Placements: Many companies come to our college for placements, but the placements offered are only for specific courses like B.Com., B.Com. (Hons) or Eco-Hons. The average package ranges between 3 and 5 lacs. Last year, out of 200 students, 25–30 got placed, which means placements ranges between 10 and 15%.
Placements: Only a few students got placed in our college because it doesn't provide any placement. Only B.Com students got placed from our college. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. At the beginning and end of the session, most of the companies offered internships and the majority of students applied. B.Com honors is the best course, which is offered in our college.
Placements: I have generally not heard about placements from my department students who try for IIT JAM and other field jobs. some go for UPSC government exams students come here to do coaching and other curricular activities which develop their personality physically as well as mentally.
Placements: Not sure about placements because my course was B.Sc. Physical Science with Chemistry. But for other courses like B.Com (Hons). Placements are average. An internship fair is organized by the evening college every year, so you can get internships easily if you are eligible.
Placements: Good placement companies with the highest package of 7 LPA. The placement cell of the morning and evening college works great. They do have tie-ups with a lot of companies and offer jobs for almost all courses, from English Hons to B.Com. to Science—everything!
Placements: Students from different fields can be educated here and get placed after completing their graduation. Top company placements are also possible if you take part in different societies and are an active member. Different tasks are also assigned here.
Placements: The placement of Dyal Singh is average. Being on the south campus, average companies come for placements. A few of the companies that visit are Deloitte, Inara, Delta X, and Tata Consultancy. Around 30–40% of students get internships. The placement cell updates the students frequently if there's any internship or job available.
Placements: Around 55% of the students were placed last year. The average package offered by our college is 6 LPA, and the median package is 5 LPA. The highest package is 22 LPA. The top recruiting companies that arrived last year are KPMG, Deloitte, etc. Around 60% of the students got internships last year and this year also. In our B.Com program, the roles offered are basically accountant, legal advisory, etc.
Placements: College is nice but placement is not so good. You have to find your own, which is very difficult. And the annual package is 2-3 lacs per annum, which is very low. There were only a few courses that offered a high package. Recently, Dyal Singh has an active placement cell that provides jobs and internships to students.
Placements: Last year's data showed a placement rate of 35% and the average salary offered was 9 lacs. The highest package offered was 35 Lacs per annum. Top companies for recruitment were Big 4 firms: EY, Deloitte, KPMG and PWC, which are considered the best for B.Com. students. The placement cell is very active and frequent internship offers are given to students in small companies.
Placements: College is nice but the placement is not so good. You can't rely on only college to have a good future; you have to do hard work and establish connections on your own. Try to find more internships and opportunities on your own rather than relying on college because the average package of Dyal Singh is around 2 lakh per annum, which is very low. And only in selected courses do students get internships and job offers.
Placements: The average package is around 4-5 lakhs and the top recruiting companies, I would say, would be the big 4. We have gotten some opportunities from there and many of the students have also been offered a position. The top roles that are offered primarily are sales but also some rare opportunities for audit.
Placements: Around 20% of the college students were placed recently. Highest package was offered was 9 lakhs and the lowest offered was 2 lakhs. The average package ranges from 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs. Boat, Naario, Aim India, PWC, Indigo were some of the top companies recruiting in college. 30-35% of the students got internship in the companies like Boat, Naario HDFC Bank, KPMG India etc. Top roles offered in my course were management roles, diplomatic roles, counselling roles etc.
Placements: This year, 40% of the total students were placed in my course. Not sure about placement packages, but as far as I have searched, the packages range from 6 lakh to 20 lakh per annum. Our course offers many roles, like one can go into politics, be a civil servant, or be an archaeologist.
Placements: There were no placements in my batch. Only some sales companies came, which were not related to my field. Some students got placed on their own as our college didn’t assist us with placements, and that’s why the majority of students didn’t get placed. So, please start preparing for your placements from the 1st year onwards, as it will help you in your final year.
Placements: If you are expecting that the top companies will come to your college and recruit you, then you all are living in a dream world. The companies are looking for something different in you—your talent, etc. You also have the advantage, as attendance is not that important; even if you have 10% of attendance, you'll get the admit card. So just focus on making your CV so strong that every company will come and want to hire you for your work.
Placements: For the most part, liberal arts courses don't get placements, but the computer science department at my college does. The average salary package is around 6 LPA, with companies like TCS recruiting candidates. There is an internship cell in our college that covers a wide range of companies, including Boat, AIM, and Naario.
Placements: I don't think that in Maths Hons you will think of placements. People do Maths Hons for higher education or some do it so that they can get a degree and give government exams. But some of them get placements as they have prepared for an actuarial science course on the side, so you can pursue Maths Hons if you are willing to do so.
Placements: This year, almost 150-200 students were admitted to my course. The average package offered in our college is between 10-15 lakhs. On average, 80% of students get placements from our course in large companies like Tata Steel, Adani, Reliance, etc. Roles offered in our course can be in teaching, research, philosophy, or civil services.
Placements: Placement of the college is good, as the cell offers internships and placements from companies like Terra Motors, Bajaj, EY, and Myntra. The highest package was 23.5 LPA for placements and 50,000 for internships during the internship fair. Students of English Honors, History Honors, Political Science, and the B.A. program are offered job profiles such as HR Intern, Content Intern, Marketing Intern, and Social Media Intern.
