is 4.75 LPA and 5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 23 LPA. Several students intern, but most of the companies are not very well known. Top recruiting companies like EduMENTOR, etc., visit our campus. Top roles offered are research analyst and business analyst.

Average college with a below average placement .

Placements: To be clear, this college is not good under placement section. You have to find your own. The highest placement offered was 23 lakhs per annum and the average placement goes around 5 Lakhs per annum. B.Com is not a placement-oriented course in this college.

One of the best colleges of south campus, Delhi University.

Placements: Placement Rates is very poor in almost every college of University of Delhi except very few colleges but Dyal Singh College is not an exception, It has also very poor placement rate. Science stream students have very few options available as compared to Commerce stream. Companies like Times of India, VI, Airtel, Justdial come to talent hunt and Campus Placements. They usually have recruitment drive in January and February. Average package offered is around 2 LPA. Science students can apply for g...

I am not fully satisfied with this college.

Placements: Our course doesn't offer placements, but the students of some other courses get some placements from low-scale companies. Our course students go for M.Sc or prepare for competitive exams.

Dyal singh is a good college. Library is quite wide. Teachers are cooperative.

Placements: Dyal Singh doesn't have too much active placement cells. Placements are almost Negligible in this Science fields. Even as you know Science is vast field having large boundaries of dedication and hard work for long time. It is a time consuming process. You can't get good package by just doing only graduation in Science field.

Disappointed with the college infrastructure.

Placements: Placement cell of the college provides the opportunity for the students to get placed. A few people opt for college placements as most of them go to pursue Masters. Companies like KPMG, etc. visit here for recruitment. Roles offered by the companies are assistant auditor/accountant.

It has good faculty members with average placements and good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are not very common, but one can't say that there are no placements. Till now, no one has been recruited by any top organisation, even for an internship.

Review of Dyal Singh College.

Placements: Students get many internship opportunities throughout the tenure. College was not the main source in providing internship opportunities. It is a fact that the exposure we've gained through college has played a big role in bagging these opportunities.

I am satisfied with the faculty but the placements are not good.

Placements: A huge crowd is present at B.A. programme course as it offers wide range of subjects as discipline. One has to drill oneself and has to search of internship by oneself as we don't have much opportunities. The majority of the students opting for this course are preparing for UPSC.

I am not satisfied because of its faculty members.

Placements: In this college, nothing was offered. There were not any recruiting companies at our time, and they did not provide students with proper updates on anything not even notice on the notice board. Our teacher only used to tell students to do something on their own.

The college is not up to the mark and is entirely different from what I thought it would be.

Placements: I am in my 2nd semester, so I don't know much about the placements. But I read in the college prologue that it offers a decent number of placements with the highest package of 18 LPA and the lowest package of 4 LPA. Some seniors I know got placement offers from BYJU's and some other companies. Mostly, students opt for higher studies after their graduation.
