Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent by the AIU or Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by a recognized Board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject. Candidates must have passed class 12th/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or appearing in 2022. There is no age limit for the candidates. Candidate with below mentioned eligibility are also eligible: Final examination of the 2-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the NDA. SSC Examination conducted by the NIOS with a minimum of 5 subjects. A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 year duration. 2021 onwards Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow will be using the score sheet of JEE (Main) for admission instead of UPCET (Earlier UPSEE). It was established in 1823 by Pandit Gangadhar Shastri.

Placements: This college is a government college. It provides placement to about 40 to 50% of students. The highest package is 3 LPA and the lowest package is 1.50 LPA, with an average of 2 LPA. Most of the students in college are trying for government jobs. Top companies like TCS, TATA, and many more visit.

Big spacious and well ventilated classrooms, library with abundant books, and well maintained .

Placements: Out of 200 students who appeared for the placement drive, 98 were placed. Average package of all the packages received by their students. The highest package was INR 3.3 LPA, which a student took by himself via off-campus mode. It provides placements for about 40% to 50% of students.

Infrastructure: It has upgraded classrooms to facilitate teaching through modern tools and techniques. The college has centrally air-conditioned classrooms with Wi-Fi-enabled LCD projectors, tutorial rooms, a library, a state-of-the art seminar room, and a fully equipped auditorium.

Faculty: Some qualities of a good teacher include skills in communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, and patience.
