Qualified faculty members, decent placements, and strong infrastructure.

The curriculum develops critical thinking, covering a range of literary genres and theories. It includes elective courses with contemporary relevance, allowing student flexibility in their studies. Review of Dyal Singh College, Delhi University.

Faculty: The faculty, curriculum, and exam pattern are the same as other DU colleges. It’s not that good, but I think exposure is more important for a student at DU than the exam pattern. College semester exams are not that hard to pass but require dedicated preparation of at least 6 hours approximately.

Yes I am dissatisfied with the college.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful if you are regular usually students study just for the sake of exams, not seriously and most of the teachers focus on the quick covering of the syllabus In the end students have to study on their own. Stone hardly managed to pass due to their carelessness.

Good Learning Experience in Geography with Great Campus Life, but Curriculum Could Use Some Update.

Faculty: The Geography faculty at Dyal Singh College is highly qualified, with most teachers holding Ph.D. and M.Phil. degrees. Students appreciate their supportive and approachable nature, which creates a positive learning environment. The course curriculum balances theoretical and practical aspects, ensuring a well-rounded education, though its direct industry relevance may vary. Semester exams are considered manageable with consistent effort, and the pass percentage is approximately 70%. The departmen...

Everything about Dyal Singh College.

Faculty: Our teachers are well-educated, experienced, and helpful. All professors are Ph.D. scholars. Some teachers can be arrogant, but that's a minor issue. Semester exams are moderate. Papers are set by University of Delhi. Studying 10 days before exams yields decent marks, while 2-3 days is enough to pass. The failure rate is very low. Faculty members are supportive. They encourage us in extracurricular activities.

Satisfied with the faculty and college societies. The teachers are good and helpful.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and some of them are very helpful too. Teaching quality is also good, but it does not make a student industry ready as, after graduation, they don't have many options for their career. Semester exams are moderate; 40% are required to pass.

In a low budget, want to come to the best college.

Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and experienced, and they are helpful. Their teaching method is excellent, and they are very dedicated. Lab staff are also good and cooperative. Semester exams are moderate. If you study well, then there are no difficulties in semester exams. The passing percentage is 33% of the total marks. You have to pass practical assignments as well as theory exams.

Balancing Academics and Relations: A Glimpse into Campus Life and Nightlife.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and very knowledgeable. But still, they are open to more knowledge that they can get. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is very relevant and helps students in their future life. The semester exams are not so difficult.

The best and the worst of Dyal Singh.

Faculty: Faculty members are great and helpful. They have immense knowledge related to their subjects. They are easily accessible through WhatsApp groups and classroom classes. Semester exams are held every 6 months and the difficulty level is moderately difficult.

Real good faculty, labs, connectivity is at its peak, big campus, and lot of opportunities.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful. Teachers go out of their way to help students. The course curriculum is designed by the university, and it opens up a lot of opportunities in different fields of biology and mathematics. Semester exams are pretty easy; just attend the college regularly.

My first-hand experience of Dyal Singh College as a fresher.

Faculty: The staff is well qualified and helpful towards students. Generally, they are cooperative if you maintain the decorum of the classroom and do your assignments on time. But, if you try to cross them and be disrespectful, you will face the consequences.

Dyal Singh College: A Good College.

Faculty: Our Department of Commerce has a group of 39 teachers, whose head is Jasleen Kaur. All teachers were very supportive in nature and tried to teach students as well as they could. For the industry, I believe that students had to do a lot of hard work besides the course to get ready for industrial work. It can be achieved by doing internships & certification courses, which were provided by our placement cell.
