To be utterly honest, the campus is a green adobe and has many recreational spots which a student would desire for. On an academic point of view, the faculty, GITAM doesn't offer the best. The curriculum is not flexible, the electives subjects aren't really a choice for the student. Faculty are socially interactive. Even though all these caustic remarks bring about a negative impression about the university; eventually every student ends up loving GITAM.

A few years back GITAM used to be one of the best college, but in last few years all the senior faculty members ran away because of stupid rules of the college. College infrastructure is good. You can’t even write exams by studying text books. Answers must be exactly matching to your notes. And I will recommend that at any cost please don’t join GITAM, it is a waste of your time and money. At present it will cost you around Rs.13 lakhs to complete any graduation course.

This college provides you with opportunities to grow as true engineers, it has vast campus with full greenery and very scenic with beach just opposite side to the college. There is scope for athletes, gamer, sports person on field. GITAM provides separate hostel facility for boys and girls.

It’s a very popular university in Andhra Pradesh. It has a nice environment in the college, nearby there is beach for hangout. About studies, it’s good but not excellent. And takes a lot of tuition fees which feels ridiculous. Hostels are good. Food is below average, can be better. Canteens are awesome with subways, frankies.

My college is decent it has all the things which a student will expect in engineering college. And faculty, enjoyment, research all is good. But keep in mind fee is too high for Normal student. At end of the day what everyone asks is have you got a job in placements .but Gitam will not assure you. I have a CGPA of 9.0/10 but I also didn't get the placement and I have felt very depressed but I got job outside in 3 months only. Finally it’s a good college but not best.

Though we were the first batch during my education, well enough standards were maintained. It will be an upcoming good college and at present it is giving a very tough competition to its home campus, Vizag. Nowadays, it is having a good placement results when compared to Vizag. And regarding infrastructure, it is still in process. But as of now it provides enough facilities. I feel good to be the student of the first batch.

One of the good colleges in Andhra Pradesh with a handful of experienced faculty, sophisticated library, comfortable hostel and great environment. I love this college very much though there are some drawbacks, as they are quite common in every college. The environment over here is very good as the bond between friends will also be great. The only worst thing faces here is the racial discrimination, i.e caste feeling. Apart from that everything is fine.

It’s one of the best colleges in the Country. It has best campus, curriculum, faculty and facilities. There are many startups from GITAM as well which says it supports student’s innovation. But the environment is addictive both in a positive and a negative way. In a positive way i.e. for a student with a vision it’s the best college. But if there is no clarity and if a person don’t have a strong mind he might get addicted to other things easily.

Great atmosphere, good faculty and infrastructure, less freedom, great friends and people around you. This makes the college a decent place to be associated to. Hostel facilities are up to the mark. It is a place where everything is close by to you. Placements are not so good for core but good for IT.

Students can use facilities to do projects and any research work under the guidance of a faculty. Lecturers here are a mix. Both good and bad. It all depends on the students. Letter writing tradition is still prevalent and it’s tough to get permissions to do anything extracurricular. College doesn't allow freshers and farewell kind of things.40 % weightage is given to internal and 60% to external exams. Tests are conducted on a regular basis which are always planned with students reading impor...

Almost all Campus Placement packages are around 3.2 L per annum. Best for average and below average students, not worth for nerds. The syllabus is not up to date as per current industry technologies. There are only 10% of professors who can explain the concepts well. The question papers for computer science subjects are not up to mark. Campus Life is good. Infrastructure is good. Faculty is not good. Assignments are not creative, Same basic lab programs every year. Facilities for sports ar...

Nice campus life but the standard of campus life is decreasing due to increase in number of seats and crowd in campus. Offers good facilities in campus. Placement record is average and one can expect offers from good range of companies. Committed faculty who can offer good support to students in all aspects. The college don't have good faculty and staff(including staff in labs ) and not so good hostel facilities. The food is very bad and i suggest you make it as last preference from any other colleges. The college fee is too high and also they don't provide minimum facilities for what you are paying.

Review of GITAM deemed to be university.

Placements: Placement is confirmed, but it is below INR 6 lakh. Good placements, but the package will be less. Many companies will be visiting, and interviews will be conducted in fewer rounds so that many students will get placed. A committee called GCGC will be trying to get more placements.

Awesome campus life. It's good to learn and enjoy with friends. Satisfied with faculty and placement

Placements: As the course was not really established, the opportunities were fair enough for top-rated companies to hire you and top roles were offered. Only about half of the students were placed on campus, and reasonable packages were offered. One of the best colleges or universities to join

It is good for only B.tech student.

Placements: Computer Science is better for MPC students to get the top placements and the campus is very good. Companies are coming normal only Some companies like Amazon, Google, TCS, and some other startup companies provide internships for students by conducting online tests and interviews. They also offer a good stipend for students.

Placements: Almost 75 percent of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered is around Rs 13 LPA and the lowest offered is around Rs 3 LPA, the average package offered is around Rs 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies were amazon, Accenture, TCS, Informatica, Deloitte etc. 100 percent students were offered for internship from coursera Python .
