Best 2 years of your life

Placements: The placement committee in GIM is one of the best that most B-Schools can see, the placement report published by the team covers every doubt that any aspiring GIMite might have. With past and present batches being successfully placed in both internships and finals, the best of the best come down to the campus for recruitment.

GIM - Through the lense of my eyes

Placements: The placements at Goa Institute of Management is totally student-driven; the management has no say in it. Given the trends of placements in GIM, marketing gets placed the highest followed by finance, operations and HR majors. For SIPs, last year, Britannia backed the highest stipend of Rs 70000 per month.

Good college with decent placements

Placements: 100% of the students who opted for the final placements got placed with decent packages. Companies from different sectors like BFSI, FMCG, consulting, IT etc. come to the campus for recruitment. The same applies for summer internships as the whole batch was placed in reputed companies.

The best faculty, the best campus, the best infrastructure.

Placements: Placements were 100% for the senior batch and we expect the same for ours. Students have been placed with big brands like Britannia, Asian Paints and Amazon. This time our college is targeting a double-digit average salary. Students are really satisfied with the placements of the college and we are looking forward to better figures this time.

Excellent learning about the healthcare industry.

Placements: Our placements have been 100% with average package increasing every year. This year, the average package increased by 24% as compared to the last year. There were 25+ companies participating in the recruitment drive, out of which 14 companies recruited for the first time. In addition, most of the top recruiters took expert sessions in their field. They enlightened the students with their practical experiences.

Really one of the best in class B-schools.

Placements: Placements were great in the senior batch. All got placed except those who opted out to join their father's business or start their own. Everybody got their internships as well. Top companies visited our college.

Back to college time again.

Placements: The placements are good. Most of the students (approx. 90%) are placed before December (5th semester end). The major chunk is taken by IT services and consulting companies. Few other companies like in Retail, Banking, Automobile, Startups take people in single digit only. In my batch, the average package was around 8.5 LPA and it varied from 5 LPA to 12 LPA. The roles offered were equal to any tier-2 colleges like assistant manager, associate consultant, analysts, etc. The internship offered to...

It's a novel experience to be a part of GIM and to be a GIMite. The facilities provided here train us successfully to be a professional and also prepares us well for the corporate world. At GIM we not only get to learn the theoretical subjects but we also get a chance to apply them practically. At each and every step of our learning we are guided by our faculty guides. Even the placement season which we face in the final year is full of companies that only provides us a good package but also hel...

Entirely student run campus equips future managers with right set of skills they need. The student life is amazing and the facilities provided are of too quality. Have a group of decent faculties with good industrial experience. The students get to work with various clubs throughout the 2year tenure at GIM.

Good Placements, Awesome campus, decent diversity. College is trying really hard to mark its presence on the international forum. Distant with the Industry, hence lesser live projects and industrial visits exist. College has initiated its MDP programme to bridge that gap.
