Review of Government Engineering College, Dahod.
Placements: About 30% of students got placed in core companies. In the previous year, the top recruiting company was Torrent Power Limited. The highest salary package offered in our course was 12 LPA. The average salary offered was 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: Many facilities are provided by the Gujarat University for students of B.E like Wi-Fi, Laboratories, a library, and good classrooms. The hostel and canteen facilities are good. The mess facility is not available in the hostel so students face problems.
Faculty: Teachers are good and well-qualified. Some of the teachers are not good and well-qualified. The mid-semester exam is conducted by the college. The passing marks are 12 out of 30.
Other: Extracurricular activities are well-organised by the campus for technical events.

Our college provides supportive teachers, good placement in 2020, and average infrastructure, etc,.
Placements: The placement percentage of college is increasing every year. The highest salary package offered was about 10 LPA by Byju's and approximately 12 students got placed. Moreover, teachers are working very hard to make sure that most of the students get placement. A very hard working TPO and various soft skills improvement classes are also conducted to train students for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average. There is no playground in the college. Only a small one is available where you can only play games like kho-kho and kabaddi. However, there are various sports teams in the college, like football, volleyball, cricket, kabbadi, kho-kho, etc. Facilities provided are not so good. Toilets are unclean. The canteen has only a few things available.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and qualified. I have come across one of the most dedicated batches of faculty members who want to teach and want their students to grow. The teaching quality is also very good regular classes are conducted, but sometimes the syllabus is not completed.

I am satisfied with the last two years as it has a good quality education and good placements.
Placements: Till now, only 2 students got placed, and placements are still going on. In the computer department, the salary package offered to one student is 12 LPA by Jaro Education. About 70% of students got an internship from our course in companies like MGVCL, L&T and ONGC. Currently, we are in 8th sem, so mostly non-tech companies placements are conducted, but now onwards technical companies also visit our campus for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. There is no pollution, and it has large enough space. The college provides facilities like playgrounds, gym, library, Wi-Fi and large classrooms. It has good suffocation. Overall it is a good college.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful. Two teachers are PhD holders and got their own research paper, so it is really helpful. Teaching quality is also good. If students are absent to the college, then they are not allowed for the exams. It is a strict college, and I think it is good for us.
Other: I have chosen this course because I always want to study about the whole power system how it distributes and transmit. In the starting semester, there are not good teachers, so our base is not strong so the college should improve this. The college conducts all activities and techfest. Scholarships are available for the students.

I am satisfied with faculty members and good placements provided in 2019.
Placements: About 70% of the students got placed from our college. The highest salary offered here is 1 lac per annum, and the top company recruiting for our course is Byju's. The highest salary package offered in our course had been 12 LPA. About 70% of the students got placed in Collabera company, while about 85% of the students got placed in another company.
Infrastructure: There is a free Wi-Fi facility in our college. There are many labs for every subject in every department. Facilities provided in the classrooms are the best, and there are 10 fans and 12 tube lights in every classroom. The mess in the hostel is well, and there are cultural instruments and sports kit. The ground is also available for students.
Faculty: There are many faculty members for every subject, and PhD and IIT faculty members are available in every department. Here students are provided with the practical knowledge for doing fieldwork. The teaching quality of every faculty member is good, and every faculty member is knowledgeable.
Other: I have an interest in the electrical field, so I have chosen this field. The best thing about this course is that we get practical knowledge. I want our college to improve the use of solar energy by converting solar into electrical energy. Many events and fest are organised in our college which we enjoy and participate in improving our skills.

Review of Government engineering college, Dahod.
Placements: Placement of my college is very less as only 65 to 80% students got placed. And only two branches got selected for placement i.e. information technology engineering and computer engineering. Local companies visited the college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of my college is just okay. Wi-Fi, class room, library, medical facilities, sports and games are available in college campus. The food quality of canteen is average. Hostel rooms are good. My college in Wi-Fi available but is secured with a passcode.
Faculty: All the teachers are helpful. They cleared all the doubts any student has. All teachers are good qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers used technical methods to make it clear to the students. The students to teacher ratio is 45:1. We did not get any industry exposure.
