Placements in 2018-19 are good. Quality of education and the infrastructure are excellent.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good for IT, CSE, mechanical and electrical branches. From the civil branch, a very good company hired the students of our senior batch. We are waiting for our placements in the final year. Placements were very good for the past 5 years. The salary packages offered are also good.

An excellent engineering college with the minimum fee structure.

Placements: The college has MoUs with some core and software companies like Siemens, TCS, Crompton Greaves, Tata Tech, PGS, Varroc, Greaves Cotton, 3D PLM, Lodha Group, L&T Construction, Endress+Hauser etc. Good internship facilities are also available at the institute.

A great college to pursue knowledge.

Placements: Placements in the college are good, quality-wise but not quantity wise. Some students get salary packages up to 7.50 lacs per annum. As IT and CSE branches have above 80% of placements, the average package is approximately 4 lacs per annum. That's all about placements, and they are very high compared to other colleges.

This is one of the oldest and good colleges.

Placements: The mass recruiting company that visits the campus is TCS. Around 4-5 core companies visited the campus to hire students of the electrical branch, but they didn't recruit more than 4-5 students of the branch. Around 60% of students from the electrical branch get placed. Even placements of the rest of the branches are good.

The best engineering college in Aurangabad region.

Placements: The placements were average. TCS is the major recruiter for all the branches. Almost 50% of our class got placed. The placement cell can do better to attract good companies, especially for the core branches; whereas, the companies that came for non-core branches were good, and the placement percentage was also good for the non-core branches.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty.

Placements: The placements are the best for IT and computer science students. 85% of the interested candidates got placed, and 40% of the students are offered an average package of 3.5 Lacs per year. The placements are poor for civil engineering, about 5%. The highest package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest package was 2.5 LPA. It is good to have such packages in Marathwada region.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Good companies visit the college for recruitment. Companies like Tata, Hella Automotive, Bajaj, Endurance, Siemens are the main recruiters. TCS recruits about 200 candidates per year. Nvidia also visits for recruitment. Small companies of departmental level are also organised. The minimum package offered is Rs. 3.5 LPA and the maximum package is Rs. 6.5 LPA.

A college with the best labs, good faculty, average premises and the worst placements.

Placements: In the last four years, there are no placements in structural engineering. I don't have much to say about placements. When it comes to computer science, information technology and electronics and communication, the placements in our college are good. Placement cell in our college is useless. Students do not even get internship opportunities.

It is the best engineering college among all government colleges.

Placements: The students of our batch and our senior batch had to go to Baroda and Ahmedabad for placements. 25% to 30% of the students are placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month, the average salary offered is Rs. 15,000 and the lowest salary is Rs. 7,000. Marwes and other companies conducted the placement drives. 50% of the students got internships from the college.

Best in class facilities, time tested legacy, and an elite alumni group.

Placements: The placements during our passing year were hugely affected by the market downfalls around the globe in the past couple of years. We had a very less number of companies visiting for campus placements and most of the core engineering students had to shift to IT MNCs for getting placed. And those who refrained this change were left unplaced. Only TCS emerged as the major recruiter that year with almost 230 placement offers. The highest salary offered during that time was around 8LPA and the lowest...

Good placement in 2017 90%+. Best incubation center in Marathwada.

Placements: Just sharing for CSE. The largest package is by Nvidia 8 LPA to 7-8 students. Then Principal Pune 5.5 LPA to 3-4 students. TCS is the mass recruiter. Wipro, Tata tech, Cybage, 3dplm also offers between 3.5-4.8lpa. In 2017, 55 out off 60 students were placed atleast in one company. Internship offers from TCS, Principal Pune and few startups too. Obviously there were students who got multiple offer. Best placement record in Marathwada.

Good placement, Well educated faculty.

Placements: Core companies for electronics and telecommunications (E&tc) were limited but overall opportunity was there in software companies. Students placed ratio was 7/8 pretty good when compared with other core branches. Employment skill development courses were also funded from college side. Companies like verroc, wipro, reliance, principal global solutions, tata consultancy services, grind master and L&T visited the campus for my branch.

GECA, an overview of 4 years.

Placements: The placements are good on the campus as everyone gets placed. The basic salary package is 3 LPA, and this time, the highest salary package is 6.7 LPA given by TCS, which is like a God to us as it offers a job to everyone. IT, CSE, and ENTC have a high rate of getting placed on the campus. Almost 85% of the students get placed, The placement cell also plays an important role in it.

Government college of engineering Aurangabad review.

Placements: No placements for ME. Only TCS is going to hire you and only 2-3 students are placed from PG course. Very good placements for BE students. Specially from electrical branch SIEMENS, CG, TORRENT POWER, TCS, these companies are coming for placements. The highest package is 4.5 LPA to the lowest 2.8 LPA.

The college is good in terms of academics, provides good placements for non-core branches.

Placements: The placements in GECA for EE are not that good as compared to Walchand, Sangli and COEP. TCS which is a software company takes 15-20 students. Siemens take 2-3 students, Crompton takes 6-8 students, overall, there is 50% placement for electrical in the core as well as software companies.

A autonomous government institute in Aurangabad which offers you a platform to shine.

Placements: This institute is known for good placement record of the students since starting. Big companies like TCS, PGS, Nvidia, and Reliance offer a great chance to prove their skill and to make their mark. TPO has good knowledge of the industry and works hard to try to put every candidate somewhere through the campus interviews.

Placements: As said by my seniors, the placements are well and excellent. The packages for the students are good. Almost all the students got selected on the campus. All the good companies approach the campus to hire the students. If you are talented, then you can achieve good things along with a good job.
