This college is absolutely disgusting.
Placements: No student got placed till now from our batch. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month and the highest salary offered was Rs. 12,000 per month. The college doesn't provide any placements. Only 10% of the students got an internship in Nalco company.
Infrastructure: The college does not provide good food. Only rotten eggs and low quality of rice are served. The classrooms and benches are not properly cleaned. Canteen is not good, neither properly cleaned. The medical facility is not available, and they directly take the student to the hospital. Sports and games are optional. Even a sports teacher is not available in the college.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are good but are changed regularly. Every month faculty members change. The college has optional subjects, but they do not have specific teachers. I would suggest not to opt for this college. The course does not make students industry-ready.

It is an awesome college with well-qualified faculty members and fully-furnished facilities.
Placements: Our college offered 100% placements for our batch. Most of our students got placed, and they are satisfied with the salary package offered by respective companies. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3.72 LPA. Most of the companies are IT-based, and for our course, there were companies like L&T, ACC, RAMCO, Royal Infrastructure, Simplex, etc. Every student from our course got their internships in companies like NALCO, Tata Steel, L&T, Jindal Steel, NTPC, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college and hostels were very good. All labs and classrooms were well-designed, and there were hi-tech smart classrooms. There was a central library, and the whole campus is under CCTV surveillance. It is a Wi-Fi enabled campus. Quality of food was pretty good. Gymnasium, football court, badminton court and everything was well-designed and occupied. The scenery of our college was awesome and eco-friendly with every facility.
Faculty: Teaching quality was excellent. Teachers here were helpful to us in everything from academic to personal life. They were well-qualified as well as knowledgeable. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready as they were providing us with industrial tours and placement training.
Other: Events and techfests were organised in our college every year. Techfest named Garima was extreme.

It is a bad college ever. Don't take admission in this college.
Placements: Around 50% of the students in our college got placed through placements. Many companies visit our college, but all are fake companies. It is a bad college ever.
Infrastructure: The library is good but small. The quality of the food served is the worst. If you taste it once, you will never go there again.
Faculty: Faculty members here do not provide a good education. They give burden to students. They are changed every year. I strongly recommend you not to take admission in this college. The fee structure is too high, but our course is good. The syllabus is also very tough. Students do malpractice and clear the exams.
Other: The college provides scholarships to SC and ST caste students.

The college has excellent placements and infrastructure.
Placements: Training is provided in personality development, accent training, technical skills, etc. Around 90% of the placements are achieved since the inception of our college. Pre-Placement training not only helped me improve my skills but also gave me very good opportunities. GIET invites recruiters to the campus to experience the learning environment of our institute and to offer challenging opportunities to students.
Infrastructure: The institute hosts world-class facilities including a central library, hostel, transportation, bank and ATM, gym, sports and recreation, computer centre, Wi-Fi and 24*7 security. The canteen provides hygienic food. Hostel rooms are well-furnished. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Internet connection is also available.
Faculty: GIET conducts the faculty development programme regularly. It conducts a 2-day workshop on FDP Sikshak. The institute has got National Education Excellence award in 2016. The college mainly offers three courses, M.Tech, B.Tech and Diploma. It organises seminars, conferences and a workshop on NPTEL regularly.
Other: A seminar called ACMA is organised by the mechanical engineering department. A talk is arranged by Dr Sudip Mishra, an IT professor at IIT, Kharagpur.

It is the worst college with worst campus. Our college facilities and faculty are not good
Placements: our college has the worst campus. I can't take placements from here. When our college itself is not good, it is difficult to assume whether the placements will be good or not. The college is very bad and the staff is not good. I only need a good job where I can grow my career.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not good. The college is the worst and the campus is very bad. Classrooms and library are very old and broken. College staffs are don't work properly. They are only sitting in their department and enjoy each others company. Our college madams are not good.
Faculty: Teachers of the college are not good. Our faculty members are coming into college and just stay in the department. Our college faculty members are very bad. Our college is getting one of the worst campuses which are spoiling careers of students. I can't take admission in this college at any cost.
Other: All these aspects are not good.
