Good placements, but bad infrastructure, with minimum lab exposure and poor hostel facilities.

Placements: For B.Tech understudies, there are no stipends. After B.Tech, I sought after M.tech in chemical engineering, and for getting into M.Tech, you have 2 placement tests, for example, PGECET and GATE. The people who are fit for GATE, are qualified for stipends and they will get situates in IITS, NITS or different universities and associated schools relying on their positions. The people who are fit for PGECET, are qualified for getting a seat in their particular state just without any stipends. ...

It is the best college to join and is very much disciplined.

Placements: GVPCE has a proven track record in placements. Our graduates are attracting good number of organisations, both from IT sector and Core sectors. Some of the organisations visited our campus including L&T, Tata Elxsi, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, VNC, Kenexa, Yahoo! And the list goes on. Also, the feedback from these reputed organisations about the quality work of the students recruited from our institution encourages our faculty and management to improve the quality of education. ...

Being an GVPian, I can say one word about my college "Sign In, Shine Out".

Placements: TCS is the major recruiter in our college with nearly 36 students placed in my batch(2016-2017), and in TCS Digital Hiring, 4 students were selected. GVP is the top college in digital hiring in both AP and Telangana. The salary offered for the TCS normal drive is Rs 3,30,000/annum and for digital hiring, it is Rs 6,60,000/annum. Many other companies like Wipro, UXReactor, ComTech IT Solutions, Verizon and Veda IIT visited our campus this year and a total of 441 students were placed till October...

All about academics, but you will get a little of other things too.

Placements: The placement department of the college is extremely active and good. Almost all students of this college who attend the placements will get placed in one company or another. The companies that offer placements to this college are mostly IT service companies like TCS, Wipro, IBM(BPO), Polaris etc. Product-based companies like Verizon, Sankalp SemiConductors, Veda etc do offer placements but only a few are taken. My experience of the placement cell is extremely satisfactory. They conduct mock int...

Placements: The placements for our seniors are excellent, as all of them were placed in TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra etc. Out of 1300 students, 974 are eligible and out of that, 734 were placed. GVP is having a great track record in the placements. Placements: The primary reason that students join here is for placements. Last year (Batch leaving in 2016), the placed students were about 550 out of 850(around). This year (Batch leaving in 2017) the placements are about 500 and still counting. The highest salary offered by the companies is 6.6lakhs (offered by TCS). Placements: For my batch, almost 75 out of 130 people are placed in the top MNCs in India. Some have more than one offer in their hands. For my seniors, it was around 60 out of 120 students. The highest package is around Rs. 3.6 LPA and the lowest is Rs. 2.8 LPA. The companies that visited are TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, CTS and Jindal ITS, Coromandel International, VEDA IIT and Sankalp Semiconductors. Good college in AP/ Vizag compared to others

Placements: Placements are good. Mostly people do get placed in either TCS or Wipro. 4 to 5 other IT companies also come to visit with a pay package of 4-6 lpa. They recruit around 3-10 each. TCS gives around 3.5 lpa and same with Wipro. They recruit in mass i.e. around 400-500 odd students every year from our college.

Completely satisfied except for the food.

Placements: One of the main advantages of joining in Gayatri Vidya Parishad are the placements. Almost all the eligible candidates will be placed and if you are good enough, you can even get a core job or a job with a higher package. Try not to get any backlogs and with some reasonable communication skills, you will definitely be placed and the placement cell will bring you lots of opportunities.

Placements: There is a good number of placement offers from GVP. TCS is the top recruiter from the past 8-9 years. The college placements are good. More than 700 students are placed every year. The laboratories are also good and well equipped. The faculty members are highly qualified. The college has good infrastructure and various sports and cultural activities are conducted. The fee is reasonable. It is one of the top reputed private colleges in Andhra Pradesh. And has a good score given by the NBA.

College is good! Canteen should be developed! More facilities can be provided! Cultural must be entertaining it must not be confined to disciplinary measures! College fresher’s must be monitored but not too serious! Holidays must not be compensated! Extra hours must not be conducted after 3:30 pm.
