Placements: I graduated from the government college of engineering in Salem in 2019. One of the best colleges in the Salem district This is a government college, so more scholarships are available. Every year, a certain number of students are placed. The salary package offered started at 20k–2lakh per month. Around 90% of students get placed every year.

Placements: Nearly 80% of students were placed this year and 2.5 LPA is the average salary package offered in our college. Also, some famous placement offers are by JSW, Zoho, TCS, Accenture, etc. Nearly 70% of students are placed in the above company in the role of metallurgy engineer.

Placements: Salem government engineering college is one of the best college for all engineering students. Above eighty percent students every year get good jobs. The salary is around 12k to 5lakh per month. Top companies are Ashok Leyland, TV's, reliance, royal Enfield, etc.

Placements: About 90% of our super seniors have gotten placed in companies like Infosys, Wipro, Zoho, etc. The highest salary package was around 13 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Infosys, Wipro, Zoho, Amazon, and many startup companies provided high salaries to students.

Placements: 80% placement in this college. The highest is 10 LPA and 4 LPA is the lowest. Jsw, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, CTS, Checktronics and more other companies. Zoho is taking more than 30 members for every recruitment therefore everybody got placed in this college.

The lowest salary package offered was 5 LPA. It was quite minimum but it was okay for the mechanical branch. JSW and many other companies like Ashok Leyland, and so on were the top recruiters. The major role offered was an assistant professor in any college.
