Government Engineering College, Godhra is a good college.
Placements: There is almost 85% placement in our college. Almost 30-40 companies come for placements and hired students. In every department, almost 80-90% of students get good placements. They make you job ready by encouraging and helping you. Also, I participated in many placements that are guided by our faculty.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is nice, a student has all facility that he or she needs in a college and hostel. Air-conditioned classrooms, Wi-Fi services, and a library with a proper book facility are available in our campus. There is mess, canteen, and a Maggi hotspot for food facility. All have good food with proper hygiene.
Faculty: Faculty members who have been appointed are the best-handpicked persons. They have very good knowledge of the subjects they teach and also guide you to a good career if you are interested in that particular field. They make the class as interactive as possible and try to teach topics simply. Learning core subjects from these faculty members would be a good opportunity.
Other: Overall it is a good place for students to develop their careers.

It is a good college with a low fee, so it is perfect for those students who cannot afford high fees
Placements: In this college, you can't expect placements because when I passed out from college, my classmates and also many students from other departments didn't get placements. However, I heard after 2 years of passing out of college that students got placements from the college, so it is good news.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good, and you will enjoy every moment here. Although all the government colleges in Gujarat have the same design structure, the infrastructure of our college is unique. It is the last government college which has been built, so it is not much old. The library and classrooms are also well maintained.
Faculty: In this college, teachers are the main thing as they all are very helpful and kind. They all are very intelligent and are calm. They understand students' problems and also always support their students. This course is very demanding, and it has a better future.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in it. The best thing about this course is that it is a practical course. In this college, you can get scholarships also, so it is useful.

The infrastructure is good but the canteen and water facilities is bad sometimes during monsoon
Placements: I have scored 7.01 CGPA Overall. I was selected in campus interview but they signed me for one year contact and salary is not high as per our degree so I rejected this job. Only 10% of students get job from college placement although half of them resign due to they are not satisfied with their job.
Infrastructure: Yes, government provide wi-fi facility and it is helpful for students. There is also one library, which is very clean and atmosphere is good in library for reading. And all sports games are organized every year in February month so all girls and boys participate in the sports games.
Faculty: All teachers have passed GPSC exam so they have good knowledge in electrical stream. Teaching method is good. And they are very supporting to students and they encourage students they can do it anything like crack GATE exam and government exam etc. Gopi madam is good teacher for all students.
Other: I have a dream to become a electrical engineer because I am passionate about how to generate electricity as well as I like to play with electrical instruments.
