  • GATE/NET etc. valid scores, if applicable

Note: The above-listed certificates are to be submitted at the time of interview at GAC, Bhubaneswar

Documents need to be submitted (in original) at the time of admission for verification:

  • Postgraduate Degree/MPhil degree or provisional certificates as applicable.
  • Marks Statement of the qualifying examination.
  • Transfer and Conduct certificate from the Institute where the candidate last studied.
    GATE/NET etc. valid scores, if applicable.
  • Migration certificate.
    Date of Birth (SSC/Matriculation or equivalent Certificates).
  • Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST candidates.
  • Medical Certificate from not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon in case of PHC.
  • Physical Fitness certificate.
  • Service certificate and “No Objection” certificate from the present employer (for part-time candidates only.)
  • Deposit of Admission and registration fee for research scholars registration fee (one time): INR 20,000.
  • Tuition fee (Annual): INR 30,000.
  • Thesis evaluation fee: to be notified at the time of submission of the thesis.

STEP 3: Merit List and Admission Confirmation

Once selection rounds are over, the institute releases a merit list. To allot and confirm the seat candidates are required to pay the application fee at the admission receipt centre.

Fascinatingly, it makes your future bright.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. In 2019, out of 120 CSE students, about 107 got placed with better packages, which is similar to mechanical students. Students get better internships, and they all are quite in a good place in their life. It is very impressive.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good and cool. It is good to have a natural environment that creates a beautiful ecosystem for grasping some thoughts and analyzing studies. It is a pleasure to hang through the campus, and it has a playground.
Faculty: Teachers are the best part of this institution. They guide you like their own kid. They are very friendly. It feels very satisfying to discuss some topics with teachers. They are available for students. The course structure is fascinating. It provides a magnificent structure of studies for being a good engineer.
Other: I have chosen this course because I love machines. This course gives me a new way to see this world with eagerness to modify and advance with machinery.

It is an excellent college, and around 80-85% of the students got placed with a good salary package.
Placements: In our batch, students are very talented, and students who scored 80% and above joined this college. Our senior batch also respects us, and in our batch, every student indulges with any other student, freely talk with each other and share knowledge with each other. Top companies are attracted in our college like Wipro and Infosys.
Infrastructure: Our college facilities are very good, and everything is available on the campus. Every shop is available inside the campus, so you need not go outside to purchase anything. On the campus, there is a grand library and a 4-floor air-conditioned library, which is very silent. In our college, every branch has 2-3 classrooms, and every student can sit freely. In the sports section, every sport is available, and you can choose your own, like indoor as well as outdoor. Our campus has its own medical facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good, and they are very friendly with students. Even if you have any doubt, you can meet them personally. They are well-qualified, and they are student-oriented. Every branch in engineering is available, and also M.Tech and PhD courses are also available. Every year our college programs an industry journey with faculty members for students to know how it works.
Other: I have chosen this course because this course is famous in our college in this area. Every student can get jobs on the college campus. I think faculty members should provide some higher studies so that students can understand the competitive exam pattern. Every sporting event is conducted in our college, and our college gave a prize for the best performance. Our college has yoga and a gym section inside the campus. It is the best college in Odisha.
Placements: Approximately 90% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 13 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA. Top requirement companies are Tata, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Almost 100% of the students got an internship in Jindal, Tata Steel, Coca-Cola, etc. The role offered in our course is a senior engineer in the automobile.
Infrastructure: Facilities are the best, and the infrastructure level is very good. Department has very good Wi-Fi, and labs are very comfortable and very relaxable. Hostel facilities very good, and the food is very good. Mess, canteen and medical facilities are very good, and there are games like football, volleyball, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very comfortable like parents, and if you skip and miss any lecture, they cover it. Our college is very good, and I would rate it as 5 out of 5. The course makes students industry-ready because it is very good, and faculty members are also awesome.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in the mechanical department. This college also has placements in this department. The best thing is you can know automobile car information in the world. I wish the college to improve English and communication skills of students because it makes them perfect. Placements: Around 74% of the students get placed from college. The highest salary package offered was 11.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top companies like Infosys, Byju's, etc., visit our campus for recruitment. The role offered is as an instructor. All HODs in our college are cooperative and gives valuable suggestions regarding the future with your fields of interest. They also provide extra lab and classes.
