This institute mostly emphasises on academics.

Placements: The institute puts good efforts to provide lots of placement opportunities. Almost all the eligible students of our batch got placed. The highest salary package offered was around 8 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 5 LPA. I'm satisfied with my placement offer. GITAM is the best institute for placements.

The college provides excellent faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: Almost 20 companies visited the institute during placement session 2018-19. Companies like HCL, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, are some of the good companies among them. Students were offered a salary package ranging from 1.5 LPA to 5.5 LPA. Almost 50 students from all the branches opted for internships in their final semester. I don't know the statistics of internships. However, Infosys offered me a stipend of Rs.12,000 per month.

My college life experience was great in this institute.

Placements: Placement of GITAM Kablana is very good. Students of this college get good placements with handsome packages every year. Even in my batch, every student had at least 2 jobs in hand from on-campus drives. TPO and Director take a lot of pain for getting students placed.

In my opinion, the college is very good compared to other colleges.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good and are based on the talent of students. Many companies visit the college to hire students, every year. The college provides the certificate of allowance if any student is interested in doing an internship. Pool campus drives are organised, in which many companies visit to recruit the students.

GITAM- An Institution of Intellectual and Pragmatics.

Placements: Being a second year student, I am a novice to have much knowledge about the placements and jobs but I know this much that GITAM is the bridge between corporate and campus. GITAM has tie-up with nearly 106 megacorps for training and placements including ACCENTURE, AIRTEL, AMAZON, AMUL, AXIS BANK, DABUR, DELOITTE, HSBC etc. The placement and training cells plays an effective role in acknowledging students about job opportunities, placement drives, internships and some grooming sessions are also co...

Take admission if you do hard work. Otherwise, go for a government college.

Placements: The placements are not good. You will get a job but not a good one. I will recommend this if the student has their own networks for jobs. For placements, no MNCs come to place the students. But, you will not be jobless, you will get a job as the college will place you in factories.

Bad experience in the college.

Placements: Placement cell is below average in this college, especially in the mechanical department. Also, all the facilities are not good. Placement for other branches is also not good. I think this is the biggest drawback of GITAM. If they improve the placement, definitely it will be a good one.

Worth of money but very poor faculty.

Placements: Very poor placement, companies for BPO profile used to come, I won't recommend, but those who pursue job from 3rd year /2 years no problem for attendance, very cooperative in this manner. I am from electronics, my batch was like 60% not-placed, we searched for the jobs ourself, but for computer science, almost 70% guys were placed. Same for the senior batches as well, few companies visited for other streams also. So, it is worth not taking admission in this college.
